I’ve never been scammed so much in my life. This hotel is a 4 star hotel with no a/c advertised with a/c. We waited 5 hours for the room to cool down & it did not. my mother has asthma and cannot stay in these conditions. The room was a sauna all night. We woke up sweating. The windows have no screens.
Also the a/c system only stays on for 2 hours and shuts off automatically. Completely scam. Why am I paying $150 ???
To add to this, there’s mold in the shower & sink. & stains on the carpet. This is not a 4 star hotel.
We asked to leave the same day, they told us to wait til the morning to talk to the manager and receive a refund.
The next morning , no manager. We were lied too. No resolution. We are forced to stay here. Their solution ? Upgrade to a room with a better a/c system. So for $150 I don’t get a/c. Is this how you treat customers who spend money here ?

Istanbul isn't the best when it comes to customer service, but the staff at Vicenza hotel are the best trained and most polite staff we have come across. They're helpful to your every need and make your stay worth it. Special thanks to the staff Emre and Hunit for the wonderful experience here.
The rooms themselves are very modern and look exactly how they do in the photos. The bathroom is one of the best we've seen. Definitely worth coming back.

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
Emir at the reception desk was especially helpful.
In fact all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The indoor swimming pool and sauna was out of service which was disappointing.
We also had a problem with the air conditioner in one of the rooms but Emir was able to change the room for us.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection.

I am having the worst experience with this hotel. They do not provide irons and their laundry can't give u ironed clothes till 10 am even if u call them at 8
So be careful if u are on business trip. Their roof top pool is never working so one can't even relax.completely spoilt my trip.I wanted to combine business with pleasure.

Rude hotel reception guy, almost had a fight with another quest. The hotel didn’t have a functioning spa/swimming.
Room was ok, had to ask for it to be cleaned. Breakfast is pretty standard.
No Wi-Fi in the room.

Location is perfect right next to grand bazar and shopping area. We stayed here for 1 week and we absolutely loved it the staff were amazing and the receptionist especially Emre and Hassan were so helpful and welcoming, would highly recommend.

emre is so kind-and very helpful .we are staying in this hotels 3 days but our experience is so good . And emre give to us very nice service . He is so good . He is also give his own travel card to us which is very kind things.

Very generous breakfast menu, nice staff and good location. The room is only 3-4 stars given the mattress has a tear and holes, only shower and no bath .
The electrical sockets are only with 2 openings so you cannot charge even your phone unless you buy an adapter for 2 euros from the shops near the hotel.
