Alba Resort Hotel

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel.
The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely. 😍
The entertainment team is new and the children' activities are very well organised! A special thank you for the coordinator (the blonde woman)!
Turkyie and Alba Resort did not dissapoint us, but exceeded our expectations 💕

Totally my best holidays in Turkey! The hotel rooms and the whole building were clean. The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves. You can try different cuisines, there's a lot of veggies, meat, fresh fruit, good turkish desserts etc. (I highly recommend pita with cheese.)The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, they do their best to serve you properly, always ask if you need something and be there to assist you. The people from the entertainment team are also super friendly and spread the positivity around which just keeps you smiling 24/7. I was really impressed by their kindness and openness. There's a lot of animations, I especially liked the ones in the evening. It's also a pretty cool place for people who like to party, cause they even have a night disco near the beach almost everyday. When it comes to the swimming pools, there are 2 of them - one bigger and the other one smaller. Both clean, with lifeguards. The bigger one has waterslides which are super fun and there's always some nice music playing around. Speaking about the beach, it's beautiful. Clean, sandy, with lots of sunbeds. The water is crystal clear and warm. Overall, the holidays in this hotel were amazing. It's a great place to make some beautiful memories, have fun, meet nice people and rest. I highly recommend to everyone, regardless of age. Hopefully I'll come back one day!

We stayed for 10 days, a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids, ages 6&4), end of April beginning of May.
There are lots of activities for kids, 2 kid pools, one with a sling for them. Outdoor playground, mini club full of activities open from 10am to 5pm, mini zoo, the beach is sandy, from 8:30pm there is mini disco. In one day there was a kid fest on the soccer field packed with outdoor games, humans costumed in transformers, bouncing slings, etc.
For adults there is the usual entertainment: beach volleyball, tennis court, ping pong table, darts, etc, at night disco (we haven't been, so don't know how it is).
There is a great selection of food and it's really tasty.
You have food and drinks available almost all day.
The cons:
The pool bar gets crowded in the afternoon, so you have to wait a bit until you are served.
The rooms and bathroom look good, they seem to have been recently refurbished. The mini fridge is filled up daily with water.

The overall impression upon arrival at the hotel was good. We enjoyed a pleasant vacation except for one unpleasant moment when leaving.
After check out in and waiting at the reception for the transfer to the airport, the receptionist came to tell us that we had left a damaged kettle. We never used the kettle! Meanwhile, the transfer arrived and he had to wait for us until this situation was clarified.

We stay in Alba Resort Hotel for 9 nights, my parents and myself. We could not ask for a better place to stay. Restaurant staff was super friendly and always trying to accommodate us, especially Mehmet, and that before tipping.
Bar staff - if I could I would bring them all back to UK with me. Such a hard working and extremely welcoming team.
A big shout out to Hikmet the big boss and Ahmet a bit smaller boss. Doesn't matter how busy it was, they were always polite and went out of their way to ensure you are enjoying yourself.
All together we had a great stay and we would consider going back to Alba

Me and my 12 year old son have just returned from 7 nights at the Alba Resort Hotel. We had the best holiday of our lives!! The hotel sure lives up to the 5 star rating. I was continually amazed.

The food is amazing- so much variety, beautifully presented and tasty. Drinks were great, even the cocktails are not as watered down as you would expect at an all inclusive.
Everything was SPOTLESSLY clean. Even the tableware and cutlery. Room was pristine, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The pool, the sunbeds, everywhere clean. The hotel even smelled nice in all areas. The reception, grounds, pool, flowers, trees, decoration, even down to the tiniest detail were STUNNING.

The entertainment was great- the guys by the pool putting on aquacise classes, encouraging people to join in, such lovely friendly guys who made everyone smile- their energy was infectious. My son felt he was too old to join in to the kids entertainment, but I was impressed by it anyway! The kids there loved it. The staff were always happy to help, there were a few staff members who were a bit cold / miserable, but this didn’t spoil it for us- perhaps they deserve a higher wage ;)?

Proximity to the beach amazing, a 5 minute stroll. 11pm nightly disco was amazing, I LOVED having a dance to some more modern music by the beach bar. When I saw the gym my mouth dropped open, it has proper weights!! The massage service there is a tad overpriced and I didn’t indulge for that reason- cheaper massage back in England, but only a minor point.

The animals and zoo were great too, but the birds could benefit from some fresh greenery, when I fed them some grass and herbs they went crazy for more. I was sad to see one of the macaaws in a tiny tiny cage, why are there 2 in a lovely enclosure but this one cooped up alone?

In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is FANTASTIC. Thankyou Alba Resort Hotel for a holiday we will never forget.

Overall this is VERY GOOD option for family vacation.

Main Restaurant was very good all the time, private beach is sandy and entrance is easy for babies, there was always enough sun-beds.
Rooms are new enough. There is a lot of things to do for children.

However:
The only reason why i removed one star - cleaning in room was far away from 5 stars. I’ve tried tips and direct asking - without success :( Floor was bit dirty all the time.
