The hotel is very noisy. It is impossible to relax by the pool due to loud music from the speakers, noisy events by the pool, and staff trying to sell experiences or get you to participate in activities. We were here 2 years ago, and the food was much better then. Now, the food is bland, and half of it tastes bad.
At the evening shows, the women perform only in small bikinis and thongs. Women have other talents besides showing their bodies, and it’s not a good example for children. Additionally, smoking is allowed everywhere, and people constantly smoke by the pool and at the outdoor tables in the restaurant, which is very annoying.
Finally, there are also too few staff, so you are constantly waiting in line if you want a soda or something to drink.
I'm came here to chill but i got the opposite, never come again
This is my fourth time in Antalya, and it is the first time I have faced such bad service at a resort. From the first day, the rooms we had booked were not provided to us. The front desk manager and staff lied, claiming there was a malfunction with the room cooling system, but there was no malfunction; the rooms were simply reserved for other guests.
We were given a suite intended for 4 people, while we were 8. Additionally, the room cleaning service was bad; nothing was washed or changed, and we had to request service ourselves. I do not recommend this place at all; it is not worth evaluating."
We had 4 nights booked through an agency for a deluxe room.
Besides the fact that we waited for many hours in the lobby because our room wasn t ready ( and we had 2 babies under 1 year with us), they gave us a standard room. Thing is we only realized after 2 night if staying there and they wanted to move us to a deluxe room in our last night.. like who does that?
We got in contact with the agency we booked the hotel with and they contacted the hotel about this. Guess what? Hotel management lied and said we stayed in a deluxe room, although it wasn t true!
Garbage people!!
I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ?
Towels and nobody !!
Lot of people put them towels and go in the beach or I don’t know where.
Lot of people also put towels in two or three transats and me and my family don’t have where to sit this must be forbidden 🚫
For the rest the Hotel is very good for family and kids
The grounds were clean and well kept.
The room was older and needed to be cleaned.
Lots of food options, not the best food but many choices.
The amenities are awesome, many great things to do for young and old.
