The positive thing with this hotel is that they clean the rooms good, but they forgot to bring towels 3 times. The beach was also very good, the food was delicious and there were snacks. But the hotel itself wasn’t good. There wasn’t any snacks, although it said on the site that snacks were available. They had a market inside of the hotel were you could buy the snacks even though we had all inclusive. The only snack that was available was limited ice cream between 15-16 o’clock. The bars closed at 12pm and they shut down the lights outside too which is very early for a four star resort hotel. We wanted to sit outside and play UNO. The food was ok. I would not recommend girls or women staying at this hotel by themselves because the staff here are very creapy and rude. They made us uncomfortable a lot of times. For example when we were tanning they came and shouted in our ears which happened more than once. They were also touching us without our consent which we also told them about. They treat their guests depending on where they come from, for example they praised the German and Turkish guests. For anyone outside of Turkey and German it will be hard to communicate with the staff because they don’t bother to use English.
