Location: 90 km from Antalya airport, 20 km from Alanya, 5 km from the village Avsallar, Turkler p., in 50 m through road from own beach on underground transition.
Consists of one 9-storey buildings and twelve 2-storey villas.
Total area: 75 000 m2.

Beach: own sand-and-shingle beach in 50 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, there is an underground transition. The length of the beach – 600 m

It’s a very nice hotel.The resorts are very nice and it’s very wide so there is everything just inside the hotel.The rooms and cleanliness is very good. The meals are so delicious with variety choices on restaurants. Lastly the entertainment team is the best since it’s been so cooperative in every activities

Huge hotel, loads for kids to do, comfortable beds, all areas kept really clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Food was what really let the hotel down.

My overall rating for Long Beach Resort could have been much higher, but the poor service we experienced, especially on our last day, left a bad impression. Despite spending £11,000 on this holiday, we were charged 10 euros for room service (a sandwich and orange juice) that we never received. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I was met with rudeness and an uncooperative attitude (especially from an individual named ‘Farat’). Ultimately, I paid the charge (including 70 euros for room service and laundry service I actually did use) just to avoid delaying our departure for the airport. Although it was only 10 euros, it’s the principle of the matter that’s frustrating.
Additionally, I had booked and paid for three rooms, but on our first night, we were only given two because of a lack of availability, forcing one couple to share with another. To make matters worse, the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. While they did address the room situation the following day, the overall experience was soured by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. It's unfortunate, as this could have been an enjoyable stay if not for these issues.
Additionally, I had booked and paid for three rooms, but on our first night, we were only given two because of a lack of availability, forcing one couple to share with another. To make matters worse, the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL & DO NOT STAY HERE WITH A BABY!
I don't even know where to start..
- only 1 changing table in 2 hotels(long beach+ harmony)
- room is not available any longer after 12pm checkout, so good luck for the remaining hours with your baby in 37° heat
- the shower room after checkout also has NO baby facilities
- with every issue reception tells you to figure it out yourself, i guess i will change poop diapers on the sofa
- aircon in many rooms not working
- long beach main building is said to be modernized, things are still falling apart
- shared toilets are not cleaned regularly
- multiple people got ear infection after swimming
- regular power outages
- booked in Harmony but reception placed us in older main building, got fixed later
This is not just my experience, but of many currently staying here.

Super great hotel, nice staff and a lot of different activities for children and adults! Good food and many different pools to choose from, the food is great and the beach is super close. Hotel rooms are clean and fresh!

At first we were not sure about this hotel but now we absolutely love it. So much things to do; waterparks, activities, pools, entertainment. Entertainment stuff us amazing, well some put extra work and make you really welcomed. Especially Claudia, Julia, David, Ali. Overall great family holiday

I lacked entertainment this year. Only "Bravo" to the young man with the tattoos behind his ear, on his right leg and on his left hand. Everything else was weak. I miss the "boss" of the delays from 2023 (a mulberry, short and very strict), he created an amazing environment by the pools

everything is great. you must keep everything in your room seif, even the smallest amount of money. it was that money was taken out of the purse and the watch with the charger disappeared from the suitcase.
