I recommend a great hotel. everything was fine from the room, food, pools, beach and staff. just behind the hotel is mainly a shopping street, so an ideal location. we will come back again

A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. The claim that the hotel is family-friendly is quite bold when no reasonable parent would want to expose their children to constant cigarette smoke. Most of the staff, unfortunately, don't speak English, not even numbers, but they are almost professionals in German. The older waiters spend most of their time running to German tables where they expect tips instead of serving all the tables. The drink selection in the all-inclusive package was weaker compared to other hotels we've been to. The food was excellent, with a varied selection and plenty of everything. The beach is sandy with plenty of sunbeds, and the guy in charge of the sunbeds deserves praise. The rooms are small, but considering the minimal time we spent there, it doesn't matter. The hotel is literally geared towards Germans; it's a pity the travel agency didn't mention that. The animation team and evening shows are top-notch. Overall, I rate the holiday positively, so 4/5.

4th time in this hotel. As always we had a great time. We were pleasantly supprised that there was some changes. The area arround the pool is changed and now it is better then it was. The animation team was better then ever... great shows! All in all we had a great and relaxing 14 days. See you next summer!

Everything is perfect and fun, but.... a lot of German tourists which drink really a lot of beer (because its free here), behave like they were the kings and queens of the world, try to reserve a table to sit while breakfast or supper, enjoy to be served by stuff and not giving tips.

The stuff speaks German, Englisch, Russian very well.

I have never seen an animation chef who disrespects the guests like this in my life. We were insulted by asking for local music, unfortunately it is a big minus for the hotel.... We have neither rudeness nor ignorance left, apart from that, all the staff of the hotel are incredibly caring and friendly, completely I would also like to express my gratitude to all the staff who work with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The hotel complex: large and very well maintained. The food: huge selection at the buffet. The staff: a great team, attentive but not pushy. The room: very clean. The beds: a bit soft for us, but we also like them hard. The beach: clean and with lots of loungers, but still no sardine can feeling.

This was our third visit go this hotel and every year is better then the last. The animation team is great and this year they really raised the bar with some of the night programmes, as the Alladin and Lion king musicles. Big thanx to Vlada, Nico, Yulia and the rest of the gang... you are all great. The position of the hotel is great... on the beach but also just outside lot of shops for shoping... urban but at the same time quiet and relaxing. 5th year since the renovation and the hotel is showing signs that it could go for a new round of renew but stil very confortable and pleasant. The only problem is the inflation in Turkey and ibal crisis in economy... every year the price if the hotel goes up and up but because of global economy our money in Europe is not keeping up... so jump i hotel price of 35% from 2022 to 2023 was the ceeling.. we here from lot of guests that if this will continue they will not be able to return... neither do will we ☹️. With a child of 7 y o this hotel.is great for us and we would like to return in next few year if we can... so we hope price will not go up... at least not to much Oh yes... best room made.. Food was great. Also the service. Hotel is next to the beach and also close to shops. The view from the restaurant and lobby is great. Only the rooms are quiet noisy but this is a problem in nearly every hotel.

Beautiful. Relaxing atmosphere Great food. Nice and clean rooms. Nice clean beach. Great service. All inclusive hotel service with plenty of options. Shops nearby and good attractions. Only downfall is distance to airport but it was worthwhile.
