The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff are incredibly kind and do their best to help, even though they don't speak English. However, the breakfast left much to be desired; it was more of a light snack than a proper meal.
The rooms have been renovated, but we encountered some issues, such as water leaking from the air conditioner onto the terrace and the fact that the only power outlet was in the bathroom, so we had to take turns charging our phones. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom.
For the price, it's a decent option, but I would recommend addressing these issues.

Not too expensive, staff is OK, near the center. Most important thing, the host would not accept people to whom he does not fancy as customers.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very central, you can easily reach everywhere on foot. My first visit to Kusadasi, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Thanks to the staff, they fulfilled everything I asked. A complete family atmosphere

I've stayed in an apart hotel for years, it's the first time I've come across such a dirty one. Considering the negative comments, instead of recommending me a luxury hotel, I would expect you to make your establishment cleaner. You say that if you stay in a cheap place, you can stay in stained sheets, a dusty room, and an extra bed on top of the bed, so this is a really funny explanation. Although we did not mention that the furniture is old, that the rooms are not related to the photos, and we say that our only expectation is cleaning, the recommendation of another hotel is really ridiculous. That cleaning is a need, not an expectation. Also, when we said that the room was bad, we would not have stopped for 3 days and minutes if you had said that you would offer us a refund instead of offering another room.

We stayed for 2 days with my wife and small child. It was very nice in terms of location and cleanliness. The employees were smiling. We were going to the sea in 10 minutes by car to the Ladies Beach. In the evenings, we were walking around the bazaar. It was good. Thank you. #TwoTeachers304
