The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning.. Thank You!!! Xx
The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and we’re already hoping to return.
