Room was good, very fresh and modern! We were at the beginning of May. Food was good! Service was really good!
Everything we liked only one thing it would be nice to have inside pool heated! We had rain several days so kids were swimming in inside pool would be nice if pool were s bit warmer!
MINUSES: Please close at all you're a la carte restaurant!!I visited 2 of them and it most disgusting food I ever ate. And it's not only my opinions,I talked with a lot of guests of hotel and they said the same: very slowly serving, food horrible.
Very very dirty sand on the beach: cigar stubs everywhere;
animation grup the most boring I ever see🤦🏻♀️;
no sports event besides volleyball ,and the simplest yoga;
DISKO is horrible - music for the 80+😵💫;
timetable for eating ,I cannot understan why I cannot have late breakfast till 11 I am on holiday.
Not much show in the evenings but I think it because I was at the end of season .
Hope the stuff will read this and make improvements in the hotel.
The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely. 😍
The entertainment team is new and the children' activities are very well organised! A special thank you for the coordinator (the blonde woman)!

Yes, that's true. There is public internet in the lobby. However, in 25 years of my traveling, I have rarely encountered a 5-star hotel without internet in the rooms (however, this is my first time in Turkey, so maybe it's normal here?). Even if it was paid, it was paid for the room, not for the device. That's why I am surprised by such practice here. However, I have to admit that the hotel has great service. So just the above for reflection because for me it is an important fact.
