Loved it. Cafe outside was a great spot as well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice little pool that's sadly too deep for kids :-)

The lady in the kitchen was friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning was not up to the mark. They wouldn't replenish soap, water, or tea/coffee kit. The floor mat disappeared after the first day.
Only soap, ear buds, shampoo, and shower caps given. Not replenished even when we had stayed for 3 days.
There is no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage. The person in reception helped us when we checked in. We were on our own during checkout.
The location is good. Close to harbour on one side, and bus terminal on the other side. The market is right in front.

Service and Personal should receive 6 out of 5 stars!! Soooo friendly and assisted to every request. Had a heart warming welcome here. Thank you so much for the short but amazing stay! 😊
The hotel is located very central - a little bit hard to find at first 😉 but amazing restaurant view to the main road.

What a beautiful Hotel, First the staff the best I have ever met Emin and Mahmut brilliant just can’t do enough for people . Rooms nice size clean and looked after very well by cleaning staff . Only thing letting it down is the noise at night if staying try get a room at the back of hotel .

Nice hotel located close to area with plenty of restaurants and bazar, not far from beach.

Room was clean and updated but seemed unfinished. No shelves in bathroom. No radiator to dry towels and swimsuits. Location is perfect! Breakfast - so so.

Good hotel in citycenter, we stayed for 5 days and don’t have any complaints. Room was clean and pretty new, towels they changed every day.

The service should actaually get 10 stars. What a beautiful amzing bunch of people that run the place. We fekt so heartly welcomed. Every tiny need, and also bigger ones we had for ferries, busses, taxis, printers ezc was tsken care of without any need for us to worry about anything . The rooms are very clean, higher stabdard hotel rooms, big bathroom, amazing shower.cute snd lovely pool and outside area. Quiet, though in the center . Comfy beds. This could be a 4star hotel. A real treasure that felt like finding a jewel. Go for it!!!!

The room was super cleaned, all servers were good, staff were friendly, but I saw some days were the noise from outside made me difficult to sleep, and waked me up, Also the breakfast was so simple and limit choices.

Hotel is very old and lacks maintenance. It's nothing like what's shown in the photos. Restaurant staff attitude/behaviour is also not good. Check-in/Check-out was smooth. Location of the hotel is excellent.
