For children can only swim in the pool , in the sea, rocky bottom , or from the reproduced depth is large. The sea is beautiful , but this hotel is not recommend

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

I do think we had a free upgrade as I'm pretty sure we booked the 1 bedroom room on bottom floor but we were given a 2 bedroomed room on top floor, which was great and perfect for us Food was great at lunchtime in the panorama and beach bars, however wasn't impressed with the buffet

They also felt safe to get their own drinks and food without supervision and I felt it was safe for them to do so. My 14 year old also made lots of friends and went around the resort with them a lot of them time too

We also had a family turkish bath experience at the spa and was a good price which was booked in by one of the staff whilst we were at the pool which is a cheaper way to book rather than in the spa

That's why there were civilizations and countries that tried to own this country for centuries. You cannot experience four seasons in one day in any country in the world, except Turkey

The hotel offers several A La Carte restaurants; we dined at the Asian one, and the food was delicious. The hotel features an EV charging station, which was very convenient. There’s a spacious parking lot available

Aqua Fantasy is not just made good facilities but first of all great people. I am sure that we are going to meet each other again and we are very sad that we need to head home tomorrow

Great variety of food and polite staff make this place even more fantastic. We always felt safe especially our kids felt safe and had enough other kids to play with

There's a nearby Aqua Park that's fantastic—we had a great time there. The meals, while not as extravagant as some other 5-star hotels, were still enjoyable

Also ambulance inside hotel is very efficient and caring for the guests. And at the end there is not even single complaint we could have as the family

Well-groomed green territory with landscaping, 3 good swimming pools. We arrived on September 2 to 9, from 4 - the sea was all the time with waves, so we had to swim in the pools

This is the best place we have stayed in Turkey. The food choice is amazing and all great quality. They all worked incredibly hard to look after us. Always smiling and willing to help

Coming to an end of a 2 week stay, family of four had a great time shout out to the entertainment team who were brilliant remembering our kids names and always talking to them and encouraging them to play games and join in made them both feel really welcome

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palm Wings Ephesus Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely beautiful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and breathtaking views

Turkish restaurant was brilliant and I would highly recommend SPA at the hotel, very good value for money. Activity team was brilliant, trying to engage everyone in the daily activities as well as evening one

It is a good place for families. It was the second arrival after 5 years. It is located as if it is in nature. Main pool and silent pool were good and clean. There are variety of foods and they were delicious

Smart chef!! The kitchen is very tasty and satisfying!! The menu includes fish, meat, soups, cereals, pastries, desserts, vegetable dishes, cheeses, sausages, several varieties of olives, vegetable salads, in a word, everyone will find something interesting for themselves

One of the oldest hotel in kusadasi. But, excellent food, very polite Staff, animation team best of the best. Roomse are spacious, clean, good location, about 10 minuts drive from kusadasi city center

Beautiful hotel with picturesque landscapes! Super place for relax and family's rest. Delicious food (European and Turkish cuisine), but not a lot of choice (for 5 ⭐). There are 5 clean wonderful pools

Hotel staff was helpful and professional

Can be quite hard to get a place at the pool unless you are down before 7am to put your towel down. We found so many towels had been placed on sunbeds before 7am and the people didn’t use the bed until after 2pm

The tap in the sink was loose and about to break. The shower was huge but constantly flooded the bathroom because the drainage pipe must have been blocked. The room definitely needed some attention and maintenance

Staff were all quite friendly, some more so than others. The animation team were brilliant. I would however say that the staff didn’t have good English and some things were hard to explain

If you want peace and quiet, you can have this as the resort is massive, if you want fun and games then this is also the place. Well done to all the entertainment people

The bathroom was very nice although the door has no locks and can just swing open. There was literally no way to shut or lock the bathroom door when anybody was in the bathroom

Different mains every night and some nice touches. Music pool and quiet pool areas were very good along with pier beds and separate beach bar. Ala carte was very good and you have to book

There are a couple of A/C units, but unless you are directly underneath them or by the open doors looking out to the sea, you didn't feel the benefit, that being said we did choose to go in August and experienced very high temperatures

Great holiday resort with many swimming pools. Excellent spa. Quality of food is good and there is lots to choose. Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars if internet is provided in room.

Great place for families with kids but also for couples of all ages. Divided in 3 man accomodation areas, each having large pool just at the doorstep

Special thanks to 'DLake' from the kitchen who brought us our favourite chocolate pannacotta upon request! There was a grumpy one who objected to us pushing tables together to fit all 6 of us, but DLake's happy attitude outshone that small detail

The pool - Our favourite was the fresh water infinity pool which benefited from the sea breeze. The entertainment team put on lots of water activities such as aerobics and polo

This is an incredible hotel with great views and service that cannot be beaten. The rooms are with fantastic views, all high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffet are mouth watering tasty food

Me and my husband stayed there recently. We stayed with half board and were happy. Rooms are clean and location is close to town which is great. All staff were helpful and lovely

Returning to a hotel in Kuşadası I visited years ago was a delightful experience. The place has evolved beautifully over time, offering an exceptional stay

The beach is nice and also has a beach bar. They have 2 pools, an entertainment team and music at the pool and a separate pool for kids. The spa is nice and the prices of massages very low

The location and atmosphere is perfect. The rooms are cleaned everyday. I didn't swim in the swimming pools but they seemed fine. The only negative side was the food(2/5)

We had a 6 day stay for our honeymoon and it was incredible, spent most of our time inside the hotel grounds and had a blast either in the amazing pools or with the entertainment crew who were amazing throughout.

Enough spaces in rooms, all rooms have sea view. Food is various and delicious

The grounds and rooms were a little run down, but the staff was generally friendly and attentive. The beach access was very nice; the number of beach chairs & pool chairs was problematic but usually manageable

Beach Pros: - it has sand, a bit rocky, but sand - there is a beach bar Cons: - only about 160 spaces, which I doubt can fit even a quarter of the hotel capacity - there is only drinks on the bar - umrella shade is somewhat insufficient Pool Pros: - close to bars where drinks are served - there is kids pool Cons: - again limited availability of spaces, less than quarter of the capacity of the hotel...

‏The hotel was very nice and beautiful near the sea and very clean and the hotel food was good variety and fresh, the staff behavior was very friendly and they guided us a lot, our travel time animation team didn't have many plans but the lady asli was very energetic and kind and put a lot of time for the travelers

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

Loved the beach area and the water sports were great. Kids enjoyed the water slides, they are a little walk away as not close to the main pool but worth it

The rooms were clean 24/7 and we had everything in the rooms. The gym was clean and I could use it whenever I wanted. There was not even one tiny problems and Im just in love with this hotel

There are various entertainments during the day and a nightly show. I stayed in an apartment positioned up a steep hill away from the main building, they all have air con a balcony or patio and large bathroom

Overall, this is a nice hotel, but there are a couple of areas for improvement: For guests who prefer seafood and vegetarian dishes over regular meat, the dining options are limited and it can be challenging to find a decent variety

Amazing rooms, they are large with lovely decor and great facilities, mini bar is stocked up daily, great hair dryer, 2 x TVs, plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space and a large balcony and lovely touches like robes and slippers

Guests can enjoy strolls along palm-lined paths, and the facilities include a tennis court, mini-golf, and a silent pool, ensuring everything you need for a relaxing vacation is at hand

First of all the resort is large in size, with multiple pools that makes it easy to find the sun beds whenever you wish during the day

They made beautiful table for us for dinner decorated with balloons and flowers, which was even a surprise for all of us, they made beautiful cake and made that night super special for which I am really thankful to them, specially the waiters that night, Omar and the chef in duty that unfortunately I missed his name

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

All of our requests were quickly met. I say don't worry about things that can't be solved

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

Children are safe and not allowed to wander off as well as keeping them interested and occupied! Kids pools, slides and assortment of adult pools means something for everyone! Cannot recommend highly enough!

the beach is nice free bus every 30 minutes there and back snack bar there and bathrooms plus lifeguards very safe for children xx

Not to mention how practical it is to have guides working in partnership with the hotel who can indicate beautiful places to go pick up and leave at the hotel, which was not the case for us because we rented a car and the tours we took we chose to do on our own, but for people who really prefer Don't drive and just rest, this is a great option

It was our first time in Kusadasi and we loved the city, the people, everyone was friendly, the city was organized. The food was very delicious, all the meals always had lots of options, they always varied the food

Both the ladies and men's pool had a small pool for children and both had slides for adults. The women's pool had drinks machines and snacks at certain times

The grounds of the hotel are stunning and it's well worth paying extra for a sea view, watching the sun set from our room was amazing

There are two small ponds with ample seating around, also a tennis court, football pitch and a basket ball court, and even a playground with slides and swings etc. My kids enjoyed running around the grounds

I recommend renting a car and driving up to izmir center to go to the bazar or going to optimum mall. Another must is visiting dilek national park which has crystal clear waters and is only a 50 min drive from the hotel

The staff are fantastic although most can't speak English, they are always smiling, friendly and happy to help, there was a handful of staff that could speak English but Google translate helped with the ones that can't

Tuğba and havva are the best animation coaches. They were so kind, fun and nice to all of us! They made my stay perfect. They are the sole reason we want to come back. Very thankful to them

The rooms were small and pretty uncomfortable the plugs were no where near the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone while on the bed

The animation team is absolutely top notch with amazing entertainment every evening and games & activities throughout the day. The food was very good with loads of variety and we enjoyed whole fresh grilled fish everyday

I can’t recommend enough; they have fine-dining options and quite good quality food and services across the resort. We have enjoyed every single minute of our stay. We will definitely come back soon

Our room was big and modern, but a lot of wear and tear along the floorboards, and a huge water stain on the ceiling. It was pretty obvious the room had suffered some water damage

They only clean up the apartment every 2 days, which will leave you in need for new towels, toilet paper, and someone to empty the trash cans. Also, very loud music is played on the beach just under the hotel

Any concerns or questions we had was handled by the staff immediately

Will definitely stay here again, hopefully next year
