Delightfully small hotel tucked into a corner of town so feels quieter. Great rooftop terrace for viewing town and balloons but unfortunately they close the bar for the winter so be aware in off season months. The beds were VERY hard, but the rooms were cozy with nice touches. We enjoyed it but just not sure it’s worth the much steeper price than the other cave hotel we stayed at just down the road.

Everyone in here raving about their hospitality so I was excited to book this hotel.
But before that I had something that I needed to make sure so I emailed the facility almost two month ago and haven’t got any reply yet.
I was disappointed and did check their rooms again and I decided to not stay here.
I was concerned about their hospitality since I’m not famous influencers and also there’ll be much better hotel which has better price and better room size:(

I recently stayed at Koza Cave Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Cappadocia. One of the highlights is their rooftop terrace the highest in all of Göreme which offers the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with hot air balloons floating above.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, from the cozy rooms to the impeccable service. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10 experience. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly, highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Worst hotel ever!
The staff is kind, friendly but they don’t talk English and act not professional!
The hotel rooms are small and damp and not worth the money we paid!
As a blogger I have seen other bloggers contents there with blanket in the rooftop and l was notified that I am not allowed whereas I was not notified in advance and I saw other people and bloggers doing it on the same place!

We spent 3 nights at Koza Cave hotel in Goreme Cappadocia. When I saw the hotel for the first time, I remembered the hobbit and lord of the ring series, looks like fairytale.
The king room where we stayed was unbelievable, the bathroom, the bed room, the balcony, inside the cave with all the authentic details inside and very clean.
The breakfast was so delicious, everything was home made, I felt like my mother did the food.
The day when we left, they prepared the breakfast so early for us.
The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful.
They organized all the trips including the tours, Balloons, airport pick up and drop very easily and very organized.
The location is perfect, very close to the shops and markets.
I can't wait for my next vacation to go there again.

Koza Cave is a family owned business. From the moment we got picked up from the airport that is now we felt. It was husbands birthday and they bought him a little cake and upgraded our room. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. We booked their uncle for a private tour the next day. The food I can’t even tell you how amazing the home made breakfast was. I kept eating for 2 hours and wanted more. It took me back to my moms cooking. The server ( forget her name ) super sweet in the morning was so thoughtful. Liza at the bar was great. Spectacular visit. Will return

We saved up all year and finally stayed here. The service when we arrived was really great and we felt right at home. The balcony to make pictures and admire the hot air balloons is truly a dream come true. We thought this is the perfect place to wash our clothes and we trusted this service that was provided. In the evening the day before we left we got our clothes back which contained specifically 2 colourful clothing pieces and we just packed them without looking at our washed laundry. When we arrived the next day to our new hotel I looked at my red top and it felt totally different then before it got washed at Koza Cave Hotel and the other clothing piece was a really nice pink pants that I especially bought for this trip. The trailering of the pants was completely broken on both sides at the end of the trousers and there were purple stains all over the pants as well. Plus the colour was faded too. We examined the pants and made pictures about this matter since it can not be worn anymore. I still have the receipt of the pants and also of the trailering service and asked for a full refund. They agreed to pay the full price of 55 euros and when we got there I only hear that it was my fault and my mistake that my pants turned out this way which made me feel bad cause not only me but my friend knew I did not give my pants to them in this status I received them in besides that I only got 25 euros. When we left it just didn’t seem right at all to us and we felt uncomfortable

“Family” the word family you think of related connection you have to someone . My experience with my bf in Turkey was made unforgettable because of a little place called Koza . These beautiful people have a big heart and make you feel like you are family. From G to Sam or Oscar the managing staff was unbelievable when it came to your needs. Amazing views , food , friendly little animals walking around. We dove deep into a beautiful culture that all started here .I will come back and stay with again and again and if you are looking for such a experience in Cappadocia. This is the place.

This place is mislabeled as a hotel, it is a home away from home! The owners were welcoming from the minute we arrived until the day we left. They took care of our dinner reservations, tours and went above and beyond to handle a last minute issue with our departing flight. Our room was clean and cozy with breathtaking views and the daily breakfast was on par with the best restaurants. It is a family run business and they each played a role in making our stay memorable, comfortable and stress free. Koza Cave Hotel was definitely 1 of the many highlights of our trip and the main reason to return!

Koza hotel is family run business which prides itself in its fantastic service. We were pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service. Staff were really kind and friendly and from the moment we arrived made us feel very much at home. Nothing was ever too much and any questions were answered with great patience and in detail. They also helped us book an excursion which was much appreciated. What I really loved is that nothing came across as pushy or staged and it was great to meet truly genuine people. The location is also amazing as it provides the highest rooftop in the whole of Goreme and gives great views especially in the morning and at sunset. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable.
