All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool. The rooms, pools, restaurant are very nice but the service is quite bad and the food (lunch and dinner) is really not good. Breakfast is good though. The staff (some of them) is unrespectful. Almost nobody knows English with makes communication very hard. Cleaning staff is very kind and clever.

We were pleased with many things at the hotel, especially the animation team and Seren Hanım, but the food at the restaurant could have been better and more varied. The chef from Adana gave the food in numbers - We participated in the water gymnastics activity, morning gymnastics and many other activities. We loved the animation team very much. The miniclub was really good. The girl who worked there was so nice and kind to the kids. She did a lot of fun activities with our children and they loved playing with her. The staff on the hotel was very kind to kids! We were there with our 4 kids from the age of 6-13. The older kids played a lot of table tennis!

I spent 10 days here and it was amazing, clean and nice rooms, EXCELLENT food and drinks. The pools were also great and the beach is a 10minute walk but the hotel can drive you there in 1 minute.

Lovely family hotel, rooms cleaned everyday. Plenty of sun loungers . food was good, really liked the fruit and desserts. Burgers available most of the day. A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. Food was great. Also the service. Hotel is next to the beach and also close to shops. The view from the restaurant and lobby is great. Only the rooms are quiet noisy but this is a problem in nearly every hotel.

Everything is perfect and fun, but.... a lot of German tourists which drink really a lot of beer (because its free here), behave like they were the kings and queens of the world, try to reserve a table to sit while breakfast or supper, enjoy to be served by stuff and not giving tips. The stuff speaks German, Englisch, Russian very well.

The hotel isn't that bad but it could be better. The restaurant is clean and it had some social distancing measures due to COVID-19 but, if you are not German or Russian, you are going to struggle with Google Translate to talk with anyone in the hotel. Great food great staff.there was a some building work going on last week when we were there 7th march till 14th. it should be finished now.we were the only english in there its catered for the germans but don't let that bother you it didn't bother us.you can drink what you want and if you want a cocktail you can have them to we didnt but seen people drinking them.food was nice and the cakes and soups...

We were in February, so not all was avalable. But the room was clean and bright, food extremely delicious, waiters are waiting for your wish, inside pool small but enough for us.

The hotel was good plenty of food the beach is ok..but if you want to visit something in the area you need to take a bus to go in Antalya because in the village are only hotels a lot of shops with souvenir and stuff like that...that depends what do you want to do on the vacantion..
