Adalya Art Side - All Inclusive

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive. Staff are friendly and helpful - particular mention of reception (Alper, Okan and Melih) and entertainment teams - Casper was a favourite with the whole family. Lots of activities, close to the beach. Could not recommended highly enough.

Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side. We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas. The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers. Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment. The hotel service, despite their very limited English, was top-notch. They did everything to ensure guests were happy. The pool bar staff were excellent, especially the waiter, Laktosuz, who served his signature drinks and always found time for a joke. Everyone was very helpful, polite, smiling, and always willing to chat, despite their hard work. And now, most importantly, the entertainment team. Casper, Elvis, Dobrawa, and Matylda were wonderful young people who did everything in their power to make every day at the hotel a wonderful one. Kacper, who entertained everyone, would have been boring without him. What a charismatic man he was, open to people, and sincere. Dobrawa was wonderful, always making time for a quick chat and fun. Thanks to them, every day spent at the hotel, from morning to night, was full of excitement. We love you all. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We miss you. Iwona and Piotr.

Hi everyone i was in this Hotel 2 Times. Everything was very nice but i want say this year entertainment Team very good and very friedlich. Thanks for them entertainment chief He make everyday Pool game He Speck many laungues He was so nice to us thanks for everything.

In all the hotels I've stayed in, ive never wrote a review on TripAdvisor. So here it goes. Arrived on Thursday, got put into room 3107, which is under a walk way between the hotel blocks, hardly slept,(due to kids running about etc) thurs/Fri night, so asked if I could change rooms, was not a problem, got moved into room 4510 WOW, it was like a penthouse suite, now I can start enjoying my holiday, Where do I start, all the staff are amazing, small language barrier thou, I am a yorkshire lad after all, alot of Germans here, my younger brother was stationed in Germany 10ys ago, so I've been to Germany, so that was a good conversation starter, A few of the staff stood out, there was Hamet at breakfast time on Saturday, realised I was English, had a quick chat, then I'm sure he was at the beach bar on Tuesday morning, remembered I was English, and spoke to me in his best English Fernat in the area closest to the outside cooking /yellow table cloth area, sat there Saturday night, and my glass of red was never empty, always came and topped it up without me asking. The other evenings I sat in the blue area All the cleaners did an amazing job, they was never stood still long enough to read there name tags The waitress Neslihan in the lobby bar and the waiter Ertain in the blue section at dinner time, it took me 3 days to read there name tags, they was never stood still long enough, there a credit to the hotel, very hard workers, also the waitress with the poorly knee, think she said she'd come off her motorbike, yet again, a very hard worker, did most of my drinking and sunbathing in the lobby bar outside, I was 2 floors closer to the sun 🤣, my room cleaner I think she's called, Zeynep Gagir, lovely lady, room always clean Finally all the chefs and kitchen staff, food was amazing, i don't like trying new food, because I don't like to waste it, I tried bits of most things, some got wasted, others went back for more, don't get me started about the cakes/puddings there a work of art, Would I stay here again. Too right I would, but maybe have a crash course in Turkish and German languages Having a lazy day by the pool today, fly back to the UK tomorrow, Thank you

Very nice family holiday food was gorgeous. Entertainment was brilliant . We met a lovely man called casper he was at the top he made sure we was OK and happy he helped us all . I would recommend this holiday . One of the best family places we have been

Just come back from 7 nights, with 3 children aged 3, 7 and 16. The 4th all inclusive that we have tried and really do recommend this hotel, everything was great. (The others being Royal Dragon, Crystal Admiral, Crystal Sunset) If they was all the same price I would go with Adayla Artside. They just seemed to have the few little extra touches that made it stand out. The staff really do make this hotel, they always go out there way to make sure you are looked after. Yes the all inclusive does get a little samey samey but we found there was always something, my daughters loved the pasta live cooking stations. The shops in the hotels were great and found them all really friendly. The local shops are a bonus, you can reach literally 100’s of shops and bazaars with just a few minute walk. The beach bar and restaurant was lovely and we had a great day down there. Cleaning of the room was superb and probaly the best we’ve ever seen, even folding our daughters blankets in to different animals and shapes. Didn’t understand other reviews saying the hotel is prominently German, it doesn’t effect your stay at all, in fact we’ve made lots of friends that we definitely be keeping in contact with. We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating. The only disadvantage was the distance to sea.
