My daughter really enjoyed the mini club at this hotel. The open times were great and suited family life! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mt daughter made a T-shirt and got a Turkey staff T too. She went to the mini disco almost every night and stood in front of "Elsa" to follow her actions! She nailed the moves now. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

This year we've been to this hotel for the 10th time in a row. Last year, our experience was a bit less than stellar. we arrived on the 13th july for a week with my mam and dad. the hotel is very clean and the staff are all very welcoming. i felt very welcomed into the hotel from day 1. we stayed in a double superior room which was very spacious and very clean. the maids came in every day to clean the room, throw out the rubbish in the bins and made the beds every morning. our room had an amazing view off the pool...

The hotel and it's facilities are great but I didn't like that housekeeping personnel has entered the room when I was inside, even when I put the do not disturb sign on the door. Beautiful resort, very well run, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lots for kids to do and family friendly entertainment every night. Food was top notch, with a great range to pick from. Their own stretch of beach just outside the back gate with sun beds and umbrellas. Little bit outside the main town but a short, cheap, taxi hop and you were there.

The rooms were small and pretty uncomfortable the plugs were no where near the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone while on the bed. So far I’m on my second day here and I can already say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen previous reviews leaving negative comments about the place, but I can honestly say the hotel has zero faults. Lovely hotel. Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them. The food, although not to our taste (and that's our problem, not the hotel's) was plentiful and fresh. The drinks menu was limited, but that wasn't an issue for us. This is in a fabulous location but it is in no way a 4 star hotel. You could see the staff are all unhappy in their job and this reflects in their service and attitude, the bar staff by the pool and downstairs in particular, never saw the pool being cleaned once. I had a great time but. Should I return i will never stay in room 407 again. It opposite the maids room. So noise from 8am plus the tie the fire escape open and us it. Which means you have folk going up n down by your balcony looking into your room.

I stayed for 1 week. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I felt at home. Location. At the heart of everything. The bar is closed at night. Pool opens 10.00 to 18.00 and is very clean. Good air conditioning in the room. The hotel staff are a compliment from management to house keeping. I was very well treated during my stay.

Excellent location. Service and desk staff were great and very friendly. Only negative was the price of drinks in the evening. It has a perfect location and seating area with a great view of the sea but the price for 2 coca Cola's and a non alcoholic cocktail was €19. Not even in Ireland would we pay that price . This new hotel, located close to the coast of Kuşadası and in the city center, is a very comfortable and cozy hotel with the most modern structure in the region and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Recently renovated (ex Marina hotel ) this luxury hotel is very close to Marina of Kusadasi . Our room was comfortable and clean with marvellous view in the city . From the outside, you would drive past this place. However, when you go inside, the decor is really smart and tidy. We were fortunate to have stayed in 2 different room types; 1st one was a double room but single beds. Tidy enough. 2nd room was a king-size, beautiful finishing, massive ensuit and a balcony.

Room was nice and cleaned regularly. Breakfast, lunch and diner were fantastic. Mixture of continental foods and authentic Turkish dishes. Dailey fresh fish and grilled chicken and Turkish meatballs. I never stayed in but have many birthday celebrations and anniversarys there. Hotel location is great. It is at the end of marina over a hill with a wonderful view of Kuşadası and sunset. Staff is very polite. Prices are high. Oldest high class hotel of Kuşadası.

Very good hotel, on a hill. Beautiful view from the Windows, and a terrace. Did not like the smell in the restrooms and water quality. And of course not very high quality washed toilets and shower.
