Where to stay with pets in Didim

You have no other chance to send your postcard because the hotel is situated far from the post office and the city. The hotel has a nice pool view but it is very loud in the evenings even with the room windows shut

We booked the Lakeland area of the complex and I’m glad we did. The reserving towel over the sun beds was particularly annoying. This wasn’t too bad where we were but around the main pool it was a joke

The waterpark is great, small but enough slides for everyone and well managed, so not waiting around as the staff members split the queue

The hotel itself is very well presented spotless throughout plenty of selection of food and drinks available 24 hours

It's has its own private beach with a pontoon, so sea swimming is great and the fish are everywhere just take some bread down with you and feed them from your hands

There is also a patisserie where you can grab cakes, cold drinks and ice-cream all day. There are many bars scattered around so you will always get a cold drink all around the resort 4

Unique place for your vacation. Beach is here, huge pool too. Very good animation team, who keep you in good mood. The food is fabulous. Honestly a piece of paradise. Recommend.

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great location. The grounds are stunning, if you get the chance - give it a go!

Food for me was not nice, nothing kids can eat, lits of traditional food, which is hard for those who are not use to such strong flavours. It does not cater for all especially the young tourists

The hotel is lucky ro have a wonderful animation team but sadly management is very poor. The hotel is in a beautiful location close to the altinkum strip

There are several places to enjoy sea - you can check sandy shore and seabed or if you prefer start from more deep water - you can use several available pontoons. Everything is really close in only couple minutes

Everyone, from the staff who greeted us on arrival, through the waiters, chefs, housemaids, bellboys who take care of everything to make your vacation best ever, deserve the highest praise

Great place with some issues to improve: internet connection, housekeeping, cleaning, repair works to be done. They have great foods and drinks. Nice beaches and decks. Wish the best for their next season

We stayed here for a week honestly everything was perfect the food is good , our rooms were cleaned everyday, we had a lot of fun and special thanks to the staff cause everyone was so helpful and polite

The staff , the hotel , the food everything is here just amazinggg. The area of the hotel is surrounded bye sea view ! It’s just 10 min with taxi from Altinkum

  I'll never believe the reviews again. I warn you in advance, according to European standards, it's not a 5-star hotel. But hotels are rated on the quantity of services provided, not their ""quality""

Let's be humble and understand that it's not always possible to exceed our expectations. Many of them were exhausted, but they were still there doing their best to make sure we had a good vacation

I spent a week from October 9th to 16th with my partner and seeing these before reviews, I completely panicked. I was scared, afraid of where to sleep, what to eat and sad about my vacation

  They spoke very little English, but enough for us to understand each other. The room was spacious and there were no fancy sheets or fancy things like people expect. I had the basics and a comfortable bed

Lovely hotel with beautiful views. Nice food so long as your not there when it's full of Bulgarians as they cater to their taste more

Staff are extremely polite, responsive and smiling. Everyone cares for your stay here to be as comfortable as possible

The only down size is the number of waiters during evening service at this time (October) as a lot have returned to university, this might be helped with someone organising where people sit when they come down for meals and asking for your drink order when you arrive so they can get it organised while you select your meal

The hotel needs renovation for sure, the hallways are dirty and not well maintained. The lights are not working or they are flickering. If you have epilepsy you're gonna suffer

The swimming pool entertainment was great as well. The water park is great! The best place in the hotel for me it was the Pattiserie! I have never seen it in any other hotel. The coffee and the cakes were just delicious

The staff were always there to assist us. There was plenty of different kinds of food. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment. My son's favourite was the Ethiopian circus and I was astonished by the Fire show

Well where do I start this has to be the best hotel ever, from the staff to the beauty of the hotel is just so amazing the staff can't do enough for you making sure they see to your every need, the hotel is sat right in the middle of 2 towns where you can do as much shopping as you desire I preferred altinkum just for it's beauty and of course cheap clothes aftershave all sorts, the staff are so nice...

The grounds of the hotel make traveling with a stroller very easy as everything is completely accessible. The staff were so kind and paid good attention to my son while even cleaning his mess with a smile

Very nice hotel! We are satisfied with the trip. Very large and very clean pool. The sea is shallow up to the barrier beach, are within walking distance. This Bay, no big waves and the water is warm

As the hotel is dated, the rooms are big and even the economic room exceeded our expectations on its size (could easily fit two baby beds plus all our stuff with room to spare)

In the morning after our arrival on a shelf underneath the bathroom sink I found pyjamas and pants left by previous guests. Quite bizzarre I must say and only speaks volumes about how the rooms are cleaned

However the mini bar that is supposed to be replenished every day was empty and despite being assured this would be rectified immedietely, they did not manage to restock it until the next day

I have mixed feelings about this place. There are things that deserve a five star rating and sadly there are those not so minor details that kind of tarnish the entire image

Food is just as good, you can eat as many times in the day as much as you want with a different variety of food to choose from. The rooms are kept clean and tidy daily

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Deniz! She is so sweet and always smiling and has made my holiday even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have not already checked it out!

My stay at the hotel so far has been excellent. The pool area is amazing as it is so big and there are also water slides to keep you entertained

Brilliant value for money … it’s a family run hotel and is in a great location 8 min walk to the beach. They make you feel so welcome the food is great also

Their pooches are adorable Jess and her baby puppy can’t wait for next yr as I will be going back. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels and the pool and sun beds are also cleaned

It is a sincere business that will not shake your economy, is 10 minutes away from the sea, open buffet and dinners are prepared with care, and the employees are friendly and interested

I would recommend this place to families as it has a great pool and a nice bar which you could get any kind of drinks. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of altinkum and literally 2 mins away from the beach

They have limited resources of hot water. They usually have technical issues all over the place. The location is amazing, but I would npt really recommend.

My and my family stayed there 12 days and I can not complain! Everything was absolutely good and the rooms are big and the view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It says it’s a three star hotel but it’s more like a four star. It’s professional, clean, well kept and overall a nice safe hotel. There isn’t random creepy people in the hotel but families so it’s a child friendly place

Hotel cleanliness was very good. Turkish food is delicious and hotel rooms are quite comfortable. I want to spend the whole summer in this hotel, but I want to travel all over Turkey.

I would love to give it another star, but their was a lack of organization and the staff don't work dedicated shifts. If they had someone at the front desk at all times, it would've made it better

The staff (especially Pelin and Tuncay) are super-friendly and attentive. I had Turkish-speakers with me, so I had no issues with the language barrier. The location is great for beach access

Located on the main boulevard a very short walk to Altinkum's First Beach

The hotel plays loud music at night and we had trouble sleeping. The hotel is centrally located which is good if you want to go around in the city, but it can get pretty noisy. Overall, it was an ok experience
