I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sorriso Hotel during my trip to Istanbul, and it was an experience worth sharing. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to many of Istanbul’s historical and cultural attractions, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

I give them 0/5 stars, they let you take your baggage for check in and out by yourself and if the boys who work there are available they will help you if they wanted to, we were in the 4th floor and we took all our luggage from there to down+ the elevator is not working , overall it was a horrible experience i would not recommend this hotel specially for people who focus much on cleanliness

Room was not clean at all and very small

I was doing 5 nights reservation but I stayed for one night and did another reservation in another hotel with the same price and much much better….. and the managers refused to pay me the difference
Please don’t go there you will find better hotel with the same money

Does not meet 4 stars. More like a motel. Extremely noisy! You can't sleep in the rooms from the tram passing below.
Breakfast consists of 10 kinds of olives, old bread and cookies. Every day the same.
We would not visit it again!

Verdict : This is most definitely not a 4 start hotel. I would at best say it's a near 2 starts hotel.(west EU rating)
- lobby picture is scam. It's made with a fish eye cam and is far smaller than it looks in the picture
- tv in the room is aged without any smart features
- mini bar only contains water
- beds are small and uncomfortable
- shower head and bidet are rusty.
- noisy street with lots of cars and trams sounds
- we kept having to ask for toilet paper as they intentionally don't replace during cleaning to save cost!
- House cleaning is doing a horrible job.
- dirty towels all the time and we keep asking for new ones without black or yellow stains!
- breakfast is terrible. Non of the meat of cheese is at all tasting to anything. Omelette smells terrible and the bread option is next to zero. Coffee/thee is also undrinkable with either reused or extremely cheap quality. We got both food poisoned after eating.
Avoid non brand hotels in Istanbul at all cost! They are horrible and will ruin your holiday!

- The breakfast was very disappointing. I think their main issues is lack of pastries option (they only had regular bread seved). They serve old food sometimes!!! Cheese they served was tasteless. The breakfast staff were really bad (there was this woman who was always frowny and mean!!!)

+ In front of Aksaray tram station and close to two very important metro station. Close to Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. Very Close to LAleli where you can get the best exchange rate for your money. Very clean rooms with daily mandatory room service (really appreciated that)- The breakfast was very disappointing. I am enjoying my stay in Istanbul at this hotel. My room is top floor facing the street and the sea. Such a nice view from my balcony. The location is awesome, in the heart of commercial district of Istanbul. One of the many railways that link Istanbul districts together passes just in front of the hotel. Another metro station is about 7 minutes walking.
Open buffet for breakfast, which has a variety of cheeses, coffee maker with different choices, juice, bakery, and fruits.
My only take on this hotel is the room size, it is really tiny and has no sofa or chairs, just has a sitting stool.

Very friendly staff and always greeting you with a smile , very clean, room service is very reliable, very convenient location close to all tourist attractions and lots of currency exchange offices with great rates, I recommend booking includes the breakfast buffet; it offers a great variety of Turkish breakfast food and great tea and coffee options too.
