Too expensive for what it offers

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s cozy with good breakfast. However, the hotel staff gave us the wrong information about our booking with or without breakfast.

Hotel was very clean. Reception staff were lovely, very welcoming. There was a problem with our room, this was quickly rectified with no delay. Very professional and effective manager place.  A wide selection of cold food at breakfast. Could have definitely benefited from more hot options. The bread was a bit too hard, perhaps because it’s put out early on the morning and left uncovered for hours....

A top hotel, located in a quiet area and somewhat far from the center of Istanbul, the room was spacious and very clean, the receptionists and all the staff welcomed us with a sincere smile on their faces, the breakfast was more than perfect, I only wished that we could make coffee or tea ourselves because there were servants who did that.

Wide variety of good food. Very comfortable bed. AC was running good. Not too many TV channel selection. No washcloth in the bathroom. The hotel was well kept. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Arjaan Hotel is an amazing hotel. We stayed here for my partner's surgery of which the hotel is a big partner for. A lot of people with different surgeries like hair or nose surgery. The hotel is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast very nice and enjoyable.

Musab as I arrived at the hotel greeted and assisted me to my room. He looked very smart and has a lovely welcoming smile. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. But the good thing is that you can order food in their restaurant. Nice food. Its a beautiful place. In all you get value for your money. Friendly staff. Ready to help always

It was joyful and the service was good

Reception guys were nice, breakfast ok and rooms small, but clean. My biggest complaint goes to older bold guy in wellness. I asked for woman for massage, but he appeared and made the whole experience unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt like he just grabbed the opportunity to touch women and trying to get some. Big red flag for ladies!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights at the beginning of September. The room was for me and my sister. We booked a room overlooking the mosque. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the bathroom drains, so the smell was clear. We close the door before sleeping and before leaving the room to make sure that the room does not fill with this bad smell. Very old hotel. Towels gray beige never white and filthy pillow covers with spots and the pillows cotton are all like balls inside the pillows that much is old and bad quality. I can only say that those who have no requirements for hotels and have regulations on business trip expenses can choose this one. At least the hotel is surrounded by complete business district facilities, so you don't have to worry about eating, drinking and having fun.

I only gave it a four as outside the building is a mess, inside is fine and staff are fantastic, second time I've stayed and they've always took care of me.

In general, the facilities were remodeled and clean, and the location was good, so I rested comfortably for a day. There are many restaurants and shops around, so I was able to choose a restaurant to my heart's content, and it's close to the beach, so you can see the cool and beautiful scenery in about 10 minutes on foot.

Excellent breakfast offerings at Aspera with a spotless lobby and café at the entrance. The staff even helped carry up our way too numerous luggage with a smile! Very good location, just about 5min walk to Galata Tower, and one of the MRT station just right in front of the hotel. Hotel spa also a good option if you want to try Turkish Bath, but only open till 9pm. So better try in the afternoon time after some long walking in the first half of the day. Hotel room is small, but good enough for solo travelers.

Booked for pool and sauce, pool was closed. It was Ok. Wed booked for one night just for spa and swimming pool before a 2am flight to relax in the day. Clean rooms and good service, brilliant location near M4 metro to the direction of Sabiha Airport which is very cheap transportation for SAW airport. I checked in at 7PM and my flight was delayed on the day of checking out , so I asked the hotel to permission of late checkout as I always do in my travels but they refused and charged me per hour of delay!

I definitely extended my stay because the staff was great. There's a restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and there's a kebab shop across the street. But it is very lively and loud (music, cars honking, people), it’s located on top of a bar/restaurant - the windows are not that sound proof, it was hard to fall asleep earlier than 12:30 am.
