Reviews
The food was of really good quality, I especially liked the beach bar for lunch. The main restaurant in the evening was good too, I particularly liked the fresh meat on offer; this was probably my saviour as some of the pre-cooked options were a little strange, possibly catered more to the German & Russian clients (no offence intended). Plenty of choice for desserts if that's your thing. We only went to one of the fine dining restaurants whilst we were there, the Italian. Aside from the soup (minestrone that definitely wasn't minestrone), the courses on offer were really nice. We just found the main guy to be quite stern & we felt rushed. Maybe hexeas just having a bad day?
We didn't go to any of the shows in the evening so can't comment on that, but they were mostly based outside in the amphitheatre & it was a bit chilly in the evening & I personally am not a fan of the tiered wooden seating.
There was a piano player most evenings downstairs by the restaurants. Only for about an hour or so, which I enjoyed, but it wasn't to everyone's taste.
Depending on what you want out of a holiday, the evenings were quite somber & it was definitely a bit posher than we were used to 😄
The main downside for me was the swimming pool was icy cold & not many people went in it. I believe towards the end of our holiday, the hotel did heat one of the pools but that area was then too busy in terms of getting a sunbed & lots of children, which some people might find too much.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but wouldn't come back unless it was a good price & an additional break to our main holiday.
It didn't bother us too much, but English were definitely in the minority & not many staff spoke English either.
i really liked the cocktails at the beach bar, the hamam massage at the hotel - not included, need to pay extra - and the shows at night
all the staff was very nice and kind, specially Tunuc from Petissarie, and Daria and the other lady at the customer service, and the staff of the massage
they have another hotels, i went walking to Side by the beach and on the way i stopped in another Sentido Trendy to have lunch, just showed my bracelet then could eat for free
the negative point is that could have more vegan options for food in general.. lunch, dinner, coffee time, desserts.. there were no veggie milk on the restaurants, only on the Petissarie, and no options of salty vegan creams to eat with bread, like hummus for example
also the cleaning could be better, on the first day there was a bunch of dirty wet hairs hanging on the shower, maybe from the previous guests.. i left it there to see if on the next day it would be removed.. but it wasn’t, and i had to remove the disgusting hairs myself
also for two times someone unlocked and simply opened the door while i was on the bed, without knocking or ringing the door.. it scared me, it was really weird
i used to store a special necklace rolled in a paper with another cheap bijoux in a small pocket on the bathroom.. once i was in hurry to go out and left the necklace rolled on the paper outside the pocket and when i was back it disappeared.. the customer service was kind and offered to search on the trash containers of the hotel but i had no return about it anymore..
but i know it was my fault that it disappeared, i should keep it inside the safe.. i tried to not let it make me down to not spoil the trip
to go to the beach it was like two minutes walking, and there were enough beach umbrellas for everyone
they also had sauna included on the booking, swimming pools and a small gym
The room was clean, no mold. The stuff is always smiling to you. The staff took food samples to verify their quality.
There was a challenge to change the room because it is crucial to sleep in a quiet room without air conditioning and with open windows, but the stuff gave us a choice to select a room.
The beach is near the hotel.
There are too many flies sometimes, and it is a risk to people's safety.
a few reservations, what could be improved;
📍when we arrived at 1 am, no one showed us to our room, although a bellboy came with suitcases, but much later and so we were tiredly wandering around the hotel (since it has several blocks)
📍at the "swimming" - "relaxation" pool, some visitors do not follow the instructions, splash balls in the water, throw themselves into the water and make it unpleasant for swimmers to swim peacefully. The lifeguard warns them and cancels these water activities, but it happens every day and it is annoying for swimmers, because it is the only pool where they can swim happily without inflatables, screaming and splashing. It would be advisable to visibly post the rules regarding this pool.
In particular, we’d like to thank Ms. Müge from the main restaurant. She was not only highly attentive to all guests but also managed her entire team and the trainees with impressive coordination. Her effort did not go unnoticed.
During our stay, the guests were mostly elderly German families, along with some Russian and Turkish visitors. Everyone was respectful and polite, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.
The beverage quality can be considered average, with a few imported alcoholic drinks available (Jack Daniels, Olmeca, JW Red Label, Gordon's). However, the food was truly outstanding — on par with what you'd expect from high-end premium resorts. The chefs and purchasing team have clearly done an excellent job. The quality of the red meat (meatballs, entrecôte, tenderloin, etc.) was on par with a good restaurant. Additionally, the starters, appetizers, and side dishes were all flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.
Although there is no à la carte service at the snack bar, the offerings — such as hamburgers, chicken nuggets, döner, and gözleme — were all of very high quality. The staff here also did an excellent job. Special thanks to Edil for his great service. One area for improvement would be expanding the variety of alcoholic drinks at the snack bar.
The hotel has both heated and outdoor pools, which are clean and sufficient. The beach is wide with plenty of sun loungers and features the soft, fine sand that Side is known for. The sea remains shallow for several meters, making it ideal and fun for children. The aquapark consists of two slides, which were more than enough for kids to enjoy. The kids' club is quite small, but there were some organized activities for children.
The Blue Bar stands out for its high-quality drinks, lovely setting, and the excellent service provided by Irfan and Yaşar — truly a delightful spot.
Unfortunately, we did experience an unpleasant incident involving Can, a chef at one of the à la carte restaurants, whose behavior was disrespectful and cast a shadow over our overall service experience. However, we’d like to thank the Front Office team, Mr. Adem, 2nd Head Chef Özkan Usta, and Daria from Guest Relations, who handled the situation very professionally and did their best to make things right.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The waiting staff were very attentive, food very tasty, everyone tries very hard.
We however all of us contracted Influenza B virus by the end of our trip. Actually almost every guest in the hotel were coughing. Even the general public, some were coughing. Antalya has become a virus hot-spot due to mass tourism, and giant hotels that need tremendous amount of maintenance. My daughter had to be hospitalised on return. I'm not sure it's fault of hotel, as they did everything right.
Please heat at least 1 of the swimming pools and increase chlorine levels.
Some rooms do not have adequate noise insulation due to music from adjacent hotel.
