Aydinli Cave Hotel

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They handled every one of the 78 email messages with such grace and kindness, LOL. They helped arrange airport transfers, balloon adventures, and guided tours. It’s family-run and owned, and they make you feel welcome. Ask for Ozzy for guided tours; everyone in the front office is top-notch. The breakfast buffet is so big and varied. I highly recommend getting the King Suite with the Turkish bath. You’ll thank me later.

I highly recommend this lovely hotel and would be glad to return someday.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. The family who run it are very welcoming and lovely, they helped us book the balloon ride and Turkish bath. I hope we will be back some day, as they made our Cappadocia stay unforgettable. Thanks again!

This place is truly spectacular. Our room was spacious with a private balcony. We were able to see the balloons from the restaurant. They got really close. I was in awe. The staff here are really special. They are so helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was great with a good variety of foods. Love this place.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. As two girls traveling, this was really important to us. They went above and beyond by helping us book other activities, which made our trip even more memorable. The rooms were lovely, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The service at the hotel was excellent. They helped us make reservation for hot air balloon ride at last minute- our Airbnb recommended guided tour operator had bailed on us and we couldn’t find any other available for our dates. The manager was super nice and recommended other activities and also made reservations for us.
The breakfast buffet was a treat - delicious.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was absolutely amazing, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom with shower & tub. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and even booked our transport to airport, offered to book other transportation and provided recommendations for local restaurants and spots nearby. Great location close to everything. The breakfast offered vast options and delicious Turkish food. Would have loved to stay longer and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Goreme.

We had a lovely stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel. I was about to change the booking but I'm so glad that I didn't. Pros: Great location, walking distance to downtown, amazing breakfast views, delicious breakfast, unique design, great terrace view to watch the hot air balloons, complimentary parking, and friendly staff. The staff were super responsive and delivered everything we asked for to our room. When we left, they gifted us a box of Turkish Delight...which was so sweet. Cons: If you are claustrophobic, the cave hotels may not be for you because some rooms (not all) are on the smaller and darker side, and have small windows. If you want the cave experience in this case, I'd recommend booking a suite. Also, although the breakfast was delicious, it lacked some options for those with dietary restrictions - e.g. unsweetened almond milk/ soy milk, keto, gluten free, etc. (we're sometimes high maintenance). When booking, several cave hotels had great pictures to attract guests. To be honest, most of the cave hotels in this district are similar...so, don't fall for the pictures. This hotel, for example, is right next to another hotel that I was considering...that hotel is twice the price and I discovered that it is literally exactly the same. So, I'm glad we went with Aydinli. I definitely recommend them.

Amazing location, you just open the door of your room and you see all the hot air balloons. Breakfast was the best we experienced in Turkey. The hospitality was also amazing. Five stars without a doubt!!

My experience here was overall amazing. Especially the service, the staff were very helpful. A very nice man named Gokhan is extremely helpful, and he is very cooperative. If you ever need any help, immediately go to him. The breakfast had a great variety and it was very good, and the service there was outstanding as well. I had a lot of fun here and I do not regret staying at this hotel at all. Every aspect was great, words can’t even describe. A big thank you to gokhan and all the other staff, all very nice, and helpful.
