Side Royal Paradise

I can only echo Mo's review...the worst place ive ever stayed in and been too. Has put me off Turkey forever, my 1st time going to this hell hole hotel. There was nothing good, everyone got ill. How this had a high star rating, who knows...disgusting place.

Very dirty room, without towels, no AC working, the window could not be opened… the bathroom was nor cleaned afterbthe previous persons…
The only good thing is the location, exactly into the center of the city

Horrible place to stay, avoid at all costs, don’t even know what to start with. Mold in most places, the smell hits you right from the entrance, dishes are not well washed, bugs under the mattress, rooms are dirty as hell, everything you think could be bad in a hotel, here it is. This is not an English hotel even the staff don't speak English its filthy and you can't get the the food cause there is hundreds of people shuving and pushing you out the way. The whole hotel is filthy. No rooms cleaned no towels no toilet roll the balcony can only fit 1 person on the pool bar stinks vile. The pool has the biggest dirt ring round it. There is litter and food waste everywhere

There are no organizations and events.
The staff responds very harshly
I have been to other resorts, but I was very satisfied

Avoid ! Only rude russian people there! Hotel staff rude ( except chefs & restaurant staff) Doesn’t worth even 3 stars! Hello all. It’s a informative post about Royal Side Paradise Hotel from Side ! Avoid ! If you’re looking to go there - Avoid completely! Everything is different than in pictures. Very old hotel !!! Big humidity smell !!! Mould everywhere!!!!!!!!!! Completely another reality!!! I will start with staff ( reception & managers) awful- No English at all. They doesn’t understand English… They’re very rude if you’re not russian or you don’t speak Turkish. 🇹🇷Rooms ? Extremely dirty- sheets stained/ they’re not changing properly the bed sheets only if you take all down and leave on the floor. I found in my room stuff from previous tourists ( underwear , toothpicks , and different rubbish 🤯) 🇹🇷Toilets? Extremely dirty ( room toilet full of spots and hair ) and public toilets from the hotel it’s worse than in a rail station toilet…. You have to walk around the hotel to have access to drinks because they’re opening only between a few hours ( and most of the machines are not working) 🇹🇷No fresh juice , everything comes from brew. No fresh drinks for kids- everything is chemicals from machines. Sometimes is a coloured water instead of juice. 🇹🇷Pool toilets are extremely infected, you can’t use them properly…. The smell is unacceptable. 🇹🇷the handle from my room was missing, I couldn’t close my window ( I should contact the receptionist to fix it ) 🇹🇷 very dirty curtains ( instead of white they’re grey) 🇹🇷they’re not cleaning the windows and the room properly, the windows are extremely dusty ( only with a mop) they don’t use hoover to remove all the dust. 🇹🇷during the meal time is a madness in restaurant To catch a table you have to run properly between the tables, or wait in the front of the door before opening times. Everyone is running away with the plates, they’re pushing each other, no respect for others ones. My daughter was injured because someone push her to be in the front of the queue. 🤯 very bad moment . The people doesn’t have the patience to wait for the others ones, everyone is pushing each other . 🇹🇷the hotel is full of russian people- I don’t want to be rude but they’re extremely lout , no manners. I was shocked during my holiday on that hotel how many bed moments we had because of the attitude of the people and stuff. 👌🏻The only good thing was the food ( very delicious food/ sweet/ grill food, pancakes and many more ) 🙏🏻Respect for all the people/ stuff who works in the kitchen or restaurant ( they’re very nice people) Chefs always was there with us , waiters very hard working guys, all restaurant stuff are nice! I can’t complain nothing about it. We had a snacks and food between our main meals/ cookies , cake 🍪/ ice cream/ pitta … Even on the beach / they have private beach with drinks , and food between 11:30-2 o’clock. But the bad thing is they’re opening the bar only at 10 pm and they’re closing all th

I would need too much time to write a review, overall please avoid this hotel , as is nothing like in the picture , staff are rude and no english speaking at all. Went there last week with my wife and 2 small kids. AVOID AVOID AVOID IF you are english speaker.

This is the worst hotel ever. Very old and very dirty, no cleaning. Bad food. Terrible service and unfriendly staff.
