The hotel is located in a great Taksim location. Rooms are good enough. AC is working very well. My reservation was without Breakfast, however, I passed by it to see and was a simple buffet. I was greeted by Mr. Kerem He was very nice, welcoming, smiling, and assisting as he could. I recommend this hotel for its price and location with clean enough rooms.

This hotel is ideal for the most part and would stay here again but they really need to have those don’t disturb door tags. I had to reject room cleaning multiple times early in the morning and it was annoying to deal with.
Other than that customer service was decent and they were nice enough to let me check out late

I really liked this hotel. It’s clean and neat. The staff make sure to make your stay as comfortable as it could be. Special thanks to Yukan, he was helpful and always smiling. Will definitely stay with them again next time.
