Stayed for 5 nights at this place on business visit. The hotel is located in the main downtown and everything is at walking distance. Tram station is located next to station.
Rooms are spacious and building is new. This is my second holiday Inn property in last 10 days. Lobby is very nice and spacious. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Came here to collect our match tickets. Atmosphere was good and the service was pretty good too.

Everything was perfect and the employees ?m? very helpful. I have to say Zehra at the from the front desk went over and beyond to help. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and warm. The food is good! They have gym, and spa. We tried the massage and it was really good too 😁

Here, this hotel is the place where we are attending a UK- funded learning workshop. The hotel is the best choice in terms of services, staff and location. The maid, housemen and all personnel are really personable and respectful. This hotel is located in the middle part of Kayseri city. You can go anywhere by bus and train. This video and photo are taken from upstairs which is like a dining room.

Good location, clean rooms, good service, good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Half an hour drive from the ski center.

Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels globally, my expectations were not particularly high when I made a reservation at this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality. The warmth of the staff, the impressive dining options, and the stunning hotel room left me truly amazed. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation.

This is the best hotel in Kayseri undoubtedly.

Breakfast is good. It could also be better ;)
Dinner at the roof was so delicious. I loved it. There is also another restaurant in the lobby and 24 hours room service.

Beautiful multistory building and the hotel staff were extremely helpful everything we needed they assisted us with from cab services to event planning. The hotel is beyond to make sure the guest feel comfortable. Front desk assisted with balloon decorations flowers and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kayseri. Selma as an employee made the stay even more extraordinary her warm smile, knowledge of information and not to mention her great English made everything worth while.
