It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, most of the staff are absolutely lovely however, a few of them are always making derogatory comments or acting sleazy around women, in my time here I was overwhelmed with comment after comment from staff in the end I had to make a complaint and I hated doing that but it just wasn't on. I was there for a holiday not that. Otherwise though all the staff that hadn't done that are absolutely lovely and I wouldn't say a bad word about them because they really are lovely it's just those staff that make the comments.

Rooms as you would expect in a 4-star hotel, if I'm honest, they could do with a refurbishment. Staff were brilliant, although only the receptionist spoke English they tried their best to help us. Location was bang in the middle of a very busy road, near to all the shops, pharmacy, 5 min walk to the beach. The food option was ok'ish. All in all, not bad.

On whole the hotel, rooms, public areas were very clean, only the beach bar is quite messy.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

Actually the menu wasn't as good as we had hoped… The main courses get repetitive, every lunchtime & dinnertime it’s been chicken, turkey or grilled same kind fish. Even for Turkish Night, they served chicken & turkey! We were shocked. No kebap, no tandir...etc. We had chance to taste many traditional dishes last year. Cocktails were very syrupy.
Wi-fi was also better last year.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beach is only a short 10 minute walk away and there's a shuttle bus between the hotel and beach is departing every 15 minutes. Right next to the hotel there was lots of shops and markets.
A good offer of food and beverages. They had served wide variety of nutritious foods, including fruit, vegetables, meat.

We had the pleasure of staying this hotel. However it's crucial for the hotel to improve its maintance response and guest services to ensure enjoyable stay for all guests.The refrigerator in our room was broken. After calling the reception two times, they sent the technicall staff, but he couldn't repair it and the hotel didn't take immediate action to replace the fridge or offer an alternative solution. The receptionist said that "it wasn't important problem"! I reached out my tour company representative for assistance, she helped us and finally the problem was solved.

Great place to come here with family and children. Very cosy and nice rooms. And of course super nice mini club with great entertainment team!

Most staff were helpful and kind, even the managers there were great. The kitchen manager was always there around in every meal helping and making sure all is good. Great food, especially dinners on Fridays! You can chill around the pool or take the shuttle to the beach. The cocktails were not those of 5 stars but were ok for the price. The hotel is a great value for money especially for families. For a 4-star hotel I rate it 5 stars.

Nice hotel. Mainly Germans but a few brits. English seems to be most staffs 3rd language and better than my turkish. All staff very friendly front desk, bar staff and restaurant staff very helpful and cleaning staff very polite. Food seemed to mainly cater for German tast, but food was always nice, well presented and plentiful. It was my first time in Turkey and i will definitely be going again. Thank you for a nice holiday.

We stayed in the first week of July. A hotel worth recommending. Service nice, helpful. The hotel is located close to the beach, a 10-minute walk or a hotel bus. spacious room. Cleaned daily. our room was located on the street, unfortunately it was noisy in it. There is a variety of food for everyone. In the evening there is always some activity. During the day, some sports activities by the pool.

A great place to stay. Let's start with the highlights. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes. The quality of the food was very good. Another positive aspect was the availability of bottled water. Other beverages weren't bottled. I didn't like it.
The hotel is only a short ten minute walk away from the beach and there is shuttle service but waiting time can be long.

It is a good hotel. The hotel staff mostly are young, very friendly and polite. Our room was renovated and cleaned well every day. The quality of the food was good. Life is going on near the hotel and there were markets, stores, pharmacies, optical shopes and a medical clinic nearby. The hotel pool is small and the water slide was not active during our stay. The water in the indoor pool was not warm. The private beach of the hotel was far from the hotel, but the shuttle service was available. We preferred to walk the beautiful path from the hotel to the beach.
