Absolutely classy hotel. One of the best we've visited. Every detail in the hotel oozes elegance. The fact that the bathroom had double doors just shows how good it was. Shame we only stayed for one night. Would definitely recommend and visit again if we return to Bursa.

The service has improved a lot from my last stay, must have changed management… breakfast was nice and tasty, chef was very cheerful.. approached us and ask if we need anthing… this wasn’t the case on my previous three stays….

The hotel's amenities are top-notch, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance is very welcoming. She even left a thoughtful personal message, which added a warm, personal touch to my stay. It is evident that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests' experience.

FANTASTIC 5 star stay!!! LOVE this hotel! The executive lounge was fantastic with delicious food and drinks and a gorgeous view. Lovely spa. Breakfast was AMAZING! Definitely will return here again.

I stayed at Hilton Bursa for 3 nights and it was my second stay at Hilton Bursa. Once again this accommodation experience went way beyond my expectations. Specifically the F&B team and kitchen team makes your morning like you just hit the lottery. I can't be thankful enough for those two young handsome servers one with long hair and the other one with short hair but darker skin ( can't remember their name sorry). Somehow they memorize your preferences and ask you if you have any requests such as Turkish coffee that you requested yesterday. Super cool service. Keep it up this way you guys are the best. Thanks Ceyda at the greeting desk and his manager Mr.Onur for beautiful conversations. Thans Amin at the front desk for his hospitality and kindness. Huge thanks to Mr.Ceyhun for making sure that we were having a comfortable stay. Thank you everyone for all the amazing experience

The hotel is very elegant, nice and clean. The service was cordial, smiling, and helpful. We felt very welcomed. Clean room, huge bathroom. A large swimming pool with a jacuzzi, open from early morning until night. The gym is open 24 hours a day. The best breakfasts we've ever had (including red olives - delicious!). The hospitality and politeness of the manager and employees are extraordinary and from the heart. I recommend it wholeheartedly. We will come back again with pleasure. Thank you again for a nice stay!
