Its a wonderful hotel for a family holiday.
It's our second time and we would go again.
Plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. The food is excellent. There is plenty on offer in various restaurants and bars etc dotted around the resort. The service is mostly very good, there are a few staff who clearly lack either training or perhaps enthusiasm, but in general you are well looked after.
All in all I think it would be very hard not to have a wonderful time.
It's our second time and we would go again.

We are just finishing our holiday in Titanic Mardan Palace which has been amazing! We have spent 10 days here with our two girls who have loved all the activities! The kids club is great and the staff are brilliant with the kids…there is plenty for them to see and do, face painting, arts and crafts, pottery, games and the mini disco at night followed by a little show. Not to mention unlimited ice lollies and treats.
The service in the hotel as a whole has been next to none…they go above and beyond and regardless which restaurant you are eating in the service is always great! The cleaning staff too were always so accommodating when we weren’t quite ready to leave the room in the mornings. A mention to Samo our poolside waiter and Esra from kids club for being so lovely to us and our girls!

All very good, i’m glad to have ignored the bad reviews as I don’t think they painted a fair picture of the hotel. Overall I felt the hotel spent a good amount of money on its guests which reflected in the quality of the food, entertainment and services provided. There were no shortcuts. For a family flying from the UK it is the perfect holiday and as I write this review on our final day I am glad to have chosen it and our son loved the kids activities. A person to highlight which made our holiday special is Dilek who teaches Ceramics / Pottery to children in kids club. She went above and beyond to keep all the kids happy, And they are not always easy customers but overall I felt she made our holiday special. Lots of bar/restaurant staff but one who comes to mind is Ali from main restaurant bar outside. We may well come back to this hotel again.

Hotel is very nice, good pools and facilities for the children. Water slides too small for teens. Rooms very good, some service issues around cleaning and extending room time on departure but overall really enjoyed the hotel.

- I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. We were a party of 8 and several of us had issues with our rooms, which after several visits to reception and hours of arguing - yes arguing - were eventually addressed. Water leaking, light bulbs not working, rooms not cleaned prior to entering. My booking required a change of name as my partner took ill and a friend joined instead a few days later. I spoke with the booking agency (as I was told by reception) and Zenhotels changed everything without issue. However, this change was suddenly reflected in the Hotel's computer as me having a single booking, rather than a two person booking. They placed the burden on me to fix their technical issue, between the booking agency and the hotel. I was baffled. I called the agency three times and each time there was no issue on their end - stating they had added my friend to the two person booking and removed my partner's name. The staff were aggressive and hostile towards me, not listening, never apologizing, and repeating themselves over and over again that I should call the agency. Which I had. Three times. I was shocked that the staff were treating me so disrespectfully and claiming that I had a single booking, even though I paid in full for two people, and never even complained about wanting the money back for the second person for the days I was alone. The day my friend arrived, they held her up at the gate in the taxi because she "wasn't on the reservation," despite my showing them the new reservation at reception with her name on it. They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system." Hugely disappointing. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel.31.05.2024
Such a beautiful hotel. It’s definitely a 5* and worth every spend. The staff go over and beyond for any request. Super attentive. The pool is fantastic. Always sun loungers available. The pool bar staff come around on roller skates taking orders so you never have to leave your chair. Everything is soooo clean. Excellent menu every night so we never got bored because of the variety available . What a great experience and I will definitely return again with my family.

We are currently staying at the hotel.
The hotel is huge with the biggest longest pool we have ever seen.
The outside of the hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the hotel staff are a credit to this hotel. They work very hard and there are plenty of staff around.
The inside of the hotel is what I can only say as being Regal, how I would imagine Buckingham Palace to look like inside.
It's very niche in style, I do prefer modern style if I'm being honest but it is still very beautiful with so much detail.
Food - I have been to smaller hotels that offer a wider variety of food, but the good that they have is good quality.
You get one free A La Carte per week and pay for any additional ones.
Plenty of dun beds so you don't see people getting up early and leaving towels out.
They will remove towels if the beds are left unattended for a long time.
We've had a special Anniversary during our stay and they made our day very special leaving gifts in our room which was a lovely touch.
They have Cabanas around the pool and beach, they start at €130 per day.
Help yourself to beach towels daily. No towel card at this hotel.
The hotel is around 15 years old, the way it's decorated inside you would think it was older.
Overall I give a 5 star rating. Excellent hotel and we are really enjoying our stay.

I recommend you to stay in pool rooms. We fainted. Guest services are always at the end of the phone to assist with any issue. Almost all the employees are friendly. Esra in the animation took care of us personally throughout our holiday. We were very happy with their interest and help. Thanks everyone.

The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable. The staff is very polite. So are the Kids Club staff. Animator Esra is a very caring and caring person, she took great care of our son. Even we had fun thanks to him. It was a nice holiday for us. We recommend

the aquamarine restaurant is very nice. if you use the sauce from the shrimp, add a wedge of lemon and ask for spicy oil the salmon you order will be unbelievable. flaky, tasty and spicy... it is simply the best. that is my favorite dish and I will return just for that. wow it was good
