Friendly staff but overwhelmed due to high occupancy and difficulties to communicate as they don't speak English (German is the main language)
Clean swimming pools
the rooms are comfortable and nicely cleaned if you leave a good tip for the cleaning staff. The pool is very deep for young children but the beach is very close by. The sea was great ! A lot of elements are organized at certain time (the slides , the ice cream , the snack) so you have to make sure not to miss the specific timings
Overall we had a good time but there are many things lacking from the Turkish welcoming services we were used to
All stuff, facilities and services were perfect 👌
We will come back once more ☕️
