Hotels All-inclusive in Colakli

The rooms in the hotel are quite old and basically the whole hotel needs renovation. Staff in the restaurant is kind slow to give you drinks. Sun beds at the beach should be changed too

The pools are very large (by the way, the heating in the relaxation pool and the indoor pool were absent), the beach is wide, with fine sand, the restaurants are pleasant, and the greenery is strong throughout the resort, stretching for about half a kilometer to the sea

First of all, architecturally, the resort is absolutely superb, the rooms are very large and modern, with 2 kingsize beds each, with a plus for the many swim-ups, which will be enjoyed more by tourists in the full season, luxurious, as and the whole hotel

The grade given to the resort reflects the joy of reuniting with the Turkish Riviera and our desire to feel very good, even in the off-season - on the occasion of the free days in May, which is what happened

Regardless of the minuses, which were not few

The greatest thing in the hotel is a wide variety of different sport activities for everyone. The beach bar is amazing and new. During our stay there was a Turkish night which was a joke for 2-3 songs

The dishes in the main restaurant were very tasty and diverse. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Communicating in English can be a little hard, but it's not a big deal

From seafood there were shrimp, mussels, red fish sushi. Drinks are all imported, baileys, balance, chivas, etc. Fruits are watermelons, apples, bananas, strawberries, melons, pears and some small green berries)

My stay here was a full 5-star experience. There's a lot of variety in food, and it's hard to get bored of it since there are so many snack bars and restaurants

It is a great facility for a holiday, has a very large and green area. It has many pools and activities. Also the main restaurant Amber is great, the chefs are very very good

The beach and sea is mainly for kids to play. They have very good relaxation zones in the evening. Although the hotel has a large capacity, you always feel undisturbed and very comfortable

A wonderful family vacation thanks to the great service, a large number of pools and a big aqua center with water slides. The sea is clean here, but don't look for any marine life

Simo from the animation team always went the extra mile to make our holiday a special experience and spent a lot of effort making us feel welcome so much so that we will be returning in July with the rest of the family down to his efforts thank you for making our holiday extra special! A very nice hotel with full of possibilites. It is about mass tourism but its big enough to find relax. The details of the building and the garden are very nice. Huge pool area (unfortunately very cold)

We have spent 6 days at the Royal Alhambra Palace Hotel. It was our first trip with the kids (10months and 2,5years old). All of the staff were very kind and helpful

In the buffet i dropped my fork the staff picked it up before i could it was amazing it happened twice and they picked it up both times, as soon as you looked at a waiter they could come and sevre you, always smiling

The 24 restrarunt was absoulety amazing,great food great service the chocolate cake with ice cream was incredible i highly reccomend. We werent even in season and it was still amazing we went in may

I love Veysi Salman who always ensures the highest quality of everything we have at our hotel. I would like to highlight Atilla, Semra and Ismail. it's clean, beautiful, the food is delicious

There are also some Turks there, which says a lot, because if someone spends their holidays in their own country, then certainly not in a bad hotel with bad kitchen! As negative as we have found that shampoo and soap was not refilled by the room service, we had to ask to refill them

Of course there is always spaghetti or something even small childs like and the always also have bbq at lunch and dinner. Guests are very international, especially German and Russians but also Slovaks, Poles and Czechs

My experience was the staff worked very hard to keep everything clean, because some guys just turn into dirty slobs as soon as they are on vacation and the just drop every waste because they think the hotel staff are their personal servants

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, ice cream, cake, dinner, midnight dinner just take care not to gain too much wight there because the food is great! They serve turkish food and not international food which we liked very much

The food is amazing- so much variety, beautifully presented and tasty. Drinks were great, even the cocktails are not as watered down as you would expect at an all inclusive. Everything was SPOTLESSLY clean

When it comes to the swimming pools, there are 2 of them - one bigger and the other one smaller. The bigger one has waterslides which are super fun and there's always some nice music playing around

The people from the entertainment team are also super friendly and spread the positivity around which just keeps you smiling 24/7. I was really impressed by their kindness and openness

There's a lot of animations, I especially liked the ones in the evening. It's also a pretty cool place for people who like to party, cause they even have a night disco near the beach almost everyday

You guys made my summer holiday memorable and i still miss this wonderful and somewhat luxury resort! Hope i will return back next year and i will recommend this to everyone that doesn't know where to go

We stayed at SSR for 7 nights from 27/8 and it was our first time in Turkey, we loved every minute the room was lovely and extremely well kept by the maids not that we left it messy which I’m sure made life easier for them, the food we found superb if you can’t find food you want to eat here at the buffet restaurant then you must have an incredibly fussy palate, different themes each day on the food...

Maybe they can put some water refrigerator at restaurant so during meal we can get it ourselves. But overall thanks everyone and for everything Side Star Resort, you’re gonna be a good reason to come back next year

Pros: - Sandy beach - Plenty of sun beds and overall good amenities in the beach - Quality of the food served in the hotel, restaurant, snack bars - Good house-keeping - Great value/price ratio Cons: - Hotel is lacking security in all aspects, anyone including street vendors can enter the designated beach area, use the hotel showers and bathrooms

This is just an example you shouldn’t encounter in a 5-star resort. - Utensils used in the restaurant and in the bars are not in their best condition, you need to dig through the trays to get the “least” stained glass

A 20 min bus ride into Side Old Town. Hotel has its own access to the beach. Food was a little samey and my fussy daughter struggled to find things she liked to eat. Overall I would recommend though

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

Overall we had a really good time at this hotel for ten nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cihan who looked after us well in the restaurant and lobby bar on many occasions

The only disadvantage was the distance to sea

Lots of water sports/activities to choose from and the sea was lovely. There was a bus into Side regularly and only 1 euro per person return. Entertainment was a little lacking

We played card games in the lobby bar instead or went for a walk around the shops and to a couple of local bars, not that there seemed to be many to choose from

We didn't really bother with it after the first evening but it depends what you're looking for I suppose

Beach is not too far away and it has its own bar on the beach also so all inclusive you get your drinks whilst you’re on the beach too

And the hotel is near a quite big and relatively inexpensive market. If you are tired of the hotel food you can check out the titanic bar food is good there and they have way more better beer nad drinks than in the hotel

The hotel has a few shops inside and Burak and Miko were very helpful and nice to chat with. The hotel staff were fantastic, all of them were so friendly. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome

Just got backp from our holiday here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was lovely but if you are expecting British food you will be disappointed

Like any other hotel, we got up early to reserve sun beds, but even if you don’t you are still likely to find a few as there are 3 pools! With the pandemic, we were worried about the cleanliness before arriving, but the whole hotel is very well looked after and is cleaned regularly and room cleaning every morning

Since the first day here he remembered what kind of drink we enjoy and since then he served us (me and my friend) with the same drink. Like he’s just predicted what we needed

Literally everything is enough and even more. I would also like to thank Benjamin - the waiter working here, because during our stay he constantly was very kind and classy

Great vacation,we absolute recommend this hotel. Great food, so many choices, there is something for everyone. We want to especially give a shout-out to Kerim, who works in the main restaurant

He is amazing and if you go to this hotel, make sure you search for his corner, it is definetely worth it. He sometimes yells Woehoee and puts flower petals on the tables

my stay at the Diamonds hotels was just incredible especially with the Barman Berat who made all sorts of cocktails and coffee, I loved his "ice coffee" which I took every day by the way

It was fantastic and the whole family enjoy it. - The beach is right there with awesome beach restaurant

What we dislike - We need to pay 18euro to use the vault in the room - Miniclub has very little toys/activities. During the time we are there, there is only shirt painting (10 euro), old board games

There is also a floatable water obstacles once a week which pool guests can have fun - The highlight and what distinguish this hotel is the show that they organized almost every night

Now let's talk about food: Food is OK. There's plenty of different choices but everything is just OK. And it comes from a person that likes turkish delights. Drinks: There are three bars in this hotel's area

All bars are serving alcohol cocktails BUT they all are bad. The juices they serve are very bad quality (reminds kind of powder drinks like Cool Aid and stuff alike), soda fountains are very bad as well

Very nice hotel. WiFi works very hard. It is made so, that you can't stay connected for a long time and constantly you should log in.

Memory massage stays for longer! The fish pool needs cleaning. Always a delicious tea after the treatment. In a beauty salon you have to be careful when you take your drinks. Better to have something twisted in a bottle

"All inclusive" system with fairly full meals, hot lunch performed in the main restaurant and in the beach café

All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool
