Very very friendly staff especially Serap at the reception. Clean big rooms with sea view. Free water bottles at any time. Very nice kitchen with the necessary amenities. Hassan (bellboy) is very helpful as well.

In our line of business we prefer. The need can be met, the friendly attention from the staff and as a team we were quite satisfied. The biggest difference from other hotels felt like we were in our home ourselves

Locationwise, it is central to main metro transport network within walking distance and there is a grocery- convinience store nearby where you can arrange free room delivery

The staff are so helpful and polite, we stayed 17 nights. The check-in process was seamless even at 2:00 am in the morning

Good location, staff is professional and responsive an acceptable place to stay, family room is spacious, we had some previous problems with alemdag branch and had a big clash with its manager so we came to this one but no regrets

Parking underground, nearby bus station, park, supermarket. The only negative points are that the washing machines and only 1 dryer are on -4 floor, and the pool is a bit neglected

We had a wonderful stay at Louis apartments Galata. Location is perfect, only a few hundred meters from Galata towers. Many bars and restaurants around the area. Taksim is about 25 min by walk and so is sultanahmet

Lots of restaurants below and the Apartment is superbly finished with 5Star plus amenities and feel. Farhad and Toofan at the reception are very helpful. Definitely worth repeating on our next stay in Istanbul

The Apartment is superbly located just steps away from Galata, the Tunel (Furnicular)and the Metro and only 300 metres from Istacal street

What an incredible stay! We loved the room and the service was incredible - so helpful with recommendations, serving coffee and water upon arrival as well as keeping the AC on for us to get up to a cool room

The roof apartment is quite cozy, a little bit small, but it has a great balcony, the host 7s very kind and friendly, however there's only one minus which is just location.

Ada Home is coveniently located close to Taksim square. It's a very clean and safe residence. Management and staff are very professional and friendly.

Decent place to stay, room was clean, we had everything we need during a stay. The hotel location is pretty good, there are a lot of stores around and it's quite safe to walk around there from my point of view

Amazing stay! I arrived in Istanbul early in the morning and I've asked the host - Gulhan, if I can drop the luggage until the check-in time which is 1pm

He didn't only let me drop the luggage but he gave me a very early check-in with no extra charge! During my entire stay, which was more than two weeks, he was very helpful and generally he's a great person! The room itself is nice and clean, you have a small balcony with the best sunrises if you're at upper floors

The hotel was renovated 2 years ago, it was very bad when I came, but it has changed hands, the new owners have really made the hotel great.

This hotel is excellant,very close to Istiklal street,staff is realy kind and helpfull. The rooms ar really big and comfortable. The biger rooms have place for 4 adults. The owners speaks cuple of languages

Staff is professional and polite. I personally stay in NPH every time i visit Istanbul. Rooms are good, renovated recently. You can even rent a scooter on the reception. Will definitely come back again! 🥰

Staff (Romina) is very friendly and helpful. She even by us vegetables (we didnt ask for it!) . the place is warm and cozy. The only con: there is a dance club near it and play songs loud until 5 am :) .

Istiklal is very close, one minute by walking. 10 minutes to Taksim Square which also has a metro station (if you manage to not stop by on the way to various shops located in Istiklal Avenue)

Spectacular view from Hotel, This property is associated with a amusement park and a shopping complex with a small train that takes you around the shops. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended for all types of guests.

Perfect, there is nice shopping mall, good restaurants, a big theme park for family.. but it's far from the main downtown of Taksim and the old city of Istanbul.. anyways there is a free shuttle to Taksim.

Rooms are huge! Extremely spacious and comfortable. Theme park is nothing to shout about. Very convenient as it's also attached to a mall if you want to do some shopping.

There are shopping mall and food court within the hotel building. Very ideal for family stay with the games and rides nearby
