Beach: own sand and shingle beach, 100 m from the hotel (Royal Garden Suite). Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels - free of charge. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.

The plus side is a wide choose of fruits.
So.. My children want to eat only fruits and bread. But they don't want to eat something more.
Water to drink is only from distribute. Everything is really cold. Cola - i think that it is mixed with water. Swimming pool with slides for kids- third day i feel much sand with gravel. None cleans swimming pool? Lifeguards don’t care, because they are often sit with phones and talk with other people.
Beach was a little bit dusty, not the usual type of sand. Also quite rocky.
Food and drinks are nice, a good time had by all.
24 hour restaurant which serves drinks as well was well received.
Shops nearby and across the rd. Also a shopping mall close by. 4 stars for location as it's a long drive from Antalya airport but we had a great transfer with a big TV in there!
Disadvantages:
- rooms are pretty worn out. Old rusty plumbing.
- food is monotonous and cheap (especially sausages). The worst was the breakfast - if you are a keto/Paleo type and cannot eat eggs everyday you will be doomed.
- Italian and Chinese a-la-carte restaurants are almost impossible to book. They would refer to the special hotel concept, but it doesn't work.
- some personnel might be rude. We came later to the Wave Turkish restaurant, but within regular working schedule. We had an hour and 20 minutes for the dinner. The waiters were angry with us. They served starters and main dishes simultaneously and in 15 minutes asked if we were done! They wanted to leave earlier and created an intense atmosphere to get rid of us.
- There is no thermometer in a five star hotel. My kid got a running nose and felt sick late evening. I approached reception at midnight for the thermometer or nasal spray. They only had plasters :(
- Shows were low-quality, too, though I liked the animation team (mainly students including from other countries)
- Underwater rocks
- Beach bars were super dirty, glasses at the lobby hotel were dirty, too.
- Overpriced spa center. If you want a massage it's better to visit the spa across the road.
- No juices, nectar only. Low-quality wine of one type
Advantages:
- Good place to take pictures
- The bubble show was fun
- Cleaning room service was good and worked hard to change bed sheets every day
- Hotel protects caretas (big turtles' eggs) on the beach
- Reception quickly fixes issues like lack of shampoo or broken door handle
- Good size aquapark
The hotel staff is also at a very high level!!
Everything was very clean and well organised. Nice food...
Only downside was the sheer number of rude and arrogant Russians staying there.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I went with my 2 teenagers and my husband and there was lots of different activities to do in the hotel.
We had all inclusive and the food standards were very high and lots of different varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We were a 2 minute walk from the beach and about a 30 minute drive from Alanaya main shopping strip.
I would definitely recommend going here. great holiday experience.
