A wonderful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lamps, king size bed, coffee table, two armchairs, snow-white sheets. Half an hour to the city center (walk to the bus stop and take any bus). Cleaning every day. Nice people at the reception. There is a thermal bath where you can order an individual steam bath for 500 lira.

1- I had a reservation from Agoda, but unfortunately the denied the Agoda reservation! At first he refused to give me the room with price I booked from Agoda, the receptionist said it can not be at this price! I showed him the confirmation, and even made a new reservation infront of him, then he sadly gave us the room.
2- the bathroom and toilet drainage was very bad and when you take a shower the water goes everywhere!
3- My reservation was breakfast included! But the receptionist refused to gave us the breakfast at the restaurant and told me that our reservation is for room only! Again I showed him the reservation with the breakfast included and again tried a new reservation for the same price including the breakfast, but he refused saying that the hotel records are showing room only!! He was arguing that we were 4 people while our reservation is 3, the reservation in Agoslda is clearly: 2 adults 2 children 6&8. And the room is standard 3 adults (3 adults & children 0-6 free).

A clean hotel with everything you need and friendly staff. We would definitely visit again when we're in Bursa.

...room relatively clean, only the bathroom (tile joints) was moldy and partly dirty.......should be urgently repaired.....

The beds and the room were very old and even the bed had sunken so we couldn't sleep. The breakfast was a TOTAL disgrace. The eggs were as if they had been made a week ago, they were blackened and smelled. Apart from that, they gave us 1-2 pieces of cheese, a small chocolate, jam, butter, pale cucumber for breakfast. Don't expect an open buffet breakfast and in fact I would say AVOID this place if you have to stay, of course it's different.

It was a good hotel before. Now breakfast its just a plate with 2 slice of cheese 3 slices of tomato Nescafe or tea only very poor ....
