The hotel was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever visited. The staff was fantastic. The pool was big and there was plenty of sunbeds. The beach was quite nice but the water got deep very quickly so it was not ideal for bad swimmers or small children.

I had a disappointing experience at this resort, which, despite its 5-star rating, felt short in many essential aspects. From the moment we arrived, we were persistently approached by staff offering to take our luggage to the room. After finally agreeing, it was clear they were expecting a tip and would not leave the room until they received one.
The room conditions were far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hallway light was not working, the sheets were stained, and there were no slippers. The bathroom towels were torn and dirty, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Although we had booked a room with a double bed, we received one with two beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was another major issue. None of housekeeppers understood or spoke a little bit of english in order to understand each other. Water was not supplied to the room daily, the towels weren’t replaced daily (only occasionally one), and no proper cleaning was done – only the trash was taken out.
Overall, this experience was far below our expectations, and this resort does not deserve its 5-star rating. I would never return here, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

I was 6 Times in Turkey but that was the best Hotel! Top*****
Room was very clean. We were on the 5.Floor, we booked direct seeview room. The view was amazing.Eat and drink was also very delicious.
The staff was very polite, specially thanks to Velican, Esat and Nue.
We would like to come back!

Lovely place for a family vacation. Large resort with various amenities provided and staff all friendly and helpful. If there is one small minus point, it would be the quality of some of the food. Although copious amounts and variety are provided all day, from a personal view a lot is bland and could do with seasoning up and additional flavour. But maybe due to the mass production for the number of guests at hotel. However, the variety is great and they have a wonderful selection of desserts, cakes and a separate patisserie shop and pancake hut which are always popular.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful beach, the rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful, many facilities for children and adults.
The food is excellent, fresh and varied, the staff does everything to make the guests enjoy their stay.

So! Everyone wants to know - Noone wrote before. We've been there last week. Rooms - clean, spacious, every day cleaning. If you tip a cleaning lady - you will have minibar full every day. 2. Buy alcohol on the airport because in the hotel is expensive, on the Bazar next to the hotel is also expensive so better at the airport or own from home country. Alcohol in allincl option is weak and tastes funny. Food is great, huge variety of tastes. Hotel transfer takes around 1 hour with "obligatory" shopping break on the way. Going to with tour operator to shopping hall is in Manavgat is ok but there is no huge difference between the Bazar next to the hotel and shipping hall. But if you need big shopping - go there. For kids its a perfect place. Highly recommend. "onion people" are awake at 5am to put towels on the sunbeds - at 12 is still possible to find some free places. Don't exchange money for lira because there is no sense. Sellers are giving you the same rate as it is in Revolut. Hotel is away from any city, just a small village around but has everything you need.

Visited this hotel, 1st impression when you walk in you are blown away with the lobby/ reception really stunning one of the nicest what I have saw so far.
Food/ restaurants:
2 different restaurants and A’la carte ( have in mind you can only use that one 1x per the whole stay then you have to pay for any other visit + if you wish to use the steak house you have to pay as well) food is mild, with no actual taste ( where I have already read a lot of people actually complained about this and as well by having stomach bug from their food) therefore that indicates bad food hygiene unfortunately.
The presentation of the layout for the kitchen is nice and the desserts do look stunning but no actual taste in the cakes.
Massive waste of food where people obviously don’t like it. Which is very sad.
Rooms/ accommodation:
They are decent size, we had walking shower and a balcony facing the sea side, rooms are regularly cleaned but they have some problems with their canalisation ( generally around the whole hotel)
Entertainment and stuff to do:
At night form 21:00-21:15 kids ( every night the same )
21:20/30-22:15/30 for adults ( most of the time nothing special except 3/10 nights where it was interesting) it there is raining day there are no different activities except game room where one game cost €2pp, bowling €8 pp (one round)
There is a indoor pool but the water is colder than the outdoor ones, in may the water is warmer in the sea than in the actual poop, therefore majority of people don’t even use the pools.
If you want any different activities prepared your self to pay for everything ( trips starting form €40 , spa treatments from €70 one visit, sea activities from €60 e.g
Overall a very nice hotel from a first impression but after 3 days you are totally bored form this place it’s simply nothing to do here, unless you want to spend another £400-£500 on top of your already paid holiday.
Do not recommend to come here in April, May or June.

Loved this place. We had All inclusive stay so there was everything included. wWe enjoyed food, drinks as well as beautiful view from the balcony. Staff was okay, with rooms cleaned daily. The rooms were comfortable to stay in - towels, soap, tv, clean beds, balkony with sea view… Sunbeds, clean outside and indoor pool, sauna and steamroom. Just all perfect. I would definitively come back again. Plenty of cats around and knside hotel. Accessible 1hr and 15 mins from the Antalya airport. Possible to get a transport anywhere by hotel.

I really enjoyed my holidays in this hotel. Waterpark is only available for a few hours but still it's fun. The hotel has a very well-equipped games room which is quite expensive but machines are in good condition. There're few shops in the hotel as well. The sea in front of the hotel is cloudy so there's no point of taking a snorkeling mask there.
I think that the staff could collect towels from the sunbeds that people left for all day. We were there during the holiday season and it was difficult to find a free sunbed by the pool.
