What really stood out for us was how child-friendly the hotel is. Our daughter of 8years old absolutely loved the Barry Star kids club – the activities were fun, engaging, and well-organized. It gave us some time to relax while knowing she was in great hands and having the time of her life!
Highly recommend this hotel for families – we’ll definitely be coming back!
The lagoon area was a favourite of ours as we preferred the quieter, shader atmosphere. Its pool was great to actually swim in and the swim up bar topped off the experience.
The main buffet restaurant blows me away each time with the variety and quality of food on offer. Waiting staff are attentive but not 'in your face'.
We paid extra for a pavilion on the beach and it was worth every penny (175 euros 9-6pm)
We fully intend to return to what has become our 'happy place'!
We would highly recommend a visit to Lara Barut whether you are a couple, a family with children (any age) or a group of adults you cannot go wrong at this hotel
Good location to walk to the shops after dinner. Entertainment is varied with lots put on to suit children and adults. Would say more a 4 star plus.
Our experience at Lara Barut Collection was truly outstanding! The service was exceptional – every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, just around 20 minutes from the airport, which made our arrival and departure so convenient.
The pools were fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely stunning. Waking up and stepping straight into the water felt like a dream!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Turkey. We would definitely love to come back! It's the second time for us here!!
So much thought and effort has gone into the planning and landscaping
One caveat, we didn't leave the hotel for a week because there is so much to do there we didn't need to.
More adventurous guests won't find anything within walking distance but excursion are available.
That aside every bar, every restaurant, every pool is beautiful.
Staff are invisible but attentive when needed.
So many food choices! All excellent.
Night time entertainment is of the variety category - all we saw we very good, very skilled and talented.
There is a lot of love, effort and thoughts gone into making this very special.

Overall, we liked the hotel. The landscaping, rooms and design, and the comfort of the beds were excellent. In terms of amenities, it was sufficient, but there were some shortcomings considering it is a 5-star/luxury segment hotel.
All the staff are very,very friendly & accommodating especially Amigo from guest activities.
He was the instructor on the archery & was genuinely a really nice guy !
He always went out of his way to make us all laugh & was really funny & entertaining.
We met him down at the bar a couple of nights & he really put his self out to make sure that we were having a good time & holiday which was really appreciated.
We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel & it’s definitely a high end 5 star resort unlike other 5 star resorts in turkey!
10 stars need to go to amigo for the way he looked after us a other holiday makers is truly impressive!
