The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walk to Taksim and Esteghlal, upon entering, the pleasant smell of the hotel made me feel good, if you ask them to change the room every day, the breakfast was also ideal for me, but according to my friend, there was no variety, the staff was good. As soon as we arrived, I asked them to give us a room on the upper floors, and they gave us the 8th floor, which was good, in my opinion, the bed was also standard, unfortunately, the standard rooms were very small, and you could hardly get a bed from this side, the elevator was also small and capacity. It has two people, of course, if you are thin, 3 people can fit, the most important thing is the reliability of the staff because they don't touch our things. There is a baggage handling staff named Jamil, he was a very knowledgeable and pleasant man. We tipped him a couple of times. On the last day, he gave us a big bottle of mineral water and paper towels. In general, the location of the hotel is worth ignoring some of its problems. If I go to Istanbul again, I will go to this hotel again. In addition, the Wi-Fi of the hotel was excellent.

Location in the center of Taksim Square, close to the park and the famous Istiklal Square. The hotel price may be a little expensive due to the large presence of Arabs in these areas. The service is good and the cleanliness is very good. There is a full breakfast with a number of types of foods and the reception staff are cooperative with the customer.thank you ..

As a local guide and a formal traveler I will rate my first night of the hotel.
The hotel is defined as a four-star hotel however most of the facilities are for a three-star hotel, no swimming pool and there aren't any resort facilities. However the location of the hotel is in the heart of Taksim and so close to the metro and many restaurants, supermarkets, grocery shops, and money exchange offices.
The most thing that made our stay more comfortable in the hotel are the staff members; They are so welcoming, hospital, and kind and they serve with a smile you can find Arabic, English, and Turkish-speaking staff members.
The thing that attracts my attention once I enter the hotel is the good environment among staff members which was reflected in all hotel guests.
Such good vibes from staff members deserve increments in their salaries; I hope the manager can see and read my review to reward his staff with "Ekramyah".
