Marigold Thermal & Spa Hotel

We had to stay in Bursa during a long trip. We went there considering the comments on the internet. I would like to thank Ms. Arzu who made us feel at home, helped us with the feeding of our little baby, and was flexible about the check-out time so that we could rest a little more and leave the room. The sensitivity she showed is very valuable. I would like to especially mention that she takes care of all her guests as if we were at her home. The rooms were small but clean. We stayed with peace of mind. If we have to stay in Bursa again, this is the first place that will come to mind.

This place is a real gem. The Manager is the grandchild of the original owner. It is only 30 rooms, and is designed for people like me on a budget. Breakfast is good, and the Turkish Hamam is awesome with its Hot spring water coming from the heart of the mountain. Everything is really clean, and they have many of travelers need.

If you are looking for a warm family atmosphere, you can go to this hotel, which has the most naive atmosphere compared to the surroundings. It is very clear who goes in and out. The Turkish bath, which dates back to ancient times, and the breakfast, everything is good. The owner of the business, Ms. Desire, is very friendly and sincere, she made Turkish coffee for us with her own hands😁

I recently stayed at Marigold Hotel and, overall, it was a good experience, though there were some areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself is good, and the room was nice, but honestly, it didn’t quite live up to expectations given the price of the suite. It was comfortable but not particularly "wow" for a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the swimming pool was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and quality.

One downside is the location—it’s quite far from both the city center and the mountains, which made it less convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. Additionally, I was frustrated with the check-in process, which took a long 40 minutes to register my documents. I also found it a bit inconvenient that every time the staff received a call, I had to wait while they took the call, which I didn’t expect from a five-star hotel.

Lastly, I was surprised when the staff insisted that I pay in euros instead of dollars, which was unclear to me. Their reasoning didn’t make much sense, and it left me confused. I didn’t expect such issues at a hotel of this caliber.

While the hotel had its positives, particularly the pool and breakfast, I feel the service and some of the operational aspects could be improved to match the price and the five-star rating.

The hotel staff are very lovely and accommodating (both at reception and the cleaners) and the rooms are great, especially for the price. The hamam and the courtyard add to the relaxing atmosphere - would recommend!

A beautiful hotel with the most friendly and hardworking staff I ever met! They have amazing breakfast, and the most beautiful spa! Çağla, Sude, Gültekin and everyone were always willing to help to make the stay comfortable. Thank you for everything! I will visit again.

Good, clean welcoming staff , good breakfast, walkable to every where

The staff is awesome, very friendly. Breakfast is also amazing and rich. We swam in the thermal spa which must be seen to be appreciated.
