This place is absolutely beautiful, food is very nice and staff are friendly... Also the entertainment is very good... A big downfall to the holiday is coming in October they refuse to put the heating on in the pools and they are like plunge pools... The pools are empty and every one is on the beach as the sea is lots warmer... This does need addressing as no one wants to come on holiday and not be able to use the out door pools... Apart from that the place is beautiful.

An amazing uber luxurious place in Antalya - we planned so many activities outside the resort but we were so much happy with the resort itself that we cancelled those and just enjoyed our resort stay. Staff everywhere in the resort are so helping polite and friendly. I am already looking to book again. One tip is try and book directly with the resort if you can to get the best deals as one of our rooms got cancelled because the resort was overbooked by a travel company. I would have given more stars if possible.

Highly recommended. Booked this hotel as an indulgence escape - and that was exactly what it was. Living life of pure luxury and indulgence. Excellent service fit for royalty as was the room we stayed in. The hotel is on a grand scale and not to be missed with many options throughout the day.

Amazing stay at the hotel, couldn’t have asked for anything more and the service from all staff was exceptional. Highly recommend the hidden tennis courts at the front of the hotel, only €15 to hire rackets and a ball for an hour.
Sadly, lost my white shirt but the lovely lady at guest assistance couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to find it on each occasion I checked.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for one week. The service was fantastic, as was the choice of drinks and food available. To top it off, the pool views, cabana options, sea front and entertainment were also very enjoyable. The staff here were very pleasant and we would especially like to give a shout out to the bar staff working in the lobby area and Yilmaz who works in the dining area of the hotel. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with gorgeous weather and a luxurious feel, this would be your ideal place!

Its a wonderful hotel for a family holiday.
It's our second time and we would go again.
Plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. The food is excellent. There is plenty on offer in various restaurants and bars etc dotted around the resort. The service is mostly very good, there are a few staff who clearly lack either training or perhaps enthusiasm, but in general you are well looked after.
All in all I think it would be very hard not to have a wonderful time.

We are just finishing our holiday in Titanic Mardan Palace which has been amazing! We have spent 10 days here with our two girls who have loved all the activities! The kids club is great and the staff are brilliant with the kids…there is plenty for them to see and do, face painting, arts and crafts, pottery, games and the mini disco at night followed by a little show. Not to mention unlimited ice lollies and treats.
The service in the hotel as a whole has been next to none…they go above and beyond and regardless which restaurant you are eating in the service is always great! The cleaning staff too were always so accommodating when we weren’t quite ready to leave the room in the mornings. A mention to Samo our poolside waiter and Esra from kids club for being so lovely to us and our girls!

All very good, i’m glad to have ignored the bad reviews as I don’t think they painted a fair picture of the hotel. Overall I felt the hotel spent a good amount of money on its guests which reflected in the quality of the food, entertainment and services provided. There were no shortcuts. For a family flying from the UK it is the perfect holiday and as I write this review on our final day I am glad to have chosen it and our son loved the kids activities. A person to highlight which made our holiday special is Dilek who teaches Ceramics / Pottery to children in kids club. She went above and beyond to keep all the kids happy, And they are not always easy customers but overall I felt she made our holiday special. Lots of bar/restaurant staff but one who comes to mind is Ali from main restaurant bar outside. We may well come back to this hotel again.

Hotel is very nice, good pools and facilities for the children. Water slides too small for teens. Rooms very good, some service issues around cleaning and extending room time on departure but overall really enjoyed the hotel.

- I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. We were a party of 8 and several of us had issues with our rooms, which after several visits to reception and hours of arguing - yes arguing - were eventually addressed. Water leaking, light bulbs not working, rooms not cleaned prior to entering. My booking required a change of name as my partner took ill and a friend joined instead a few days later. I spoke with the booking agency (as I was told by reception) and Zenhotels changed everything without issue. However, this change was suddenly reflected in the Hotel's computer as me having a single booking, rather than a two person booking. They placed the burden on me to fix their technical issue, between the booking agency and the hotel. I was baffled. I called the agency three times and each time there was no issue on their end - stating they had added my friend to the two person booking and removed my partner's name. The staff were aggressive and hostile towards me, not listening, never apologizing, and repeating themselves over and over again that I should call the agency. Which I had. Three times. I was shocked that the staff were treating me so disrespectfully and claiming that I had a single booking, even though I paid in full for two people, and never even complained about wanting the money back for the second person for the days I was alone. The day my friend arrived, they held her up at the gate in the taxi because she "wasn't on the reservation," despite my showing them the new reservation at reception with her name on it. They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system." Hugely disappointing. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel.
