Ulu City Hotel

The room was decent we stayed only for one night, however it was still being built or something. The room was still under construction, very weirdly we saw holes everywhere in walls and all. Especially the shower was a weird situation because there was a random pipe coming out of the ground. It was an okay room for one night, but in a longer stay it would have annoyed me

First of all, noone speaks english, I had problem to communicate. Wifi on highest floor doesn't work - it works only on reception floor. Reception man had some unknown problems and he made bad impression on me. Whole facility is old and it needs full refreshment. Bathroom is a joke! It was one big shower with sink and toilet.
Breakfast is some misunderstanding - one egg in the shell, small package of honey & jam, cottage cheese, small cup of olives, bread. So photos with amazing breakfast for me looks like fakes just for marketing.
One good think - was price. That's all. But i won't visit them again.
I don't recommend this OTEL for foreiners.

The worst hotel ever, don’t go! We called in the afternoon and they said a room was available, when we arrived at night they gave us a room with the toilet dirty, a pair of flip flops left in the bathroom from the previous guest, cigarette ashes in the room and the sheets and towels used. We had to stay because it was late and it was raining, but we requested to have the room clean. They only changed the sheets and used the shower to clean the bathroom. Disgusting! No English to communicate well, no money was returned. Breakfast is poor.

A hotel with a very disappointing management, not welcoming and even creating additional problem. I made a booking and paid beforehand, and when I arrived, a man told me that they don't have available room. They did not return me my payment. So be careful, you can loose your money while booking it. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

disgusting experience! the room was located in the basement, and also half meter far from the reception. When I said that I did not want to stay in such kind of room, I was offered to cancel my reservation through booking.com and for an additional payment they offered me a better room, I refused. Everything in the room were very ill-conceived, sockets are inconvenient, there was no minibar, although it was in the description. it was brought to me only after the comment. The kettle was so dirty that I could not use it and gave it to the staff, but anyway they didn’t bring me a clean one. The bathroom was clean, but the whole room smelled like sewage. The staff at night, half a meter from my room, spoke loudly, watched a movie and slammed doors. I constantly woke up and left the room to make comments. I didn’t manage to get enough sleep even once. As for the breakfasts, they were so meager that they absolutely did not suppress additional fees. The only good moment is the location - close to the city center.

The room was not cleaned properly and we suspected that bed sheets were not changed after the previous guest. the bathroom was small and no separation between the toilet and the shower. The owners arranged a gathering in the backyard until late at night, preventing us from falling asleep. On the upside, the hotel's location is very central and the price was slightly below average.
