1- I had a reservation from Agoda, but unfortunately the denied the Agoda reservation! At first he refused to give me the room with price I booked from Agoda, the receptionist said it can not be at this price! I showed him the confirmation, and even made a new reservation infront of him, then he sadly gave us the room.
2- the bathroom and toilet drainage was very bad and when you take a shower the water goes everywhere!
3- My reservation was breakfast included! But the receptionist refused to gave us the breakfast at the restaurant and told me that our reservation is for room only! Again I showed him the reservation with the breakfast included and again tried a new reservation for the same price including the breakfast, but he refused saying that the hotel records are showing room only!! He was arguing that we were 4 people while our reservation is 3, the reservation in Agoslda is clearly: 2 adults 2 children 6&8. And the room is standard 3 adults (3 adults & children 0-6 free).

It was a good hotel before. Now breakfast its just a plate with 2 slice of cheese 3 slices of tomato Nescafe or tea only very poor ....

One of my favorite hotels in Turkey. Very nice and friendly staff. Beautiful and super clean rooms. They have a Turkish bath. They have a beautiful dining area surrounded by Beautiful garden plants, And the front of entrance setting tables to enjoy the beautiful nature with a Cup of Turkish coffee. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely come back.

It's old hotel but very clean, the location is far from the shopping centers. The Breakfast is bad not recommended at all.

Turkey is known for its fabulous tourism. Unfortunately, this was not the case with our experience in this hotel. We slept in dirty rooms because there were no staff to clean ? Unbelievable.... and that was not it ... when checking out from the hotel we waited for more than 30 minutes for the reception to order us to pay without a bill because the system was not working... is this acceptable?? I don’t think so .... very bas experience... will never repeat it again... I advice everyone wanting to book in this hotel to immediately search for another

Historical hotel with lots of old characters attached to it. Certainly needz some new make up but still good enough for the people dont mind about small details. Definitely not a four star but easy hotel.

I stayed 4 nights with family of 4.
Pros: Central location near to Uludağ mountain, OK price, OK breakfast, clean, quiet, friendly staff (Adem thanks for your kindness), OK for one night stay.
Cons: Very hot unusual for a hotel on the mountain, No mountain view from windows, no fresh air when windows opened, feels sufficating (I have changed rooms three times all same), very small Turkish bath (bu clean), no market or restaurant nearby, nothing for kids.
