The views are stunning but that’s about it that’s good about the hotel, as others have mentioned this is not a 5 star hotel standard, probably 3: rooms are dated, basic standards and the buffet food is pretty much same very day. The layout is such that loud music can be heard pretty much throughout the place & doesn’t stop until almost midnight. We wanted a relaxing break with good views but this was not it. WiFi is extra. There is a lot of walking throughout to get to reception, beach or buffet.

Positives: the pools are spacious with pleasant depth, the beach is sandy, and the grounds are well maintained. There is an entertainment programme, though it feels a bit outdated. Food is plentiful, but mostly based on basic ingredients — seafood and exotic fruits are a rare luxury and were not available during our stay. The hotel is family-oriented, and there are areas where children can play. Negatives: a young man at reception was quite rude upon arrival — he didn’t explain anything about the hotel and left to smoke without properly checking us in. The rooms are very outdated, with uncomfortable bathrooms and worn-out furniture. Wi-Fi is not free. Room cleaning consists mainly of changing towels and bed linens — floors, furniture, and the shower area were not cleaned during our stay.

Horrible hotel only pro was the food. .dated rooms nothing like the pictures. Very hilly not for people who can't do steps no lifts have to walk everywhere. Bar staff rude especially cuma no manners .definitely not a 4 star hotel .avoid. worst holiday I've ever had .

Run away! This is not a 5 star hotel! Maybe 3 ! Located on a hill. Lots of hiking! super outdated and neglected. Spent your money elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, I found that after a day at the pool I found the door open and money disappeared from my room. I immediately reported the personal situation and filed a complaint at the reception, the police came, but I did not receive the damage caused. I hope they take measures to avoid such incidents in the future, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if you are not in fit state to walk this hotel is not for you as it’s on a mountain and the hills are a killer in the heat

To begin with - we were fooled by good reviews and nice photos. The rooms and amenities are at least 5-10 years outdated. Because of bad tiling in the bathroom water stays still - drainage is on a higher end of the shower, tiles on the wall will soon fall off from the smallest breeze.
Obviously if you wish to spend less time walking you have to be a generous tourist and leave a good "tip"(bribe) to receptionists when you cross the porch of the lobby. Tip boxes are on every corner and sometimes it feels like they will have one on their necks and will request tips just for looking at you.
If you want to use the bus - timesheet is not a thing you should rely on. It comes and goes when it wants. No doors and brakes that dont perfectly work
Food is not bad, not many variations but not bad. Canteen should have more control of the flow of people as it gets to be a mess.
Over all it's probably an okay spot if you dont plan to spend lots of time on the facility, but if you have problems with your knees - look anything apart from it. As from few trips up and down you can walk easily over 5km

The staff (reception, chefs, guest relations) were amazing. Some of the staff from the restaurant were nice, others not so much. This hotel is like a big hill and some rooms are old whereas others have just been renovated but overall adequate enough. The food…. If you are someone who likes Western food, say pizza, chicken nuggets, etc. This place is not for you. I suggest elsewhere as this place does not provide those type of foods. Only chips and pasta is provided. !HEAPS OF FLIES ON FOOD! The entertainment is not bad but you have to walk down a massive ammount of stairs to access it, which is inconvient but okay. There is alot of walking involved, from the heaps of stairs and steep slopes. There is a shuttle bus that carries you but only goes to a few places like the beach and resteraunt (close to it, you have to walk there by yourself). Queue for the bar at nighttime is like a nightmare but sometimes staff do come around with table service asking what you’d like, this is not all the time though. Plus, drinks lack variety.
