Fabulous experience! Amazing hotel and dacilities, fantastic entertainment and friendly staff. We have had such a relaxing time! We'll definitely keep coming back often!

Defo not 5 stars hotel, max 4.
95% guests are German and everything is base on them - entertainment, staff speak mainly only German, animation in German etc.
No access to neighbor hotel Royal Taj Mahal so forget about aqua park there and theme park- no chance for access which we we have not been informed by Tui.
Food decent - nothing special but everybody can find something.
Drinks terrible- very cheap local alkohole , coctails cheap and awful, wine warm.
Staff ok however more smile please. Also hotel was understaffed, 1 waiter per lobby bar cause you need to wait 15-20 min for your drink.
Rooms ok - nothing special but overall clean.
Entertainment the worst we have ever head in Turkey. Hotel is for mostly old people so no music , animation boring and monotonous.
We stayed 7 days and only one proper beach party at the beach.
Beach was the best thing we had.
Plenty of space and nice sand with water.
Close to the market outside the hotel.
Overall hotel is way overpriced and for what we paid you can find much better in Turkey e.g Rixos etc.

This is an OK hotel. I would of expected more for the price compared to previous 5 star holidays around this price range.
We stayed for 2 weeks as family of 3.
Pro's
Pool - Good size, plenty of space
Slides - Enough to keep our 9 year old occupied to break up the pool fun
Sunbeds - Seemed to be enough for everybody. We got one every day with waking a sensible time.
Parasols/shade - plenty available for when you need to seek shade
Pool snacks - Nice snacks available at limited times in the day
Rooms - Good size and good quality beds.
Cleaning - Can't fault this service.
Hotel - The hotel is a nice building decor and clean.
WiFi - I found this widely available throughout the hotel and beach area
Beach - Drinks available at the beach and beach was nice.

Food - Plenty of choice but bland and repetitive. Limited themed events (twice a week). Themed food only covered 1 or 2 counters. Rest is repeated on daily basis.
Waiter/bar staff - 90% were miserable and didn't seemed enthused to be there. Odd couple were welcoming and smiled.
Location - Nothing local worth seeing. Just usual shops you see everywhere.
Entertainment - limited and repetitive. Lead to days being routine and boring.
Can't comment on kids club but only serves up to 8 year olds. No much available for 9 year olds.
We would not come again. Better options available in this price range. Got bored after a few days. No pool side quizzes, games, etc which helps break up the day.

Beautiful hotel, really modern and lovely. We arrived at 3.30 in the morning and was very grateful to be given a room upgrade of a family suite with 2 floors. The room was beautiful and very spacious with 2 bathrooms.
The slides and pool were brilliant my girls loved going on these each day and the location was lovely. You could have a walk by the beach each night which we really enjoyed.
The entertainment staff were lovely but you can tell they were probably pressurised into selling the kids t-shirts as we were asked multiple times across the week.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly and often gave you a refill of new drinks without you even asking and often remembered your favourite drinks, which was a lovely touch.
The only negative I would say is the food, although we always found things, it was I at times cold. But it’s only a small negative as we always found things to eat.
Another slight negative is the door staff expecting a tip and looked awkward at us until we gave one. But we arrived so late, we didn’t know which bag had our money in and it just left a weird feeling when we were so happy with the room. We didn’t have an issue with giving a tip but we were all so tired and didn’t know where anything was.

We booked this as a 5 star through Tui. Having been to Concord in Lara Beach a few weeks prior, I was confident the hotel rating would be accurate.
There is nothing specifically bad about the hotel it is more the fact that the overall astethics, quality of drinks, food etc are not that we would expect from a 5 star, although 10 years ago I am sure it was a stunning hotel.
The "amphitheatre" where the entertainment is shown on an evening is enclosed and unbearably warm, they could do with moving it in to the Pool bar area to make it a more pleasurable experience as the Animation team and acts were good.
Once we had accepted it was not a 5 star hotel, and I would say more a 3.5-4 star we did have a nice time but it is unlikely we will return.

We are here at the moment. Staff are great. Pool superb and large. Great slides in waterpark. Room large but we did upgrade. Double bed + a single. Double balcony with full sea view. Strong wifi throughout. Good drinks inc international brands. Plenty of shops over the road. Only issue is that all the ala carte restraunts are €20 Each in the hotel. Been 2 see wild turtles a short walk away. Hotel is always spotless. Its quiet but understand 3 travel companys have gone bancrupt. Last week was to hot. Hit 49 degrees. Now 35. Lots of Germans here but no issue. They are really friendly. Good entertainment. Superb 4 children with a kids club and their water park even tho we dont have any.

Good Value for money.
The only downside with personal experience was the food. Being a vegetarian, we always look out as to what we can eat. The restuarant does not have a clear labelling food policy as there was no vegetarian or vegan signs. Constantly had to ask a member of staff who hardly spoke English.
I feel the management should look into this matter as a positive criticism & moving forward make improvements.

Absolutely amazing hotel, great staff with great service. Everyone is very engaged with the guest.
Water slides were amazing, rooms were very clean and serviced well.
The shows were excellent.
Only 2 small improvements - cocktails were a little rubbish and the Al a Carte was not included in the all inclusive.

A large hotel, but thanks to that you don't feel the crowd. The bathrooms need renovation, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The service was nice and helpful. Delicious food, large selection and variety. Something nice for everyone.

We went to this hotel August 2023, we were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. My experience in Antalya 2020 was amazing, hence why we decided to do a family holiday again in 2023. However, I was very disappointed. The room, was spacious for a family of 4, bathroom a bit too small. The food was average, they had different cuisines on each day, however, only a few dishes were different and the rest was just standard. the staff and service was really disappointing. We mainly came back to turkey because of their warm hospitality, but this time it was really bad.
They had A la carte restaurants, but they were shut half of the time, besides these slots were charged at 20 euro per person, which is ridiculous considering you pay a huge sum for an all inclusive holiday.
The swimming pools were nice and clean, water park was great for the bigger kids. It was a nice stroll to the beach and clean. Sandy beach which was great.
Overall, I would not rate it a 5 star. There were families there who went there last summer and returned since they thought it was great, however, they said even they were disappointed as to how much the standard and service had dropped in a year.
The Kids club and entertainment for kids was poor. Entertainment generally throughout the day by the pool was not good. Some of the evening shows were good from outside performers.
