Eliada Hotel

The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, and 1 km from Kusadasi Bus Station. The breakfast is average, but overall it's good!

The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, with a wide view outside the window... The boss said that you can see the whole city of Kusadasi from the rooftop... Really... Good review!

It's a bit like a B&B in a restaurant, not like a hotel. The location is very convenient. The floor of the room is not clean. You have to wipe the floor with a towel first, which is a pity. But the breakfast is very rich.

Location was great, room was clean and big and hotel staff provided great service. Off site street parking on steep narrow streets and no lifts to rooms (we were on the third floor). Highly recommended if you can do stairs.

This is a fantastic hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The location has its pros and cons. It's very convenient for the harbor and shopping districts, right by the old town. However, parking can be an issue, although there's a parking garage nearby for 200 lira overnight. Due to its location, it can be noisy at night (which is typical for hotels in this area). The tap water is salty (assume it would be the same for all tap water in the same town)

The restaurant is outstanding, and the outdoor dining area might be the best around. The ambiance is perfect, and the food is of exceptionally high quality, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The blackened sea bass was particularly excellent.

All in all, my family loved this hotel.

Perfect location and hospitality in the heart of Kusadasi - highly recommended!

We stayed here from October 5th to 13th, and the weather was fantastic! Plenty of sunshine, a few clouds here and there, and no rain at all, with temperatures ranging between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius – perfect for enjoying both the beach and exploring the city.

The hotel is located right in the center of Kusadasi, with an ideal location: 10/10! You can easily stroll into the vibrant shopping streets, and the boulevard is just a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a little farther, but easily accessible by the local bus, which is super cheap.

The hotel itself is modern and beautifully decorated, with a stunning rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of Kusadasi. It was a great spot to relax and take in the scenery after a day out.

The pool was clean and quiet, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The service and hospitality were excellent; we were warmly welcomed, and our luggage was carried to our room. It's good to know that there is no elevator.

We stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was good, though not very extensive, but it had everything you'd expect. Dinner was a set 3-course menu each evening, without any choice options. If you opt out of half-board, you can order from the à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plenty of options. Of course, you can also explore the many great restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel central to everything, staff are amazing. The lady that does housekeeping is fantastic and cleans daily . The lady in the restaurant in the evening is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great base and the mood restaurant down stairs is amazing. If staying here visit the mayflower restaurant a few doors down , food is good but the craic at night is great . Would stay again here . Pool area is quiet and shaded after 3 pm . Would love if rooms had balconies.

Overall a great hotel. Buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The rooms were excellent and even though you are right beside Bar Street there was no noise disruption once you closed the window. The AC was quiet so was left on at night. There was only one out of 10 mornings when prayers woke us. Mood restaurant was lovely with the natural shading cover offering several degrees reduction to the street area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great hotel in the centre of the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it. Cafe outside was a great spot as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice little pool that's sadly too deep for kids :-)
