Eterno Hotel

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, instead of being greeted with hospitality and courtesy, I encountered impatient staff who seemed indifferent to my needs. But the real letdown came when I discovered that my plastic bag with unwashed clothes had disappeared from my room. The response from the staff was inadequate and disappointing, leaving me feeling insecure about the safety of my personal belongings. Furthermore, it was evident that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I urge all potential guests to avoid this hotel and seek alternative options that offer better service and security for their personal items.

Didn't like the place

The holiday was ruined on the second day of staying at the hotel. We went for a walk, came back and found that the money that was in a backpack in a closed suitcase was missing 50 dollars and 50 Belarusian rubles (15 dollars). The absurdity of the situation is that they also took Belarusian rubles (in Turkey they will not be accepted anywhere, just throw them away). As usual, no one at the reception knows anything and did not want to solve the problem, and the manager is not there at all, but after threatening with a negative review, it turned out that the manager is there. We talked to the manager, they promised to solve the problem, but nothing was clarified, at the reception they shrugged their shoulders and said that you were not there, we came. Not the first time in Turkey, but this is the first time we encountered this. In general, a dubious place, I do not recommend. There are many hotels around for the same money, so choose others, but not this one

The hotel was in the news, there is no fire escape or sprinkler system, and there is no tourism business certificate, complaints have already been made to the necessary places. In these days when dozens of people have lost their lives, at least the incident should not be viewed so commercially, not everything is about money.

I requested late check out like 1 hour , they refused , i have no problem just its thier right , and in purposely they called at 11:00 AM saying its check out time , somehow rude receptionist .. cleaning of the room is bad .. breakfast is good , in total not recommended many better places and kind people in the same area ..
