A wonderful hotel. Great service. The food is at a high level, the spa complex is not bad. A must try is the rooftop restaurant, especially nice in the evening for dinner. The view is wonderful, the food itself is delicious and not expensive.

Good place to stay. Not the best room service, rooms are small but it's good under the budget.

The hotel is excellent, its location is excellent, the staff are all helpful and without exception, and the service is wonderful in general. I recommend it and will stay there again.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired if you are not used to Turkish breakfasts. Wi-Fi was good, its close location to a mosque means there is no avoiding hearing the prayers. Bring ear plugs!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! The worst experience !I came with a group of friends on vacation and I tell you with all sincerity not to stay at this hotel !
In the pool the water is cold, they don't have robes and the towels are old and worn, you have to pay a water fee of 5 euros, without which you are not allowed to enter the water.
The rooms are dirty, the sheets are stained, everything is horrible
Attention, I paid 30 euros for 4 beers in the lobby ! they are evil, at any dissatisfaction they speak badly and insult you in Turkish!
There are so many hotels, I tell you from the bottom of my heart to choose any other !!!!

Rooms are clean, staff are nice and helpful, breakfast is quite good. Amazing location. However, rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the guests in close rooms as if you are with them in the same room. Also guests walking and talking the corridors , you can hear them very well. Aside if sound proofing is not an important matter to you , I advise with thus hotel. Definate value for money, nice staff and clean room and Amazing location near tram, bus and sub stations.

This is a maximum 3 star hotel. The rooms are not very clean, especially the towels which are a bit dirty and smell bad. I recommend bringing your own towels. The breakfast is poor. The spa is ok. The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is located in an area accessible by public transport, not far from the Grand Bazaar and other tourist places, varied and tasty breakfast, on the 6th floor you can have dinner with a beautiful view

Never stay at this hotel if you don’t want to be robbed!
We booked two rooms for us and our parents from 17 November to 26 November at this hotel. Everything was fine, except the last day, when from the locker at our room was stolen 4100 EUR in cash from the wallet. It was done so professionally: they put a a paper into the wallet and left only 50 EUR on top, so it was looks like the money still inside and someone did it right before few hours of our leaving, so we recognised that stolen money only at home.
And we recognised that sometimes stuff open the door to our room even without our allowance to it — as they said to check that room is cleaned well. And hotel doesn’t take any responsibility for that, because as they said the locker «can’t open anyone except us». But for our request to providing videos from cameras in the corridor — they stopped responding.
What a shame for 4-stars hotel. I travelled hundred times in my life and never had such situation before. Stay away from this hotel.

Great location (near sightseeings and bazaar) and amazing view from our room. Hotel has underground parking, perfect to leave your car there for the whole trip.
We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and the hotel agreed to check us in at our arrival, way before their usual check-in time.
We were impressed by the hotel's hospitality. Staff members were very kind and helpful with all the information we needed.
The continental breakfast was diverse and there were a lot of options to choose from.
At our departure, I forgot some clothing items in the room, and the hotel kindly agreed to search for and recover the items.
Thank you so much for everything, we gad an amazing stay!! We will definitely come back!
