Location: 60 km from Dalaman airport, 13 km from the town of Fethiye, 100 m from the centre of Oludeniz, just 50 m from the beach.
Total area: 30 000 m2.
Consists of three 2-ethnic blocks of the Main Building and three 2-storey blocks Annex(across the road), (room with a view of the garden or pool).
The hotel has 215 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach is 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Beach towels: free of charge. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.
Food. All InclusiveAll inclusive: Breakfast, late Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, night soup, snacks-snack and ice cream during certain hours, dietary and vegetarian menu, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (08:00 – 24:00).
Imported alcoholic drinks, cocktails, all drinks after 24.00, service A'la Cart restaurant - for a fee.

Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 70 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Only issue is that we cannot take our drinks from the all inclusive bar to the beach.
The beach is okay for good swimmers, but if you’re not a swimmer it can be a bit tricky, the waves are high, strong and frequent, the ground beneath your feet gets steep really fast.
