It is time to rate our one week stay in Crystal Centro, our second experience with Crystal hotels after a one week stay in Crystal DeLuxe two years ago. Let’s start by positive aspects : the rooms are rather fresh and fully compliant with the description. Amenities are at the expected standard. Special mention for food and beverages with a really nice buffet in the main restaurant (there is food for every taste there) and several A La carte options, accessible without reservation and at no extra cost (Italian, fish and seafood, Turkish). Globally the hotel is well managed and you feel the caring presence of the management staff, that takes care of details and is reactive to take actions when it is needed. Of course, a lot of activities are available, as well as a show and live music every night. Huge swimming pools, water slides for all children age, and a beautiful private beach is complementing the setting. Some potential improvements : Dark Curtains in most of the rooms are too short, you should ask the guest relation managers to fix it, they can easily fix it by adding an extra length of curtain. We reserved through the Central reservation for Crystal and Nirvana hotels, and at the same time reserved airport transfer back and forth. On day of arrival, our transfer was not waiting for us at the airport, we had to call the hotel and struggle to find a solution with the hotel night manager, who finally sent us a car. I generally do not recommend to use the Central reservation service, they are not responsive and not very professional (as our transfer failure is showing), better to reserve directly with the hotel in my opinion. In general, the paying services are expensive : for instance the Spa, not the best we have experienced in Turkey, is quite expensive in comparison to similar level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay a lot and we recommend Crystal Centro. The location is also very good to visit the area.

Nice family hotel, specially food taste good than others. Free alacarte restaurants( can’t use all) only room size smaller. Room clearance and friendly staff, animation team funny and friendly as well.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had the chance to try the food at their on-site restaurant. Overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. The dishes were delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients, offering a good variety of local and international options. The service was also excellent – the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or special requests. However, I was disappointed that the open restaurant did not offer an open buffet. I had expected a buffet selection, especially during breakfast or dinner hours, which is common in many hotels. Despite this downside, the quality of the food and the service made the dining experience enjoyable.

The first day: after entering the room, I took off two bracelets and two rings (ring and wedding ring). I put the bracelets in the safe, but I left the wedding ring on the desk. The very next day, the ring was gonię.

Well the resort/hôtel is beautiful. Lots of pools,restaurants, entertainment(concerts etc..). The design is lovely, many gardens and trees, its clean and staff is in general efficient. I'd like to mention Ali(guest relation officer) who has been very helpful and kind after we had a problem of house cleaning in the room and of A.C not functionning properly. He took care of everything very quickly. We spent an awesome vacation.

Bars of the hotel. Very good service. Very friendly atmosphere. Very fast service. Have been to italian restaurant a la carte also. All waiters at the bars in the lobby and basement are very heplfull, professional, friendly and eager to help the guests and their needs and know beforehand what to suggest us. Very good coctails, coffee and turkish tea. Especially thanks to Nazly, Muhammet and one more not tall slender brunette lady at the lobby bar. As for the seaside - everything is very well except sometimes local people do fishing very closely to the left border of the hotel's plage, so in this time it's not pleasant to swim in this corner.

The photos iv put on here was the day we landed and that was our room when we went in to it was really bad the night we landed the room was very dirty the air condition was warm thay give us a fan but the room was still very hot then there was a electric fault so the fan kept going on and off and when we opened the window the smell off food and grease was very bad and a lot off night time noise thay sent use fruit and food and wine to the room but the food ad small bugs crawling all over it the nice gentleman took a video of it to show u thay moved us to a different room but the air condition was just the same and the water went cold the food was really bad I asked for gluten free as I have celiac disease but the only option I ad was spaghetti with no sauce and a bread bun and chocolate dessert the alcohol drinks was really bad outside not branded always no Smirnoff vodka available always say thay run out not freshly squeezed orange juice the food was always the same every day and night there was a lot of flys in the buffet restaurant so we couldn’t eat the salad I never really eat a lot in 7 days been there it was that bad we eat out a lot I would really appreciate half off the price we paid as we ad a really bad experience we payed £2400 I would like at least £1000 back please
