Great facilities for all ages, massive variety of food daily. We arrived late Saturday night, found stains in the toilet, didn't report it immediately as it was late, cleaners came Sunday but didn't clean the stains! Monday they cleaned the room but didn't leave any towels.. the next day money went missing from the room, reported to reception, they said the cleaners must have thought we left it as a tip,they said they'd look into it, tried speaking to management every day for 3 days but they didn't want to know.

It's is an absolutely amazing place, great variety of food, many coktail bars all over the place, friendly stuff, a lot of things to do, child friendly pools!
You can eat inside, but you can serve lunch near the seaside, there is a grill bar with great food.

Situated approx 20 mins from the airport this 'Super All-Inclusive' hotel boasts some stunning views (Suer all-inclusive essentially means it's all branded drinks). The main pool was huge and at no point appeared overcrowded (travelled in August). The rooms were nice a spacious although not the best view (we were located at the front of the hotel). Service was fantastic throughout and once you tip the waiters they're very quick to ensure your served again although you were never waiting more than 3 minutes anyway.
Food was delicious with a wide range of options at lunch and dinner in particular (use the a La carte) restaurant during lunch and it's free, instead of the evening where it's then €25. Also a handy little Starbucks stand which is included in your All Inclusive price just outside the rear doors.
Will definitely be going back... Loved it!

Nice hotel with it's own section of beach. The pool area is lovely and has a 24/7 beach bar. Lunch is the best meal of the day and is lovely. The pizzas are excellent. Rooms were lovely and high standard of cleanliness. Overall a nice and relaxing holiday.

In general a nice hotel the rooms with sea view are nice but bathroom for the size of the room a let down a tad small . The outside pool areas 10/10 as is the sun beds and the beach are also good .bars are every where around pools and inside all good . Hallways to the room could do with being smarter . The restaurants the pool area once good idea help your self with plenty to choose from pizza made for you absolutely game changer lovely . Evening restaurant not sure about firstly it would be better that you where seated rather then find a seat that’s not been cleared it’s also buffet but plenty to choose from and nice food breakfast for me is big problem as apart from fried egg and beans you won’t find your traditional breakfast but you can get buy with omelette or danish etc . The shows are very good and entertainment and staff very friendly

Visited September 2023 for 10 days for our Honeymoon. Don't really have a bad thing to say about the hotel! It was beautiful, the staff were all really friendly and the all inclusive food and drink was great! They decorated the room for us with hearts and balloons, which was a lovely touch. The pool area was clean and bar staff will come and take your orders. The food by the bar area was amazing, we loved the fresh pizza especially! The entertainment was always pretty good, from dance acts to live bands. The evening food had good choices and themed nights, however if you're a bit picky like us there's still classics like chicken, chips, salad etc. The location was great, shops straight outside across the strip. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to holiday in the Antalya area!

Stayed at the Baia Lara for a week this April with my partner and my two children (20 and 14). The hotel is beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean, including the room and public areas. The staff, without exception, were helpful, polite, efficient and professional. The hotel was fairly quiet when we were there so we had no issues in the restaurant or getting a sun bed etc. The food was quite frankly superb with a huge choice and quantity. Beautifully presented and always hot and fresh. I did not feel the need to try the speciality restaurants. The pool area is stunning and kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The waiters (on blades) are extremely attentive and we rarely had to go to the pool bar ourselves. The short walk to the beach leads to a beautiful pier with more sun beds and access to sea swimming. The nearby water sports were well run and varied. A beautiful hotel, stunning setting, exceptional staff and a wonderful week had by all.

The rooms are nice and tidy without any complaints. The hotel offers various treatments. The cakes in the hotel lobby are delicious :). The food is delicious, always hot and fresh. The beach is beautiful. There are many pools where you can enjoy. The animators are great! There is no boredom, there are various activities that start from the morning.

Lovely hotel, close to the airport, good service, but the cleaning in the room and restaurant is not so good, depends on who you get…the staff is very helpful, very nice and clean beach, big pool. Always lots of free spaces by the pool so no need to reserve your sun-bed early in the morning… Very nice and relaxed experience overall. Really appreciated the service and the friendliness of the stuff, they speak English so no problem with that at all! Apart from the kids club lady… They organized a lovely surprise for my daughter- birthday cake in the restaurant!

Plenty of Sun loungers
Excellent sandy beach
Premium alcohol was served without additional payment
Food was excellent in terms of both variety and quality. Salt baked salmon one night, sushi the next, for example.
Staff work very hard. There are so many guests they inevitably don’t get it right 100% of the time, but we found most were friendly and eager to help.
The rooms (see below for an explanation of the use of the plural) are big and well appointed. The minibar is restocked daily.
Negatives:
Ridiculous disco / entertainment every night until gone midnight which prevented us from sleeping. The night we arrived it was a techno disco; the bass note made my fillings rattle. Another night it was Karaoke with successive guests committing crimes against music. We didn’t attend; we heard it all as clear as day from room 9101. After three nights of fitful sleep we complained and moved to 2401 which faces away from the beach / pool area. Much quieter; wish we’d done it sooner. Other reviews mention this noise so either the hotel hasn’t read them or doesn’t care. I wouldn’t come again for this reason. A complete deal breaker.
Some staff left a lot to be desired. “Pancake lady” dropped the metal spatula one morning as she fumbled with her phone to take a call. She picked the spatula up from the floor and carried on using it. I had eggs instead.
It’s a really big hotel and very busy. If you’re searching for peace and quiet there might be better options elsewhere.
We had a bath and massage which was great. What wasn’t brilliant was the boss giving it large to a subordinate for not getting us to rebook later in the week. Literally right in front of us. Not nice or necessary.
