We were very pleased with the service at the hotel. When we arrived, it was still morning, but we were immediately given our room card, and we were also invited to have breakfast in the restaurant, even though our stay was scheduled to start with dinner. Both one room and then the other room were very nice and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was varied and tasty. The beach is relatively close and the hotel has reserved sunbeds and umbrellas there. We would happily visit the hotel again.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Meder Resort Hotel Beach today. While I was sitting with my family, despite having already made the payment, we were rudely approached by the beach staff, questioning whether we had paid for our wristbands. Even though our wristbands were clearly visible, they doubted their validity because they appeared worn. When we initially received the wristbands, no invoice was provided. Despite having paid, the staff treated us as if we hadn’t, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The rude behavior of the beach personnel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing day. I do not recommend this hotel due to the unacceptable attitude of the beach staff.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of ​​Kemer. The kitchen is good. Different dishes are served every day. The pool is clean. Walking distance to the sea. You can also go to the sea from the hotel by shuttle buses. I liked the bar services.

The downside is the cleaning of the rooms. It is cleared very late. He carries the trash cans, the customer himself looks for the maids. According to the rules of the hotel, the rooms must be cleaned once in 3 days. But if the customer stands quietly and waits, the cleaner will not come.

We have just finished our stay, family with 2 children. Everything was wonderful. The children were delighted with the mini club staff, very friendly and attentive to children. Among the miniclub staff, the children made a friend in Turkey, Miss Buket, so sweet and loving with children. She does more for them than her job there, she dedicates herself entirely to the children. The wonderful aqua park, in the middle of nature and close to the beach. We can't wait to come back on the next vacation.

The employees are very kind and always available. The food was good.
The room and space of the hotel was always clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, all the entertainment programs were in Russian and we as a couple felt like we were in a Russian-speaking country during our 10-night stay, and in terms of entertainment and music, unfortunately, it was boring and boring.

The location is good, beautiful view. Not all rooms have balconies. Small hotel, little entertainment. The bar closes earlier than expected and then the customers must be quiet!! Unpleasant service. Partially rude staff. Poor housekeeping. Beach transportation is not punctual.

The store attendant is friendly, he was the only one who lifted the mood :)

Don't want to visit again :(

The hotel itself was great , the city where it is located was nice yet calm and cozy place. However, the staff was extremely not welcoming and not willing to help at all which is very unlikely for Turkey. We were staying in room 321 where I had the most awful stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room smelled disgustingly bad and the air conditioning was only working on warm when the temperatures outside were 30 degrees Celsius and even more inside! The staff refused to check and listen to our issue and it was a nightmare!

Terrible air conditioning and extremely not friendly behavior from the staff of the hotel! The food in the restaurant was okay, but sometimes became the same and the staff was walking all the time staring at your hands and what you put or do not put in your plate which made all people very uncomfortable. The pool was great too , but the animation program at least outside the summer season was very weak.

Holiday in Turkey are unfortunately a beautiful memory. It was a wonderful time for me. I rate the standard of the hotel at a very high level. Hotel service is irreplaceable. Very high personal culture and willingness to help. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. I rate everything 5+. Not forgetting the very nice animator named Murat, a very good and friendly man. Warm greetings from Poland!
