Whilst the hotel isn’t a 5 star it really isn’t as awful as reviews make out. The rooms are cleaned daily and any issues are resolved almost straight away. Most staff are helpful, however the language barrier does make it hard to communicate at times. The food was repetitive but the freshly grilled section was nice and we never went hungry. However, the buffet section in general was very busy and they couldn’t always keep up with tidying tables. For a week’s stay you get one visit to the restaurant on site and I would definitely recommend the barbecue. Lunch at the beach bar, pool bar and kingdom bar was all the same but would recommend the pizza as these are cooked fresh. Drinks were fine- 6 cocktails, local spirits and wine (if you tip you got nicer drinks in a glass.) The pools were lovely and we never had issues getting a sun lounger, in fact beds were still available at midday. The area around the pool was cleaned constantly and there was many activities throughout the day- although these were quite loud. The mini disco was fun for the children and although the evening entertainment wasn’t for us it was nice that they put it on.

Overall, this hotel was fine for our stay! If you have booked please don’t be put off by all the awful reviews and make your mind up for yourself.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, but all the amenities are a least-effort job. This is no more than a three-star hotel. Without the staff I would barely call it a two-star hotel.

Like to sleep late? Too bad. The breakfast ends at 10:00 and the "late breakfast" is nothing but a joke. The late breakfast is a stripped down buffet where you can eat anything the early breakfast goers didn't want to eat if there are any remains at all. Oh, and don't mind the noise, it's just the staff cleaning up and pulling chairs after breakfast.

Too late for breakfast? Enjoy your unsalted spaghetti for lunch.

Lunch is somewhat better in the main restaurant, and there are three other bars serving the. same. hard onion rings and soggy fries every. single. day. The pizza in Kingdom Bar is awesome, though.

The free ice-cream is one dude serving you 1 scoop of vanilla OR chocolate ice between 14:30 and 16:30 in the Kingdom Bar, inconveniently located between the pools and the beach which is far from both.

Water slides are only open between 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00.

They say mini bars in room are restocked with water every day. They are not.

There is a Guest Relations desk in the reception. They don't speak English there.

I never encountered table service in any bar. You have to fetch everything yourself and hope that no one takes your table while away.

There is a dude in the mini market that provides a very generous exchange rate (for himself) if you pay by card and don't know how much it should cost in Turkish Lira.

There is an area by the pool that serves smoothies and ice-cream, but those cost money even if you paid for all-inclusive package. The smoothies are expensive! 7€ each.

Dinner time is a war zone of its own. Be there at 18:50 and grab a table or wait until first seating is finished around 20:00. If you arrive to the second seating be prepared for; no cutlery available, dirty tables, dirty dishes from the dishwasher at the serving stations and empty food trays. When you have managed to scramble together a meal and consume it, clock is become 21:00 and you have to enjoy your after-dinner wine or coffee somewhere else.

Apart from 1 or 2 barbeque items that are swapped out, like lunch, the dinner buffet selection is the. same. things. every. single. day.

We didn't get to try the A La Carte restaurants as they are fully booked several days ahead and we did not reserve in time.

The entertainment in the evening is almost the same every night. If you did not enjoy it on your first evening you will not enjoy it any evening.

Family of 4 ( 2 children). Booked this place for the kids club,Al a carte restaurants and apparently 5*. All of these things did not exist. Our kids really missed not having a kids club during the day,nothing at all except a 30min disco in the night. The 2 male entertainers were good though. The food is so repetitive it made us ill.it states there's 3 Al a carte restaurants to choose from and being here for 2 weeks we were entitled to use them twice. Very disappointed they did not exist.We left the resort to eat out. Not catered for British people,I don't mean a greasy fry up,I mean variety! Same thing every day.my son lived on chips and pizza untill we left the resort.some staff were nice. Not one waiting staff offered us service at the dining room even though we were not shy with tipping. The manager stands there glaring at people. Room was cleaned daily.place is very clean. The shop is quite cheap for things.always lots of loungers by the pools. We have stayed in many 5* family resorts (couple in turkey) and this unfortunately is not one. I'd give it a 3* .lots of improvement needed. Unfortunately we will not be back or recommending it.
