This hotel is shocking..
Women are allowed to wear strap tops or dresses with no arms, children are allowed to wear vest tops but men are not allowed to when eating.
The quality of food is poor.
We’ve been here since 1/10/24 and our son has had stomach problems aswell as 5 other families.
Waiters are pushy for “tips”
I strongly do NOT recommend coming to this hotel if you are thinking about visiting side on holiday

Dissapointed with our one week ultra all inclusive in this hotel.
Unfortunately we chose to go in July. The place was packed and we had the impression that the hotel was not prepared for so many clients. The services therefore were under the expected levels. The rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon and only superficially, the waiters in the restaurant were always overwhelmed (tables remained uncleaned, at table service was very slow, often we wouldnt find place and when taking un uncleaned table the waiters would get angry).
Overall the hotel was not at the level of 5 stars ultra all inclusive. The rooms are old, lots of small goodies in the bathroom packed in plastic (but NO body cream and no hair conditioner), the services limited (the little children activities they have require extra pay!)... We were also often lost in the strict timing. Water slides were only open 2h in the morning and 2h in the afternoon, ice cream was available only at certain times (at 4h30pm the freezer was closed), 15 minutes before closing of the restaurant they would already start cleaning and taking food away (dinner only until 9pm).
We did not find the Turkish customer services that we were used to, nor the promise of luxury given by the "5stars ultra ll inclusive" advertised (and paid rather expensively). Too bad because the location right next to the beach and the super clean pools are great! This place needs more investment in the rooms and the services (and the must-be sustainable strategies that any hotel should have today). Also, for families traveling with children it needs more varied activities and a proper child-friendly pool.

Extremely disappointed. I arrived at the beach bar at 16:45 to get 3 waffles for my 3 boys and I was refused on the grounds that the program was over and he could only offer me one waffle. I refused him the only waffle he offered me and I repeated to him that I can't go with one waffle to 3 children and effectively he completely ignored me and served someone else and kept shouting at me that the program is over. I told him that he is not acting correctly, he continued to ignore me. I feel wronged, I feel left out and I would like to remind you that I paid thousands of euros for this trip. A very good hotel with all comforts one needs. Great place for a family to spend their vacation. Food is good and plenty of it. Lots of activities and entertainment happening all the time. Just avoid peak season when all the Germans come. Service and staff are helpful but mostly speak only German. All in all I recommended this hotel for sure.

The turkish customer service that one would expect is not present at this hotel. The staff is overwhelmed at lunch and dinner time so that tables remain uncleaned and when you travel with a group of frinds it is difficult to find a place to eat
the rooms are comfortable and nicely cleaned if you leave a good tip for the cleaning staff. The pool is very deep for young children but the beach is very close by. The sea was great ! A lot of elements are organized at certain time (the slides , the ice cream , the snack) so you have to make sure not to miss the specific timings
Overall we had a good time but there are many things lacking from the Turkish welcoming services we were used to
the rooms are comfortable and nicely cleaned if you leave a good tip for the cleaning staff. The pool is very deep for young children but the beach is very close by. The sea was great ! A lot of elements are organized at certain time (the slides , the ice cream , the snack) so you have to make sure not to miss the specific timings

We went to this hotel on the bargain price from UK. There are lot of fantastic feedback and some critical one that I listed below that might help you to choose this hotel:

Outside pools is not heated pool and you can not use them if the weather is below 20 or cloudy. There is also one inside pool which is really crowded with children and there is no fast swimming line for adults. no really useful for travellers who like swimming.
I could only find one staff working there who could speak english. They mostley speak german and turkish. It is not a big deal as they always try to assist you but sometimes you feel outsider or cannot get the service you want.
The Spa was the only disappointing side of my holiday as he was really talkative not informative. He did not let us to take a picture from prices and he was forcing us to take the most expensive spa service. We did not take the spa service and gone to other place and he was looking reqlly rude when we were using free spa after that. He is wearing eye glasses and tall and slimy. He has some nerve to annoy you in the best way possible.

Generally, I would travel to this hotel as the food and service is fantastic and if you dont mind having few staff who speak english and try to avoid the spa guy.

Thank you for the wonderful holiday in Aydinbey King's Palace! We were here from Christmas 2023 to New Year's and had a very nice holiday. The highlight was New Year's Eve. Special thanks to the management and to the manager for his great speech on New Year's Eve. Whether chambermaids, reception, restaurant or security - everyone was very professional in their job. It is a very clean and well-maintained hotel. The buffet was very rich. Thank you everyone and good luck for 2024

It is a shame that I need to lower my review for my stay at this hotel due to the service on our last day of stay. Overall the service at the hotel was great, very friendly staff. One issue was that the staff barely spoke English, they only spoke German and Turkish. The hotel is FULL of German people. Now, the reason my rating has had to be lowered: on the last day of staying here I had left a new north face coat and nike hoody in my hotel, and after it was cleaned by housekeeping, I had told reception that I had left my items in there, they had just said that they were gone. I understood that the room had to be cleaned for new customers but where had my items gone? The hotel has no sort of lost property, they just kept telling me the items were gone so I am very sure that the housekeeper had stolen them. No effort was made to retrieve my items, and I even called recently after coming back home to ask if anything was found, with which I had the staff rudely tell me that they didn’t have my items, before abruptly hanging up the phone on me. I really wish more of an effort was made as it is very weird for my clothes to just disappear, someone had definitely put them somewhere. I even asked if it can possibly be shipped if found but they were extremely rude and abrupt.

Excellent service, delicious food!
Minus one star for the lack of charging points for gadgets or at least accessible wall sockets in public places such as the pool area or restaurant. Currently, all guests arrive with smartphones and tablets and it is not always convenient to leave their gadgets in the room to recharge during the day. The only chance to charge your phone without going up to your room is the floor sockets in the lobby.
