Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach Hotel

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The cleanliness and customer service is at the highest possible level. The staff is very caring and smiling - waiters, bartenders or room cleaners. As soon as we finished eating, our plates disappeared from our sight, they were that fast, you really won't miss anything. Quite quickly, at our request, they changed our room, which had a better location and was more acceptable for 3 people. You can communicate in English at the hotel. The kitchen was fantastic.

a few reservations, what could be improved;

📍when we arrived at 1 am, no one showed us to our room, although a bellboy came with suitcases, but much later and so we were tiredly wandering around the hotel (since it has several blocks)

📍at the "swimming" - "relaxation" pool, some visitors do not follow the instructions, splash balls in the water, throw themselves into the water and make it unpleasant for swimmers to swim peacefully. The lifeguard warns them and cancels these water activities, but it happens every day and it is annoying for swimmers, because it is the only pool where they can swim happily without inflatables, screaming and splashing. It would be advisable to visibly post the rules regarding this pool.

Very nice, we had a beautiful room, service was very good, clean hotel, needs a bit of fixing here nd there, but all in all very nice. The entite staff was extremly kind and helpful, the hotel, the pools and the beach perfectly clean.

Just returned from a weeks stay and had a fantastic time. Food was outstanding especially in the a la cartes but even the main restaurant was very good. Breakfast is as you’d expect in Turkey so no fry ups obviously but there’s still plenty of choice. Plenty coffee machines around so no queues and staff will also bring you a drinks at breakfast if you don’t want to get your own. Most lunchtimes we went to the beach bar as we just have a snack and there was plenty of choice there and never overly busy. Evening meal choice was excellent with the main food areas supplemented by the external cooking stations and don’t miss the BBQ area which is to the left once you walk past the main section. Drinks were really good especially at the blue bar where the cocktails were top notch, thanks to all the lads here especially Cemal. We would always call in here just as it opened for a sunset drink. Pool area did get busy but we are early risers so never had a problem getting a bed. Always room on the beach if you can’t get a bed by the pool. The hotel does have a policy of removing towels before 0700 which stops people putting them out at stupid times and leaving them unoccupied all day. Entertainment was quite good with live music on a few times a week also there were a choice of places to sit and drink if you didn’t fancy the shows. Rooms really good with a big comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar and decent air con. The sink by the door actually works quite well even if it looks a bit odd. Must say a special thanks to the German girl in guest relations (sorry we didn’t get your name) who was very helpful and sorted out a special night for our anniversary. I would guess around 25% of guests were British, I don’t mind a mixture of guests, if I wanted somewhere full of Brits I’d go to Whitley Bay :) Most staff spoke English very well so we never had a problem communicating Well worth a trip into Side to visit the ruins etc and also make sure you head out to see the turtles go left or right along the prom and either way you get to a bridge where you can feed the turtles and fish. Only one minor moan, the entertainment from next door was really loud at the blue bar some nights due to location of their stage. Not much that the hotel can do but it does spoil the atmosphere a little We had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to returning later in the year for another visit, highly recommended

We recently returned from another stay at Sentido Trendy Verbena – our fifth visit – and once again, we were impressed by the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every corner, from the lobby to the pool areas, was spotless, which truly added to the comfort of our stay. A special highlight for us was the friendly and welcoming staff – especially Sema from the Kids Club. She is absolutely wonderful with the children and brings so much positive energy every day. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room we were given this time (room 2315). As regular guests, we had hoped for a room with a better view – not necessarily an upgrade, but something a bit nicer considering our loyalty to the hotel. It felt like a missed opportunity to show appreciation to returning visitors. A small shame in an otherwise lovely stay.

This has been our 4th visit to the Verbena Beach. We always think that it could not get better but it has. We would like to thank Daria, customer relations, Cemal, bar staff and Mustafa and Emmeral, restaurant staff.

This was our second time at this hotel and I can honestly say it was better than the last time, we found out it was under new management and it was a Big improvement. We was given a family room at the front of the hotel 4 floor which was very nice but limited drawers in the bedroom, it was ok for the two of us but I think you would struggle with 3 or more people. Breakfast was very good but depending on how did the omelette some had to much oil in the pan. The food overall was very good, All the staff very friendly and helpful could not fault them. Lovely beach but could do with better shade the parasols didn't give enough shade. We are looking forward to going back to this hotel.

Visited the Blue Bar for cocktails and it was an amazing experience. All ‘the boys’ know how to ‘shake’ a good cocktail Service was impeccable and the boys were such good fun

I definitely recommend the hotel to even the most demanding clients and I would be very happy to come back here. it was a wonderful vacation.

We spent a week at Sentido Verbena Beach and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was very good with a wide variety every day, catering to all tastes. The rooms were beautiful and always perfectly clean – housekeeping did an excellent job. I would especially like to thank Gülsüm at the reception for her outstanding service and friendly attitude. She was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I can truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!
