Even when the hotel was lightly occupied, at times it seemed like the waiters didn’t care about you. We rested in May, the main hotel restaurant and a restaurant by the sea were open

There is everything you want and everything is free! We paid a little for 7 days, but we are happy as for a year! We will return here as soon as possible! Nice people, tourists, waiters, Concern Ibrahim is also very good

The rooms in the hotel are quite old and basically the whole hotel needs renovation. Staff in the restaurant is kind slow to give you drinks. Sun beds at the beach should be changed too

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All service is very nice to each other and the guests, animators ale the nicest people i’ve ever met, especially Ruth, Freya and Lisa! Love you girls! As a teenager, I spend there amazing time

The grade given to the resort reflects the joy of reuniting with the Turkish Riviera and our desire to feel very good, even in the off-season - on the occasion of the free days in May, which is what happened

You guys made my summer holiday memorable and i still miss this wonderful and somewhat luxury resort! Hope i will return back next year and i will recommend this to everyone that doesn't know where to go

There were even entertainers that kept, and the best part, CATSSSS! I loved the cats you guys brought here! They were cute, small, sausage like and they weren't aggressive

At the entrance of our room, the stairs are not made for the night, because i kept sliping on them. On them there was a thing to hold on, but it was not efficient

Restaurants, Spa and Wellness, Children's court. everything is at its very best. The beach is wide, sandy and so close. Waterpark is close and has diverse options for children a d for grown-ups

Staff were all very friendly and professional. The activities staff made sure everyone was enjoying their stay and encouraged guests to join games pool side. Shows were fun and lots of prizes were given away

The buffet featured an impressive variety of dishes, with fresh seafood, international cuisine, and delicious desserts. Each meal was a treat, and the themed nights kept things exciting

The restaurant has more than enough space and incredible choice. The quality of drinks in bars could be better, bartenders could be more professional and, sadly, I couldn’t buy anything from “not included drinks” list

The waitstaff was attentive, ensuring drinks were always topped up. The pool area was a fantastic retreat, with ample sun loungers and a vibrant atmosphere

The swim-up bar was a fun addition, perfect for enjoying a cocktail while relaxing in the water. The beach was equally stunning, with clear waters and plenty of activities available

Overall, Royal Alhambra Palace exceeded my expectations in every aspect—service, food, amenities, and atmosphere. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

It was amazing experience, thank you! The way to hotel takes less then one hour, the check-in lasts about 5 minutes, the staff is attentive, friendly and trustworthy

It is a great facility for a holiday, has a very large and green area. It has many pools and activities. Also the main restaurant Amber is great, the chefs are very very good

The bungalows at the Camellia collection. Many different themed bars and restaurants. The beach has been awarded blue flag for cleanliness. Recommend to relax and be sure he will try to come back

Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! Lot of people put them towels and go in the beach or I don’t know where

My stay here was a full 5-star experience. There's a lot of variety in food, and it's hard to get bored of it since there are so many snack bars and restaurants

The dishes in the main restaurant were very tasty and diverse. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Communicating in English can be a little hard, but it's not a big deal

:) The only thing that can be somewhat of an issue is that long lines can form in the beach bar or pool bar, so you have to wait up to 8-10 minutes for a snack or drink, but this is a rare event

The beach is very nice and they also have a bar at the beach where you get drinks and food. Lets talk about the food from 07:00 am to 00:30 am there is always something you can eat

There are also some Turks there, which says a lot, because if someone spends their holidays in their own country, then certainly not in a bad hotel with bad kitchen! As negative as we have found that shampoo and soap was not refilled by the room service, we had to ask to refill them

My experience was the staff worked very hard to keep everything clean, because some guys just turn into dirty slobs as soon as they are on vacation and the just drop every waste because they think the hotel staff are their personal servants

Of course there is always spaghetti or something even small childs like and the always also have bbq at lunch and dinner. Guests are very international, especially German and Russians but also Slovaks, Poles and Czechs

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, ice cream, cake, dinner, midnight dinner just take care not to gain too much wight there because the food is great! They serve turkish food and not international food which we liked very much

Restaurant staff was super friendly and always trying to accommodate us, especially Mehmet, and that before tipping. Bar staff - if I could I would bring them all back to UK with me

First what I like: variety of food excellent; personal any questions; kids club super, girls Berin and Amal amazing 💜; infrastructure super for me not a problem go to the beach through a beautiful garden

MINUSES: Please close at all you're a la carte restaurant!!I visited 2 of them and it most disgusting food I ever ate

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

Not much show in the evenings but I think it because I was at the end of season. Hope the stuff will read this and make improvements in the hotel

The place is super delicious and varied food , rooms cleaned every day . There is a water Park on site . Nice view from the window , the animation is very decent . 10 out of 10 , to go by far .

The food was a really good massive buffet and a selection good choice of drinks and snacks around the resort

The only let down was rooms are a bit outdated but that didn't really matter as we only went in tired and to sleep but every morning fridges was topped up with drinks and cleaned room

Amazing hotel. Pool is perfect whilst it is hot and the staff could not be more helpful. The staff or great with kids and do many games for not only kids but the adults too.

We stayed at SSR for 7 nights from 27/8 and it was our first time in Turkey, we loved every minute the room was lovely and extremely well kept by the maids not that we left it messy which I’m sure made life easier for them, the food we found superb if you can’t find food you want to eat here at the buffet restaurant then you must have an incredibly fussy palate, different themes each day on the food...

Pros: - Sandy beach - Plenty of sun beds and overall good amenities in the beach - Quality of the food served in the hotel, restaurant, snack bars - Good house-keeping - Great value/price ratio Cons: - Hotel is lacking security in all aspects, anyone including street vendors can enter the designated beach area, use the hotel showers and bathrooms

The food is a bit on the salty side but quality and variety was good even during off season. 24hr food service which came in handy even though it was limited it was still quite good to have

The hamam and steam room are decent. The reps are ok but I rarely use reps for anything anyway. Avoid room in the middle of the hotel as you can hear a lot of noise from the bar located below

Tonight for dinner is better to book in restaurant (Turkish, fish, Italian) than to walk in General (buffet). On the territory there are a few bars

I has just arrived from this hotel. I stayed with my family in the park villa apartment from 10. 3 days we didnt have hot water so we complained to the holiday concierge, but he didnt solve the problem

Finally Thanks to the reception guys i have managed to change the room. In the new room we had another problem with the ants coming from different places of the room and coming in from the balcony

In the pool bar,beach bar and lobby bar it was a miracle when you cand drink a cold beer. The employes from the bars were not giving you drink as much as you request and were looking strange when you request extra drinks

I went there with my family, family’s friends and it was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and always in a good mood and always woke up seeing some crew members dancing on the bridge. For short- it was amazing.

Otherwise, everything is great, staff small, but very cozy and neat, the staff friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, the animation of the bomb at all, all the work qualitatively and professionally

In the buffet i dropped my fork the staff picked it up before i could it was amazing it happened twice and they picked it up both times, as soon as you looked at a waiter they could come and sevre you, always smiling

The garden to the beach is very well done. There are so many food stations that you do not decide where to start. The extra Restaurants are not absolutely necessary

The food menu, whether morning,noon or in the evening, varied,super delicious and always has been, with a lot of love prepared and decorated. The cleanliness in the whole hotel area and beach

The Hotel is really good, individual houses with several rooms. The water Park is recommended for Big and Small only, great palm huts and a lot of Green with plenty of shade available

The same also in the Wellness area. We will be back and hope to visit even more vacationers to this beautiful facility and the secure Turkey

Lunch can be had in the main restaurant or the pool bar. Water is available from the pool bar and indoor bar 24/7. The pool is lovely and the slides are fun. Don't panic about putting towels on beds, there isn't an issue

Just back from a wonderful 7 nights all inclusive. We had 3 rooms because of our grown up children being with us. We were on the top floor of block 1

This just means they pay you a little attention and are happy to get your drinks for you. They work very long hours for not a lot

The only criticism would be that it would be nice to have a bit of quiet time without music blaring by the pool for a couple of hours each day although you could just go down to the beach (a minutes walk) which is beautiful, the water is so warm

The cocktails are great, but powerful! We took a taxi to Side for the bazaar and then to see the ruins. Very reasonable and arranged for the driver to collect us as well. There is a gym which I didn't know

There are a few shops on site. There is also a beach bar just up from the beach a little. The entertainment crew were lovely. All the staff were great and yes we did tip the waiters (it is their culture)

On the seafront there were 2 more snack bars,one with barbeque and doner. Also a gozleme snack bar, 2 ice cream stations. In the resort, various bars, coffee bars

The market is called "kumköy" You can get there by bus for $ 1. Not far from the hotel(with the Central entrance on right) bus station. Everything has flaws, but the pluses far more

The rooms are reasonably large, in very good condition, lightly renovated. The minibar was refilled daily, the beds were comfortable and all was very clean

The food was tasty, quite varied, all fresh and very well cooked. Starting with the beach bar, where they served a tasty burger, the pool bar where they had soup, various crispies, pizza, spaghetti etc

Every evening there were various parties for adults and kids, or live music. You cannot get bored in this resort. On the seafront is a nice promenade

The beach is large,sandy, reasonably comfortable sunbeds and big umbrellas. What I didn't like: The main restaurant is very crowded at dinner time. Queues everywhere, especially at the bar

A la carte can be booked freely. All food is fantastic loads of options. Almost no queue ever for drinks or food. Which must be difficult during school holidays when guests are at peak levels

If you're thinking about it, if you're not convinced - go for it. There's so much green here, lots of space, pools, slides, food, bars, restaurants, their beach

There is also an outdoor and indoor pool, slides, an amphitheater, a pool with a slide and a playground for children. Food and drink is available 24/7. The staff is very nice and there is no problem with anything

I love this hotel! The service was great and so was the entertainment. We were told that there wasn’t anything near by to the hotel but just down the road there are lots of shops

Awesome holiday resort! Fully recommend but 90% guests are germans and most of the entertainments in deutch this is the only issue for me due to no knowledge of the language

Prefect place for vacantion. Everything is ok but I think there are 4 stars in reality. Wifi of grade 11. Including in the water.

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

Overall we had a really good time at this hotel for ten nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cihan who looked after us well in the restaurant and lobby bar on many occasions

All inclusive does not mean all inclusive, there is so much here that costs extra when they know kids will want to do them, don't get me wrong they have lots to do but most things cost extra when you pay all-inclusive In a hotel to not spend more in the hotel your stating in! There's a couple of periods in the day when you can't get anything to eat

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating

The only disadvantage was the distance to sea

It's worth the bus ride to Side for better atmosphere and seemingly better choice of bars. The ones near the hotel were pretty much empty most of the the time. The pool is good and the slides too

The hotel is focused on families with children, there is animation, swimming pools, slides, equipped playgrounds. Hotel guide Refik is a professional and an excellent assistant

Memory massage stays for longer! The fish pool needs cleaning. Always a delicious tea after the treatment. In a beauty salon you have to be careful when you take your drinks. Better to have something twisted in a bottle

All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool

"All inclusive" system with fairly full meals, hot lunch performed in the main restaurant and in the beach café

Vacationers mostly Russian, a language barrier with the staff there. The food, the drinks, the service is excellent! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are white, swans crowded, the water is always there

what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding

The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We all had a lovely time! Indoor swimming hours could be at least extended if possible at the user's risk in case it means to pay manpower

The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent

The rooms are big and clean, food was great (a lot of fish, very well done barbeque and sea food dishes), good entertainment programm (I felt in love with the "animation team"- Oma is the best :) ) and very nice personnel that makes you feel at home from the first moment
