Royal Atlantis Beach

Had a beautiful, great, excellent holiday at the Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel. Will definitely go back. Our room had issues which we reported but unfortunately couldn't be fixed.
The sliding door is not easy to lock, so it is easy to sleep without it locked. The fridge was not working, they know about this. The toilet flush system is not smooth. You have to play around it for it not to leak water, a waste of water. The kitchen was excellent, and the variety of fresh , clean food with beautiful condiments is excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We all had a lovely time! Indoor swimming hours could be at least extended if possible at the user's risk in case it means to pay manpower.

Loved it..what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding. The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent. Some strange timings for activities which sometimes clash with one another. The hotel is arranged in 4 blocks the far end of which is some distance from reception especially when after a tiring journey the key cards failed to work compounded by the fact that the safe didn't work once we got inside...the instruction card for which is totally wrong, luckily the engineer sent to fix the problem showed us the proper and much easier way to lock and unlock it.

Good 5* Hotel. Food was ok but not to much choice. Big Bazar just outside the Hotel.

Very nice hotel, just a few meters away from the sea, with nice private beach. The rooms are big and clean, food was great (a lot of fish, very well done barbeque and sea food dishes), good entertainment programm (I felt in love with the "animation team"- Oma is the best :) ) and very nice personnel that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The whole holiday felt like days spent with friends and not in a hotel I went for the first time. A very big "thank you" and all my appreciation to Miss Ünal, who really made our holiday amazing! Hope to see you again soon!

Great hotel, great service, and great programs. We recommend yoga at 10:15 am on the hotel grounds. And a big thank to all those who work behind the scenes to make your stay a pleasant one.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant is quite large and elegant. The quality of food and drinks is very good. We had a wonderful holiday. Therefore, I would like to thank the hotel's management team.

My father who is 90 years old spent a good one month in the hotel starting january 2024. The ambience and hotel services are excellent. The staff is very helpful especially Abdullah Egrikol who took great care of my dad and kept me informed about his well being. Manu Ahluwalia

thank you very much for the wonderful holidays, especially the staff, our child had an injury and they took care of us perfectly. The rooms could use a little renovation, but they were clean, cozy, cleaning service every day, great location (very close to the sea and to the center), animation program and the staff is awesome. Food and service were fine. Thank you very much for the time spent at Royal Atlantis, we enjoyed it very much and club song clap clap and choreography for this song is the best for us😊😊😊😊
