Very nice and clean place 👌 The owners are so helpful and supportive Small appartment but comfortable with everything In başktash , near to all çavhir mall which also good place to go This place is reachable to every where even the Asian part A near by supermarket and a near by pharmacy is avaliable

Locationwise, it is central to main metro transport network within walking distance and there is a grocery- convinience store nearby where you can arrange free room delivery

The staff are so helpful and polite, we stayed 17 nights. The check-in process was seamless even at 2:00 am in the morning

Rented a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Nice, clean and warm. The staff are just amazing, Iman and Feras will always go the extra mile to help you. Most importantly they are honest with the guests.

Great location.. Close to public transportation (metro and buses).. Moderate prices..quiet.. Hospitable receptionists and room service personnel... Good decoration.. Requires a little more utensils and kitchenware

Amazing stay! I arrived in Istanbul early in the morning and I've asked the host - Gulhan, if I can drop the luggage until the check-in time which is 1pm

He didn't only let me drop the luggage but he gave me a very early check-in with no extra charge! During my entire stay, which was more than two weeks, he was very helpful and generally he's a great person! The room itself is nice and clean, you have a small balcony with the best sunrises if you're at upper floors

Fantastic experience, lovely room and Gülhan is a great person. Situated very close to the historical area, 5 minutes from the tram line which you can use to explore Istanbul

You can have a peaceful time in your small apartment to work or study and find yourself in the middle of all the entertainment in just 2 mins

Location is great, service is great. I have stayed during my exams at university for a month. No11 is a very quite place and its very close to the best restaurants and bars of the town

I really enjoyed this apart-hotel. Very nice staff, good english speaking, rooms are small, but clean and cozy, many of them has balconies. Stylish lobby and awesome music there all the time

The room was pretty nice but there was a constant noise in the building plus some weird smell sometimes. The location is great otherwise

We had a wonderful stay at Louis apartments Galata. Location is perfect, only a few hundred meters from Galata towers. Many bars and restaurants around the area. Taksim is about 25 min by walk and so is sultanahmet

Lots of restaurants below and the Apartment is superbly finished with 5Star plus amenities and feel. Farhad and Toofan at the reception are very helpful. Definitely worth repeating on our next stay in Istanbul

The Apartment is superbly located just steps away from Galata, the Tunel (Furnicular)and the Metro and only 300 metres from Istacal street

Would be returning to Istanbul, amazing food, people and culture and will definitely book with Louis apartments again!

We literally stumbled onto this Gem of an Apartment hotel after messing up an Airbnb booking

They helped us everything from our luggage delivery (unfortunately our luggage missed the flight) timely to how to take the public transportation, taxi reservation etc. We strongly recommend it if you go to Istanbul

Stayed there for work. I was hesitent at first given some of the old reviewes. But i was pleasantly surprised, I would stay there again if I am in Istanbul for work..

Staff in office was so kind and nice, its location is quite close to Taksim. Also, the room was good enough and moved by its cleaning service. I wish I had left a small amount of tip. :(

The apartment was fairly clean and the location pleasant. The water pressure was excellent, and the linens were fresh. Overall, it's suitable for a one-night stay.

+Room was a spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a living room and small kitchen which had an oven. +While staff were very casual, they were able to assist in hailing me a taxi after check out

Very clean and modern decorations inside rooms. View ans balcony was a big plus and staff are quickly respond to any request. I'm a returned customer and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Parting Thoughs: If you just need a place to stay for a few nights while exploring the area, this place is fine. It won't amaze you but it also won't make you regret the decision

Cons: -Rough around the edges in terms of the quality of the rooms. The floor heating was way too high and no way to turn it down. Had to turn on the AC to counter it

The bathroom vents transferred sound from other rooms. Renovations were done but it doesn't feel polished. -Cleanliness is acceptable but not the best

The apartments very large,spacious,luxury. Quality of service and staff ,location. situated in the very centre of all over the place walk. Unlimited fibre,free internet ,car parking, gym free. A unique homely facility

Family running hotel, female staff except receptionist owner. Loyal and humble staff, your belongings are safe here, you can ask any information and they will help you out. Cheaper prices and good breakfast at this price

for the price more than what I expected. Even got a present of set of little plates and spoons for tea and half a kilo of tea. They called my taxi and every time when saw me invited for a cup of tea

Decent place to stay, room was clean, we had everything we need during a stay. The hotel location is pretty good, there are a lot of stores around and it's quite safe to walk around there from my point of view

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked without problems. There is nice self laundry service available and water delivery. The staff are kind and helpful

Definetly recommend! However there are some problems in room, broken doors, holes in stretch ceiling, but the price was reasonable for this slight inconveniences
