We booked this hotel with high expectations based on its stellar reviews and reputation. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we anticipated.
When we arrived, we were told that our room wasn’t ready because the hotel was overbooked. After a tiring 3-hour wait, we finally got into our room, only to find it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Even worse, there was a strong smell of mold that made the room unbearable.
We immediately brought this to the attention of the reception, but were informed that there were no other rooms available in our category. We had no choice but to spend the night in the room, and by the next morning, the mold smell was so overpowering that it started to irritate our throats.
When we approached customer support, they suggested giving us an air purifier, which didn’t seem like a real solution to the mold issue. We refused and eventually were moved to another room, which was a downgrade from what we originally booked. At least this room didn’t smell of mold.
It’s disappointing to see how much this hotel has declined, especially given its previously excellent reputation. From what we’ve learned, the management changed this year, and it seems that standards have dropped significantly since then. If you’re considering this hotel based on past reviews, be aware that it’s not what it used to be. We were expecting a much better experience and were left deeply disappointed.

This place is expensive - I decided to splurge due to the decent reviews. However, it IS NOT good value for money and I cannot recommend it.
After a very long day of travel (arrived at midnight), once we arrived, they told us they were overbooked. We had booked two separate standard rooms. They said they’d give us one family room with two bedrooms but only one bathroom. We explained to them that this is not actually an upgrade and we want two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The receptionist - Yasin E then rudely said “if that’s what you want, you can sit in the lobby with your luggage and wait until tomorrow after lunch.” There was little acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Eventually we were given 2 family rooms, but told we need to move the next day. We were only booked here for two nights (1 day) so we were expected to use our only day of relaxation to move rooms.
The rooms are tired and run down. The wooden floors are lifting, there is mold in the bathroom and the lights don’t work properly. The smell strongly of dust and the air conditioners don’t work well.
The only advantages are that there is a great beach attached to the hotel, the food selection is good and the waiters and cleaners are atleast friendly.
Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend a stay here.

Very bad services and booked rooms were not available. Alternative rooms offered were very bad (no window for kids room, no shower gel, very small room), considerable lower quality than we paid! I recommend everybody to call the country local consul for immediate support, as travel agency will not be efficient to obtain paid services.

First room we got had included weather effects: rain coming from a light fixture and black mould in the walls. When confronting the hotel manager, they told us they’d give us another room, but were incredulous regarding the severity of the situation. The second room we received had no working phone, a damaged phone in the bathroom that we had to fix to the holder using a hair tie so as not to keep us awake at night and bugs in the bathroom. The whole room seems to be dirty, overall, and it looks like it has aged very poorly. Like it wasn’t maintained properly. The bathroom seems dirty. The faucets are starting to rust, the bidet is already rusty, the grout is very dirty. The furniture is scratched, the wallpaper has started peeling off in places and the general fit and finish isn’t great. The staff is not very friendly or helpful, they’re very arrogant, and have a certain mocking superiority. They don’t respect their customers and they even told me not to peel the mouldy drywall when I was trying to show them the extent of the damage. Out of an 8 day stay, I managed to hang on for 4 days and then I booked flights back. I’ll ask for money back for the remaining days I didn’t spend at the hotel and I won’t be coming back. Ever.

The rooms are reasonably large, in very good condition, lightly renovated. The minibar was refilled daily, the beds were comfortable and all was very clean.
The food was tasty, quite varied, all fresh and very well cooked.
Starting with the beach bar, where they served a tasty burger, the pool bar where they had soup, various crispies, pizza, spaghetti etc. On the seafront there were 2 more snack bars,one with barbeque and doner. Also a gozleme snack bar, 2 ice cream stations. In the resort, various bars, coffee bars. Every evening there were various parties for adults and kids, or live music. You cannot get bored in this resort.
On the seafront is a nice promenade .
The beach is large,sandy, reasonably comfortable sunbeds and big umbrellas.
What I didn't like:
The main restaurant is very crowded at dinner time. Queues everywhere, especially at the bar. It was quite difficult to find a table, and when you did find it, you waited for minutes for someone to clear it. Table service was generally slow. It was unpleasant that many drinks (including water) were served only at the table, not at the bar and you waited with the food but couldn't find anyone available to bring you a drink.
Another thing is the reserving of the sunbeds. Everywhere you looked 2-3-4 sunbeds reserved with one towel. At 10 o clock, all the sunbeds at the pool were taken, although there were very few people present.
Same at the beach, but there were plenty of sunbeds there and every time you could find one free. I prefer the beach so it wasn't a problem for me,but it's not OK.
Overall, a great experience, i would gladly come back to this resort.

(Updated) Five star hotel with the best and friendly staff. They all work very hard to make my stay here wonderful from bar, restaurant to coffee lounge. They also have different events throughout the stay from water polo to evening events.
Spa - overpriced for spa package. Their Turkish bath is good like meeting standard but massage very bad. I don’t think they are trained to do massage. I could probably do better job than them. I paid Eur 80 for total package with mask and massage but I’d said it’s probably only worth £30. Overall it’s not a luxury or relaxing experience they tried to sell to you.
Hotel is amazing and they organise different events so you will never get bored in the resort. One minor point - shortage of staff and poorly organised on chairs and towels. On our first day, we waited for thirty minutes to get a beach towel and took 20 mins to find an available sunbeds.

Fantastic hotel, everything you could possibly want. Food amazing. Cocktails expertly made. Entertainment first class something for every age group. Right on the beach but close to shops. The ruins in Side are a must! Staff always very helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel first time coming to this resort, came with my family and friends family, we've had the best week! Staff are amazing and exceptional, turkish a la carte was fully booked but they still accommodated us as it was a friends bday, the manager Ozkan.T at the a la carte restaurant was amazing and deserves a promotion he went above and beyond for us! My friends son is autistic and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time even gave a cake on the house for my friends bday! 100% would come back to this resort, rooms are really clean too, cleaned daily, Main restaurant food is a bit bland but it's catered for everyone, they have stews grilled meats etc there's pizza chips and fried chicken everyday as well as fresh bread, rice and soup for those who don't like the other food. I'd say its more catered for the European tourists from Germany Poland etc if you like flavour and some heat there's hot sauces and dried herbs and spices available to add to your food but its all edible and lots of variety. Facilities at the resort are top class you have access to all 3 hotels their bars snacks bars and pools which are all amazing. Spa facilities are really good free to use of sauna, steam room and gym, so much to do with kids too, private beach is nice and area is good too close to antalya, manavgat and other places too (land of legends is a 35 min drive). Markets around are
expensive so worth going out a few more miles for cheaper shopping.

Very great standards, and had a lovely time and experience. The infrastructures are very good, good quality, and everything feels premium.
The hotel was on very limited operation when we were in, and had limited options and bars/restaurants open, but we still had plenty to do and much on offer.
The room was good, and comfortable, and was well insonorised.
The food offer was good and broad - and I imagine that at full operations there will be so much to try.
The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, even despite seeming more used to German and Russian than with English - but it still worked pretty fine and was never a problem.
Parking worked great and was never a problem.
The private beach was lovely, nice, clean and pleasant. I could see myself spending much more time in there.
The location is also pretty great, if you are driving (but there are taxis outside) - there's loads of local commerce within 5 min, and it's a fantastic area with closeness to Side, Manavgat, and Antalya - with lots to offer by the sea and in the mountains.
Sadly, there was so much to do in and out of the hotel that I only checked the spa on the leaving day, and it is superb. Great decor and infrastructures, gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, a really good hammam, and a salt room that I only found out too late.
I could see myself spending 2 weeks here, and it's a great resort, with great nice staff team who work hard and deserve the best. Also, lovely cats all around!
