Convenient location (tram, historic sights, Havaist bus to airport). Rooms: small but clean and everything works as it should. Would be nice to have some coffee in the room. Best thing about the hotel, is breakfast! Hats off to Chef Ale.

3rd May - The staff of the night shift on this day was extremely rude, stalked us to our room, incompetent, 0 skills of communication, bad manner. Whats is this in 21 century ? Educate this guys becouse it says bad reputation about the hotel!

The hotel isnt super clean its average
And abt the bed bugs i havent see any as other people write it in the reviews
Breakfast and everything else is average. I payed 105 dollars a day and i think 80 dolars a day is whats good for this hotel. As for location i hate it. Cuz u cant shop anything its all jumla. But metro is like 500m away with restaurants nearby.

Amazing and kind staff but the rooms were too small 🤍

We had the best meal far in Istanbul tonight but it appears we have had the service charge included in the main transaction and again separately as another transaction 125,000 TL and 125 TL so 2 charges on my credit card. Disappointed.

Be aware of Bed Bugs!
Stayed there 1 week and I regret for not booking other place.
There were lots of bed bugs in the room, (I captured video and photos of them walking on the sheets.) Rooms are old and smells unpleasant. Food and Service is average and I know you can find same level of service and food on all other nearby hotels.

First of all, it was a really comfortable stay! The whole staff left a good impression, but my mother and I would like to single out one gentleman (I think is a restaurant chief) who works on the breakfast section (he knows English very well) and who was very kind and accommodating and who cares about every detail to be on it's place. All the best to this hotel! :)

Hotel has a great location, near downtown Istanbul. Good rooms (however, don't have additional lock to close and secure the room), breakfast is nice and tasty. During this COVID times, they offer you the PCR test along with transportation to airport (SAW or IST).

Yummy breakfast, everything else's good except the cleaning service, we stayed for 5 days and they hardly clean anything in room.
