I had a very good time in this hotel. It is super clean, the food is very good and the employees are very friendly. Especially the animation team. Me and my three friends had a very funny and beautiful time with a girl from the animation team, named ateş. She always asked us if we wanted to take part of the different programs and motivated us to do sports.
All in all I was really happy to spend my holidays here.

TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! It’s not a 4 start hotel.
Over crowded in the pool and restaurant. Poor customer service. Hotel management doesn’t care about their customers. They are only interested in making money. Food is ok but not suitable for kids and international visitors as it’s usually Turkish food. You constantly find yourself rushing to get sun bed and food due to long queues and hotel being over capacity. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and old. If you get a room at back all you hear is the noise from the car park ( big bussed bringing more people into the hotel constantly and it’s like a factory not a holiday resort) and heat & smell coming into your room from the kitchen.
Kids get sick all the time. My daughter was sick twice during our 9 days stay.
Please pay a little bit more and please go somewhere else and don’t ruin your holiday.

in the hotel there was an epidemic, we were 4 with friends almost all of them had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, food monotonous all the time the same, animation every day the same Gangam style and baby shark, after returning home I am on antibiotics, there is no room in the canteen, elevators all the time collapsed, the hotel drama, I will never go there again, you disgusted me Turkey

This hotel was full of kids if you want quiet vacation don’t choose ,the staffs in reception aren’t helpful they gived us connected rooms for me and my husband with my family and when we explained this to them and asked to change it they told we can’t, we didn’t request for that type of room but unfortunately at least they didn’t want to solve this problem , the sea is full of stone be careful if you go ,2 star is for really delicious and various types of foods

Wonderful experience for family members, rooms are good, facilities are great, food was delicious, staff were so polite. Access to the hotel is easy, the location is quite far from downtown kusadasi but public transportation (mini bus) is available.

I found the hotel average, all the facilities are not so bad but also not so good. Maybe paying a bit more for higher quality hotels could be a better option.

Cool and pleasant hotel, nice and helpful staff, good vibes, fun pool games and evening shows. The best animation team I've met so far, if the same team stays I'll be back. The animation team spreads good cheer and gets the whole hotel dancing, doing everything and having fun with everyone. Thanks to Özge who did everything and always made us laugh and spent her time with us.

Great hotel at a high level, very clean and tidy. Food very good, nothing to fault. People? it's the best thing that happened to me there, everyone is nice and smiling. I definitely can't wait to get back there, I recommend it with all my heart. ❤️👍🏼

The hotel itself is clean with new bathrooms. The territory around is not too big but very cozy. These are the only good things.
Most of the staff does not speak English. Those who do speak English on a very basic level. If you need to clarify anything you need to use google translate.
If you loose/forget something you will never find it again in this hotel. My glasses which I wore only inside have just disappeared from the room and were never found. I submitted a complaint- no reaction. My daughter’s shoes in size 19 were left near the stage after mini-disco. We could not find them anywhere after that and the staff was not too helpful.
The biggest disappointment was food of course. You really need to have a special talent to spoil the dishes from Turkish cuisine. The chef from Grand Efe has this talent. The food was also not enough. The salads were not fresh.

Nice hotel, very good standard and good price .Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Clean, nice rooms. Food tasty and fresh, average level.A small beach. There is a car rental in the hotel, good prices.
