Service is good and very helpful, but most don't speak English which can be an issue. They use translators in mobile phones when needed.
The biggest advantage and plus of the hotel is a placement - 100m from beach. Nice views and all the facilities are in convenient place. This helps when you have a toddler with you 😉.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Every day there were incredible activities for the kids, with different themes and events each day. The animators were fantastic and really made the experience special for the whole family. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the waiters were exceptionally skilled.
The food was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, including live cooking stations that added a special touch. The private beach was beautiful, and the pier and aqua park were perfect for both relaxation and fun. We highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation! Sara is very friendly.
I have to underline Sara from kids club. She was very smiled and funny. Our boy enjoyed her company.
Rooms are very comfort and clean. Food is delicious and with plenty of choice. Staff and animation team are really kind and helpful, especially with children - mini club is perfect and therefore hotel is highly recommended for families with kids.

The entertainment was incredible!! So many different shows each evening and the animation staff were brilliant, especially Yunus!!! We had very enjoyable times partying and having lots of fun!!!
