We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating. The only disadvantage was the distance to sea.

Overall we had a really good time at this hotel for ten nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cihan who looked after us well in the restaurant and lobby bar on many occasions.

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day. Lots of water sports/activities to choose from and the sea was lovely.
There was a bus into Side regularly and only 1 euro per person return.

Entertainment was a little lacking. We didn't really bother with it after the first evening but it depends what you're looking for I suppose. We played card games in the lobby bar instead or went for a walk around the shops and to a couple of local bars, not that there seemed to be many to choose from. It's worth the bus ride to Side for better atmosphere and seemingly better choice of bars. The ones near the hotel were pretty much empty most of the the time. It's mainly shops.

The pool is good and the slides too. There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us. The towel process was a bit annoying. You couldn't get fresh towels until it opened 8:30-10:30 and then outside of those times you weren't able to swap your towels. You have to wait until 4:30-6:30pm to return them and then get your towel card back. So often we ended up keeping the same towels for 2-3 days at a time. This could do with being a little more flexible.

Rooms are clean and bright. Shower temperature changes constantly so isn't ideal. We were above the late bar and the soundproofing is terrible. No music but you could hear chairs being dragged across the floor all night. I thought maybe I was being a little intolerant as I am a light sleeper but I see others have commented on this too. The mini fridge didn't work very well and was inconsistently stocked throughout our stay. Wardrobes spacious and lots of hangers. Beds comfortable.

Food was lovely. Some people I see have complained about it being repetitive but we always found something nice to eat. Depends on your tastes I guess. The buffet restaurant was hectic at times but I think you would get that at any family all inclusive in the height of the summer holidays. Pool bar also had good food during the day and the patisserie with fresh waffles and ice cream was a favourite with the kids. There were four a la carte restaurants but you were only allowed to visit one for free during your stay. It was 25 euros per person to visit any others which I was disappointed with. I expected we would be able to visit them all at least once. We went to the Chinese and the food was nice but we felt rushed. They tried to take plates away when some of us were still eating.

Drinks were fine. Cocktails too syrupy for me. Some language issues with the staff not understanding what we asked for. And some staff didn't know how to make some of the cocktails. Beer and wine was nice. Wine in the restaurant was often not cold enough though.

Be careful if you have a photo shoot done at the hotel. The photoshoot is free but the packages are pricey. In the end we chose a small selection of 12 digital prints and it cost us £100. However, the photographer was a nice guy who we had a laugh with and we did end up getting some beautiful photos. I am still glad we had it done.

Overall a lovely family holiday and we made some great memories thanks!

We just returned after 10 wonderful nights here, rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, food is fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. The entire hotel is constantly being cleaned......always immaculate. Beach is only 5mins walk, staff are very friendly and helpful. 100% highly recommended for your family holiday 😁👍

Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Especially the team at reception and housekeeping who do an excellent job with the cleanliness of the rooms. Food at hotel restaurant was amazing. It has something for everyone. Would recommend anyone who visits to go All inclusive. They offer a buffet service for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Would recommend to try the freshly made omlettes for breakfast. Their pizza is delicious. Also from the bar near main reception you are able to order fantastic Mocktails. Their vanilla & chocolate ice creams are amazing and so is their freshly made waffles. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends whether they be visiting as couples or as a family. The only downside is they do not give out irons in the rooms as it is against their policy. So anyone visiting should pack a steamer or an iron if they can lol.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The food was 10/10, rooms are so clean and hygienic, rooms are cleaned through out the day and done to such a high level. All staff were so lovely and friendly. Pools and water slides were just THE BEST ! We barely left the hotel. There’s always food available u can never be hungry here, we landed at 12 and were concerned about what we would eat, but thankfully the hotel have their sultan restaurant open all night so we didn’t sleep hungry! & the variety was just amazing. I usually don’t like hotel food, but this place was a whole different level. If you are thinking of booking! U should it’s one of the best hotels I have ever visited and I’m deffo coming back next year.
