Reception staff are friendly and cooperative..
The room is very beautiful with access to a swimming pool through the balcony and stairs going down to the pool..
The main restaurant is very big and the buffet is so large which takes a long time to see it all😊
Staff moving all the time and all are friendly..
This restaurant opens for 3 main meals and later it opens from 11.00 pm till 2.00 am for late eaters..
Also there is a pool bar and restaurant which serves meals from 3.00 pm till 5.00 pm.
Also, they have a beach bar for multiple cold and hot drinks with nuts..
Another bar and cafe opens from the evening till 12.00 am
There are several swimming pools with aqua park for children and adults!!
Sun beds available
Beach games also..
The only negative point is
that the water stream in bathrooms was weak, and I told the reception and guest relations office about it 2 times without a response..
Strongly recommended
The ani action shows are very nice, there is a show every day.there is a very active program during the day and in the evening. There was a very good wellness sport area and manly lessons .there were very good. Thanks sport coach Gizem
I have a celiac little girl and found it easy to talk to the chefs and prepare something special for her. Nice rooms, great variety of food and nice drinks and cocktails. Would recommend it.
The food at the resort was amazing, offering a diverse variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes. Whenever my daughter needed milk or water, it was provided promptly, showcasing their excellent customer service.
Beach and Pool:
The beach and pool were fantastic. Both areas were impeccably clean, creating a wonderful vibe that made our stay very enjoyable.
Hotel Room:
Our room was consistently cleaned and maintained, always smelling fresh and staying tidy. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job ensuring our comfort throughout our stay
The staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was a good selection at each meal time with plenty of snacks also available in between. Entertainment was well thought out and catered for all age groups.
We would have liked to have been made aware of the hotels love of cats! They were everywhere. On sun lounges, on chairs and under tables at meals times wanting food. We counting 17 cats in one group one morning around and on sun lounges. Towels were covered in cat hair.
