A lovely pool with access to the beach direct from the hotel, which is literally a minutes walk away. The food was excellent and the staff super friendly, especially if you at least have a go at speaking to them in their native tongue!! Google Translate is your friend here...
The room had superb air-conditioning, which was needed in the heat whilst we were there. The maid was lovely! (Room 105)
Well recommended, especially for young families as the kids club and the staff looked impressive...

I think the lifeguards are nice.
The hotel is primarily a hotel on the seafront, built on a large area and surrounded by trees.
But the shortcomings are:
The fitness room is small and the number of treadmills is insufficient. Ventilation is not good. It's not good to have it in the basement.
General cleaning is not very good.
Night entertainment is moderate.
The quality of the food has decreased compared to the past and the same food comes out every day.
Beach is pebbles, gritty sand and fairly steeply sloping.
Otherwise, food was excellent and accommodation lovely.
From the rooms to the food and entertainment we couldn't fault it.All of the team at Felicia make it what it is ,a beautiful place to stay ! The hotel is very child orientatied with a high proportion of guests being German which does make it slightly harder for English children to be involved with the children's activities, having said that the club reps (Smiley , Ali ,Kadir to name a few) always came and made a fuss of every child - great team effort and lots of fun ! For adults always something to be involved in from water aerobic to darts and water polo.The massage and spa is perfect (at extra cost) We would have loved to have thanked each and everyone of you who worked so hard to make our holiday a very special time to remember. THANK YOU ALL.
