Beach: private sandy beach. Sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses, bar free. Beach towels - for a fee. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.

The cleaning ladies are NEVER changing the sheets.. I even tried to tip them..
Food is not great.. They use the morning leftover food for the dinner, and you feel that they taste super dry at dinner.
The staff is really fussy and rude. I get it! It's very hot, a lot of people, a lot of screaming and running kids... but didn't they know what they were signing for? I understand a bad day, but the whole freaking week?
The housekeeping or the minibar guy stole our perfume from our room and the guest relations did nothing. They were full of lies: the promised they will follow up with us and send us a report. They did not even call us/ texted us back (we are still at the hotel) I had to call and message multiple times just for them to tell me a whole different thing.
On the booking they are showing you different pictures of the hotel room. When you check in, they give you a totally different than what you see. We had to tip them another $100 to change our room..
Overall bad experience! I will never recommend this to anyone ever!
I believe that your hotel's customer service policy should not vary based on the guests' religion, race, or appearance. As a Turkish citizen, the treatment I experienced made me feel as if I was looked down upon because I was not wearing branded clothes. I deeply regret this situation and request that the necessary measures be taken.
There is almost no internet anywhere, not even in the rooms. The food is tasteless, and the rooms don't seem to have been cleaned. No one was actually cleaning the bathroom. Towels have stains. When you go to the bar for a drink, everyone's face is flushed, you think they must have paid thousands of euros in this abomination. In the end, I do not recommend anyone to come here.
For the price i paid disappointing, i expected more!🙄
Advantages:
- Huge territory
- Comfortable rooms
- Three swimming pools in this hotel and two in the nearby hotels (You can go there too, because they are connected)
- Aqua park, for me the best place here, many slides, bar and pool
- Animation, show every night and live music
- Food, one main restaurant and a lot of little cafes and bars are on the territory
- Bar on the pier, you can drink cocktails and swim after that.
Disadvantages:
- Very long distance to the beach
- Half of the staff does not even speak English
- Cleaners do that they want in your room and take that they shouldn't take when you are not there.
- Very strange schedule, aqua park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the time when it is too hot. The same situation is with the restaurant and with the beach tranfer.
I'll recommend this hotel, but you should know that it is not the best choice.
The pool and beach area are ok, nothing to complain about, the gardens are beautiful.
Main problem are cats in the main restaurant, they were literally walking on the tables while we were eating, it’s just disgusting. I talked to the manager but they told me cats are protected in Turkey 😂😂. As sanitary regulations cats shouldn’t be allowed in an indoor restaurant especially climbing the tables and chairs.
